I would like to commend the hospitality of the staffs it's safe to say that they are well oriented in accommodating their customers. The cleanliness is 101%, not only the room wherein you can't see a single mishaps in cleaning but as well as the stairs going it's thoroughly cleaned. Early in the morning you can see the staffs cleaning in the hallway. I suggest and hope that they will care to provide each floors with its own water dispenser because it's quite inconvenient to walk down and upstairs again just to get water to drink. I hope they also serve breakfast rice meals.hehe But overall it was a good stay. Surely, we'll be choosing The Strand Suites and Dormitel in our next stay in Davao. Kudos! and God bless!

The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust.
Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance.

I always stay in this place because the price is very affordable and location is in the heart of city, very accessible too many establishment and night market. Every time I visit Tagum City I always stay here. Street foods is just across the street, Pharmacies and fast foods is also very near. Plus the Historical plaza across the street. 7 Eleven as well is just a walk away.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die warme Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit des Besitzers erhöhte die gesamte Erfahrung. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind unerwartet sauber, sorgfältig gepflegt und sehr komfortabel. Eines der Highlights ist die erstaunliche Aussicht, die gleichermaßen atemberaubend bei Sonnenaufgang und schön ruhig am Abend ist.
Das Pool-Bereich ist elegant und einladend, perfekt für Entspannung. Darüber hinaus sind das Hotelpersonal und Sicherheitspersonal konsequent höflich, professionell und untergebracht.
Insgesamt wird ein gemütlicher und erinnerelicher Aufenthalt für diejenigen, die sowohl Komfort als auch einen Touch von Luxus suchen, sehr empfohlen.

The shower has weak water pressure and the sink is clogged. Hopefully they can fix these so the guest can have a better stay. The location is good since it’s close to many dining places.

Es ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Gehweite von Restaurants, Komfortgeschäften. Es ist einfach zu finden. Es ist sauber, nicht laut und Duschen gut arbeiten. Vor allem, ihre Mitarbeiter sind alle erstaunlich!

I booked this hotel after my 1st booking failed to deliver promised unit.
This hotel is walkable to SM City. It is very clean and pleasant. If you are only looking for a place to sleep in, this would be ideal. There are no other amenities. No pool, no gym, no spa. There is no lift so it is a bit of work to carry heavy luggage if you are up on the 3rd floor.
Young people man this hotel. At my time of stay, there were students on OJT. My only complaint is that they occupied the reception area and were rather loud and boisterous whilst guests were coming and going.
I will stay here again though.

GGastnutzerIt was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

GGastnutzerAn accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds.
My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee.
The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby.
The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

JJean NewGreat location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon.
Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

Ich werde Ihnen die Details sparen, aber einmal dort - erstaunlich. Ruhe. Ansichten. Kann sicher im Ozean schwimmen. Zimmer sind wunderschön. Sie haben Starlink Internet. Sie bleiben wirklich oben auf einem Fischfarm. Und sie lassen Sie sich selbst Fisch für das Abendessen fangen! Kein Unterhaltung. Aber Sie brauchen es nicht. Essen ist ausgezeichnet. BBig BeckerAsk for Nancy! She will make you have the best time here! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Nancy 😀

LljhaykimOverall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement.
We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup.
Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading.
During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies.
Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.
