I had a wonderful stay at The Canvas Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klang. Das Personal war freundlich, und ich schätze wirklich die Komplimentarzimmer upgrade definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Die Gesamtreinigung war durchschnittlich, aber für ein Budget Hotel akzeptabel. Die Raumsicherheit könnte jedoch verbessert werden; der Schleusenschlüssel funktionierte nicht, was einige Sicherheitsbedenken hervorrufen könnte. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, und ich mochte besonders die weichen Kissen und gemütliche Komforter. Sie lieferten zwei Kissen für ein Einzelbett und vier für ein Doppelbett, das war ein sehr schöner Touch und machte den Aufenthalt viel komfortabler. Die Umgebung fühlte sich ein wenig einsam, da sie in der Nähe einer Industriezone mit wenig Autos oder Menschen umgeben ist. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Gebäude verfügbar, aber es funktioniert auf einer ersten, erst servierten Basis. Die Rezeption ist nicht 24 Stunden verfügbar, also ist es etwas zu beachten für verspätete Einchecken oder Hilfe. Insgesamt ist es ein haushaltsfreundliches Hotel mit anständigem Komfort und grundlegenden Einrichtungen.

Vor kurzem im Batu Caves Hotel geblieben und hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung. Der größte Vorteil dieses Hotels ist seine Lage. Es ist sehr nahe an den Batu Caves, so dass es sehr bequem für Besucher, die das Gebiet erkunden möchten, vor allem früh am Morgen, bevor es überfüllt wird. Es gibt auch Restaurants, Komfortgeschäfte und öffentliche Verkehrsoptionen in der Nähe von Fußgängern. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos und effizient, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist einfach, aber genügend für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war bescheiden in Größe und mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen wie Klimaanlage, Wi-Fi und Toiletten. Das Bett war vernünftig bequem und der Internetzugang war stabil, was für die tägliche Planung von Aktivitäten nützlich war. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt akzeptabel. Das Zimmer war teuer, obwohl einige Bereiche Anzeichen von Verschleiß zeigten und von einer besseren Wartung profitieren könnten. Dies hatte keinen signifikanten Einfluss auf den Aufenthalt, aber kann für Gäste, die besonders über die Sauberkeit sind, bemerkbar sein. Das Hotel war trotz seiner Nähe zu einem touristischen Bereich relativ ruhig in der Nacht, wodurch es eine gute Nachtruhe ermöglichte. Das Batu Caves Hotel bietet im Allgemeinen einen guten Preis für Geld und ist für Budgetreisende, Kurzaufenthaltsgäste und jede Person, die die Lage und die Erschwinglichkeit über den Luxus Priorität hat. Ich empfehle es den Reisenden, einen praktischen und bequemen Aufenthaltsort zu suchen.

I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free. On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.

Good for one night short stay. No ground floor rooms as it belong to another hotel. Hotel Ec In is on the second floor. Staff help to carry luggage up the stair upon request. The hotel provides water (hot and cold), coffee and tea outside the room. There are two bottled water supplied. The washroom has a hair drying and soap dispenser. Hot shower is from instant water heater. There is wash spray by the toilet bowl. The room is as per the picture in the post. Aircon is working fine. No window. Very small and will be very tight space if you bring big luggage. Should be able to manage the space with small luggage. There is security card to enter the premise so it is only for guests. The hotel communicate via WhatsApp to ask my arrival time. If you arrive at late night or wee hours of the morning, best to notify the hotel about your arrival time as the counter service is not available 24/7. The location is very near to shopping and food eateries. Lots for parking for those who drive. You can walk around to choose many different varieties of food according to your preference and budget. Airport transfer by Grab is RM 30 We were upset that the hotel did not specify that the massage chair is complimentary for guest who stayed more than one night only while the sign indicate free use for in-house guest (which should include those for one night stay). When we enquire, we we told several times it is free for us but when we wanted to use it later, we we told it was only for those who stay multiple nights. Staff has poor knowledge about the house policy on the massage chair. We need to pay RM 10. Also, late check is charged RM 10 per hour. We are not coming back to this hotel.

The location is near to some local shops-7eleven clinics and a restaurant. Amenities are excellent -water dispenser, kettle, microwave. Room is clean and pleasant. A bit small but its ok for me as it is sparkling clean. Toilet is also clean and everything works as it should be.

I stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.
