2-Sterne-Hotels in Normandie, Frankreich

Das war unser erstes Aufenthalt mit B&B Hotels, und das erste von 5 Bidet Hotels während einer zweiwöchigen Fahrt in Frankreich. Das B&B Hotel in Alençon stand aus mehreren Gründen aus. Die Verfügbarkeit von EV-Ladestationen war ein echtes Bonus und machte unsere Reise viel einfacher. Das Personal auf der Website war außergewöhnlich hilfreich und willkommen, im Gegensatz zu unseren Erfahrungen mit vielen anderen Budgethotels. Das Personal schlug vor, wir in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant zu essen, wo wir einen 20% Rabatt erhalten hatten. Obwohl es 9 Uhr gegangen war. Restaurant war froh, uns zu akzeptieren und unser Rabatt wurde angewendet. Das Frühstück war ein weiterer Highlight: warm, gut vorbereitet und konsequent umgebaut, was für einen tollen Anfang jeden Tag gemacht wurde. Unser Zimmer war auch bemerkenswert geräumiger als das, was wir in Toulouse hatten, und die Dusche war ausgezeichnet, mit viel Raum, starkem Wasserdruck und zuverlässig heißes Wasser. Das, was diesen Aufenthalt wirklich erinnerelich machte, war jedoch das Personal. Über alle fünf B&B Hotels, die wir in der Woche geblieben, das Team hier in Alençon waren weitgehend die engagiertesten, aufmerksamen und Kundenfokussierten.

Die Passagiere zwischen Zimmern, Betten und Wänden, Schlafzimmer, Handtücher, Pferde, Kaffeetassen, Frühstücksschrank usw. sind sehr klein! Das ist unerwartet. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr sauber, die Empfangspersonen sind freundlich und der Parkplatz ist auch sehr groß. Es ist zu beachten, dass ich trotz der reichhaltigen Wahl des Frühstücks die Qualität im Allgemeinen und keinen Geschmack habe. Ich glaube, ich habe ein besseres Frühstück in anderen Hotels gegessen.

Pros: The staff is very nice and welcoming. We had a room on the first floor, which was very convenient since the hotel does not have an elevator. However, if you are traveling only with backpacks, this should not be a problem. Although the hotel is relatively inexpensive, it is very cozy and comfortable. We stayed in a room with three beds: one large bed and two smaller beds, as well as a spacious bathroom. Just be aware that the hotel does not provide slippers, but you can ask for water bottle. Cons: The towels could be cleaned better, as they already look quite gray and worn. And on the second day, the housekeeping staff only brought fresh towels and did not make the beds.

La reception é disponibile solo in orari stabiliti e durante il weekend non rispondono alle email. Ho avuto problemi ad effettuare il check-in poiché non mi sono state fornite le istruzioni per il check-in automatico. Quindi ho dovuto attendere fino alle 09:00 del giorno successivo per avere la camera disponibile per sole tre ore. Si tratta di appartamenti attrezzati, sono molto puliti, abbastanza silenziosi e il parcheggio esterno é gratuito. Purtroppo, non é consentito l'accesso al garage video-sorvegliato. Tutto sommato, la struttura offre un rapporto qualità/prezzo accettabile.

Kein Mat für ein Tub, das kleine Unfälle wie Schleifen in der Tube während der Dusche verursachen wird. Einfach wie kein Kettle für heißes Wasser zu trinken oder einen Kaffee zu machen. Gesamt gut als Shuttle Bus vor dem Hotel. Eintragen mit Code nicht bei der Buchung bereitgestellt

We are getting on in years and arrived from. UK on the ferry.  Found the B & B easily but trying to gain access was impossible even though we had the entry code .  It turned out after gaining assistance from another late arrival we had to pay a tourist tax via a master card.  We also had to take a photo of the room number and entry code.  The accommodation was just right ONCE WE MANAGED TO GET INSIDE.

Tout était parfait, le personnel au top, la situation excellente, la propreté excellente. Un petit bémol, manquait un petit frigo, et si la chambre aurait pu être un peu plus spacieuse, cela aurait été 10/10 !

I arrived at the hotel on July 13th around 7:30 pm, but the hotel said that there was no booking despite that I shown the receptionist your confirmation email hence I could not stay.  I email your support service but it did not help, only said that I am not entitled to a refund, but it was nothing to do with me, it was a mistake between your company and the hotel, I was turned away.  I am a regular user and I am very  unhappy.  Please send this to your customer care.  Check my records you will know how many times I have used you in this year.

Ruhige Lage ausserhalb der Innenstadt, und trotzdem nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Kathedrale. Zimmer war sehr sauber, minimalistisch und trotzdem funktionell mit einem riesigen Bett. Das Bad hat geschätzte 1m² Fläche, aber alles ist vorhanden, leider auch der unsägliche Duschvorhang. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Für die Erkundung von Bayeux durchaus zu empfehlen.
