Muito bom hotel, muito limpo e arrumado! Apenas fiquei constrangido pois cheguei no hotel com um refrigerante em minhas mãos e eles me cobraram 50 PHP “por estar entrando no hotel com alimento. Nunca tinha visto isso em lugar algum… ser cobrado por isso. Fiz checkout no dia seguinte às 08:00 da manhã e quando eu já estava em outra cidade à 03 horas do hotel, eles me ligaram me cobrando novamente 50 PHP. Me senti constrangido e chateado. Não usarei mais esse hotel devido esse ocorrido.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Thank Mae and Mia. I have to separate my experience in Aparri from the hotel. I had an issue with the aircon not cooling the room(s). I tried two different rooms. And, there was an ant issue in the second room. This is not uncommon. But, there was a trail going along the ceiling to the window. The shower and CR were fine in both rooms.

Location-wise, it is ideally placed as it is in the less congested area of Santiago City. But I might skip it next time due to the following reasons; 1. The bed seems to have bed bugs. We itched during our one-night stay. 2. The foot towel provided looks like it's been used and/or not replaced after the last occupant (see photo). 3. The housekeeping crews are a bit noisy while cleaning the next rooms and hallways in the morning. Not ideal when you didn't get a good sleep because you were scratching the whole night. 4. They unoccupied rooms are left open for some reason. However, considering its price point, it's not that bad.

Lage ist schön, kann malapit na 7 11. Reinigung des Zimmers selbst ist 5/5, pero medj di maiayoos yung cr und kann malit na ipis hehe. sehr gut WiFi super bilis

Dienst ist wirklich gut. Lage ist etwas weit von der Stadtzentrum, aber nur ein Fahrrad in Tricycle. Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Essen und Getränke sind auch in der Nähe im Hauptlobby verfügbar. Hoch empfohlen für Familienausfahrt.

Die Mitarbeiter sind so angenehm. Das Resort naman ist nett und sauber.. und ich werde definitiv wieder besuchen. Die Kinder genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt. Mejo malon lang kaya d maxado nkapagswimming ng matagagal. Sarap sna mag snorkeln kaso malon nabubugaw mga fish and mejo mabato. Wala din signal pero ok lang nmnnkase mas makakpagbonding ang family, aber Sie können in ihre Lobby gehen, wenn Sie eine WiFi-Naman benötigen.

The place is accessible  got the room for only 1k for 2 people which is great. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. My only concern is the lack of vanity kits And drinking water and the noise outside the building (cars, people in street can be heard in the room) but overall a very good place to stay within the city.

The hotel is good, same with the service but the funny thing the is CR are locked and My bad because I locked my keys inside the CR. This is the first time that I check-in with Red Doorz and Ill definitely be back some other time. Hopefully that time around they include breakfast option or they have the signage that they are not open 24/7.
