the Villa is among the new housing areas in Bandar Utama of Gua Musang. The villa is rather new and well equipped: iron, hair-dryer, shower with water heater, shower gel and shampoo are provided (no toothbrush/ toothpaste). every house comes with parking space. there's hiking trail in walking distance from the villa, but make sure you put on appropriate shoes & gear. there are yet not many eateries around (in walking distance), but still you can find shops / stalls.

Dengan harga bilik.. memang telah di jangkakan servis yang di berikan. Ketiadaan penjaga hotel walaupun masa untuk daftar masuk bilik. Kena telefon dlu untuk segala hal. Dan kena tunggu lama untuk penjaga hotel datang yang mana beliau bukan pkerja tetap hotel tersebut. Hmmm

Rayyan Soffea Hotel in Kota Bharu, Malaysia is a 2.0 star hotel that offers a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for its guests. Set along Federal Route 57, this unassuming budget hotel is 6 km from both the vibrant Siti Khadijah Market and the Istana Batu Royal Museum. Simply furnished rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as en suite wet rooms. Up to 1 child age 4 and under stays free in a parent’s room. Amenities include an informal dining area and meeting facilities.

There is not much space to move around in the room. Bathroom has no shower stall so what you get is a wet and slippery floor if you go in after someone’s used the shower. No wardrobe or closet just a few hangers on a railing . Even though there’s an electric water jug what is provided is paper cups . Meaning you are not able to re-use the cups if you want to make hot drinks again. Very very basic amenities.

The door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, ”abruptly force”, they didn't just ”offered” us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.

Der Front Desk Service war bei der Ankunft großartig, auch wir kamen so spät, um 2 Uhr. Die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche ist eine große Liebe. Und auch bequem. Das Zimmer mit Wasserheizer, das ist toll!

Nice Stay and have clean environment. Would recommend to put some extra mineral water or large mineral water. Overall I'm very happy to stay. Would repeat

Keine Aufzugseinrichtungen. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber es kann zum Preis sein. Sauberkeit ist meh. Kein Schütteln, aber ein wenig geluft. Das Zimmer ist kein Soundproof. Die nächste Zimmer Schnüre und Sound-Alarm können gehört werden. Aber es ist ok, ich kann schlafen.

The hotel is strategically located at centre of Kota Bharu and opposite kelantan river. Walking distance to Muzium Perang (Bank Kerapu), other few museums & Restoran nasi ulam cikgu. There is a few food stalls open at night near the hotel. Cannot expect much for amenities but the hotel did provide body wash in the toilet but no shampoo. Still feel safe as solo female traveller. Plus point the hotel has elevator & water refill machine on every floor if im not mistaken. The downside maybe the hotel’s hallway seems a bit gloomy & musty. No window hence the musty smell in the room as well. However, i would definitely choose this hotel again if i ever come to Kota Bharu considering its location & price wise.

Location ok near sungai kelantan, easy access to town. Staff friendly, bilik basic je.. Untuk tidur and rehat. Ada tv, iron dan sejadah
