This is my 2nd time stay here, but 1st time booking via trip. Com, I stayed for like 5 nights last April 2026, it was all good, everything was clean from the toilet and capsule, you have enough space, you can also eat in the common area lobby, theres a free drinking water in the reception, theres a lawson near crossing and a famous ramen shop 2 blocks away even have lines at midnight haha, near to don quijote, leave luggage after checkout is free, thank you arigato acrooo til next time, so near to dotonbori arc and famous glico man sign

Dieses Hotel bietet ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. An der Rezeption gibt es chinesisches Personal. Jedes Zimmer ist geräumig und man kann sogar Koffer öffnen. Allerdings liegt das Fenster dieses Hotels direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station, was sehr laut ist. Das Zimmer ist mit dem Flur verbunden, und man kann deutlich hören, wie sich Leute im Flur waschen, gehen und husten. Abgesehen von der Ruhe gibt es meiner Meinung nach keine Nachteile.

Can fit for 2 handcarry luggage. Walkable around 400m from Shin Imamiya station (north gate). Overall experience is great😊

Ich war schon in vielen Ländern und dies ist das erste Hotel mit chinesischen Check-in-Anweisungen. Obwohl die Rezeption kein Chinesisch spricht, sprechen sie sehr gut Englisch. Obwohl ich es nicht verstehen konnte, gaben sie mir tatsächlich eine chinesische Anleitung, was sehr hilfreich war. Obwohl das Zimmer nicht groß ist, verfügt es über eine Badewanne. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenlosen Tee, eine Mikrowelle und eine Waschküche. Es gibt jedoch kein Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Bis auf das Gemeinschaftsbad und -WC sind Sauberkeit und Ausstattung tadellos. Das Personal ist außerdem sehr freundlich. Wie der Preis jedoch vermuten lässt, gibt es auch Nachteile. Die Schalldämmung ist mangelhaft. Da Türen und Fenster recht dünn sind, hört man Geräusche von vorbeigehenden Personen, dem Badezimmer und der Dusche. Durch die Fenster sind Autos, die U-Bahn und Fußgänger draußen zu hören. Das Hotel ist sich dessen bewusst und stellt kostenlos Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung. Diese dämpfen einen Teil des Lärms, sodass man, sofern man nicht überempfindlich ist, gut schlafen kann.

Die Betten und Duschkabinen des Hotels waren insgesamt sauber. Mir gefiel besonders, dass es eine private Duschkabine war. Da sich die Damentoiletten auf ungeraden und die Herrentoiletten auf geraden Etagen befinden, werden Wünsche anscheinend berücksichtigt, wenn man sie im Feld für zusätzliche Wünsche angibt. Ich denke, es ist ein gutes Hotel für einen unkomplizierten Familienurlaub. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage ist etwas unsicher, aber es war praktisch, dass ein Supermarkt und ein Mega Donki in der Nähe waren. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass Mega Donki nur von 9:00 bis 5:00 Uhr geöffnet hat (nicht rund um die Uhr!). Die nahegelegenen Bahnhöfe Dobutsumae und Shin-Imamiya sind sehr praktisch. Bei einem Aufenthalt von drei oder mehr aufeinanderfolgenden Nächten kann man den Reinigungsservice nutzen; dabei wurde alles sehr gründlich gereinigt und sogar die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Wenn Sie früh einchecken, wird Ihr Gepäck gerne für Sie aufbewahrt! Vor meiner Ankunft hatte ich Bedenken wegen der Sicherheit und der Duschkabinen, aber ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Sie sind sehr nett!

This was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at White Hostel Shinsaibashi! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. Cleanliness: The hostel was spotless. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained. You can really tell that they prioritize hygiene, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Location: The location is perfect—very convenient and close to Shinsaibashi Station, shopping streets, convenience stores, and great restaurants. It’s easy to explore Osaka from here, especially popular areas like Dotonbori. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Service: The staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. They were always willing to help with directions and recommendations, which made our trip smoother. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. One thing we really appreciated was that we were allowed to leave our luggage near the reception area before check-in and even after check-out. This gave us the freedom to roam around and explore without carrying heavy bags or spending extra money on coin lockers. It was a huge convenience! Amenities: The facilities were excellent for a hostel. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were cozy and functional. Just a small note—towels are not free, so it’s better to bring your own. If needed, you can rent one for 200 yen. The internet connection did cut off from time to time, but it wasn’t a deal breaker and didn’t affect our overall experience. Overall, this accommodation definitely deserves a 5-star rating. It offers great value for money, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!

In der Nähe gibt es viele ähnliche Hotels. Ich habe schon in mehreren Unterkünften übernachtet, und der Service hier und in Dongyang ist der beste. Man kann sagen, dass das Personal in beiden Hotels sehr kompetent ist. Die Ausstattung ist vielleicht nicht optimal, aber sie ist günstig.

Das Hotelzimmer entspricht den Bildern, allerdings kann man sein Gepäck nicht verstauen (man muss seinen Koffer schleppen, um ihn auf der Straße zu finden 😰), und es gibt nur einen gemeinsamen Wasserkocher im Erdgeschoss, der langsam kocht~~ Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des JR-Bahnhofs Osaka. Mir gefällt die Raumaufteilung und die Freiheit, kommen und gehen zu können. Da es keine Gepäckaufbewahrung gibt, ist es eher für diejenigen geeignet, die mittags einen Flug zurück nach Taiwan nehmen. Es ist besser, nach dem Auschecken am nächsten Tag direkt mit dem Auto zum Flughafen Kansai zu fahren.
