Sie haben den Boden und das Badezimmer geputzt, aber hinter dem Bett war es sehr staubig und die Couch sah aus, als wäre sie schon lange nicht mehr geputzt worden. Insgesamt kein schlechter Aufenthalt, aber in der Gegend gibt es auch nicht viel zu tun und nur wenige Restaurants. Es war in der Nähe des Flughafens, also gut für einen Zwischenstopp

GGastnutzerRadha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information:
- The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking.
- It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk.
- It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter.
- Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2.
- Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

AAdam W MorleyThe breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

VviewfinderFirstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied.
Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option.
I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

JJackHammerIch war hier 3 Nächte. Dies ist ein ziemlich niedriger Preis für das, was Sie bekommen. Es gibt auch viele andere Schlafzimmer rund um. Klimaanlage Zimmer mit kostenlosem WLAN und Fan in jeder Kapsel. Es waren Kameras im Zimmer, sowie ein Locker für Ihre Sachen. Rein Linen. Wenn Sie größer als 180 cm sind, werden Sie hier nicht ganz liegen können. Es gibt keinen Shampoo, Duschegel oder Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer. 5 Minuten von den U-Bahnstationen Sakinaka und Asalpha entfernt. Sehr schönes Personal von die Art. Als ich schlief, zerfallen 1.000 Rupies aus meiner Tasche auf den Boden, aber das Personal gab es mir zurück, für die ich ihnen danke. Das ist ein ausgezeichneter Wert für Geld.

GGastnutzerThis is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it.
These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place.
Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.
