I'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language. Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian. Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English! The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped. The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years. The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China. There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese. But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely. The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things. Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine. We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else. I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags. And some proper cups! I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing. For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station. Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent. So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel. Everything else was either fine, or excellent. We would definitely consider going there again in the future. It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com. Thank you!

The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit in Yánjí, da ich viele Grenzausflüge geplant hatte. Ich kann sowohl Koreanisch als auch Chinesisch problemlos sprechen und komme in dieser Region, die auch als das Dritte Korea bekannt ist, gut zurecht. Die Lage dieses Ortes war großartig, da er im Stadtzentrum gegenüber der Yanji-Universität lag. (Mir wurde Zimmer 1206 zugewiesen.) Ich bin mir nicht sicher, welche Fotos sie für die Werbung verwenden, aber mein Zimmer sah viel heruntergekommener und veralteter aus. Ich habe auch viele kleine Kakerlaken getötet, die in der Küchenzeile herumstreunten. Auch das war für mich keine große Sache, da sie nicht riesig waren, aber eines Tages tauchte eine riesige Kakerlake in der Nähe des Badezimmers auf. Es ist eine Sache, wenn das Zimmer etwas anders aussieht als auf den beworbenen Fotos, aber bitte halten Sie den Raum wenigstens viel sauberer. Hinweis: Ich habe mir die anderen Zimmer auf der Etage angesehen und sie waren viel schöner als das, was ich gebucht hatte. Ich vermute, diese waren auf WeChat aufgeführt und die weniger attraktiven Zimmer sind hier aufgeführt usw. Nachdem ich um 12:00 Uhr mittags ausgecheckt hatte, ließ ich mein Gepäck für ein paar Stunden nebenan im Supermarkt. Die Lage im Zimmer ist gut, Schneebahn, Feuerblumenzimmer, Sonnenunterkunft! Sehr nahe dem Schneeplatz und der Geschäftsstraße, Ski bequem!

Das Shibaiyun Hotel in Changbai Mountain, das ich auf Ctrip gesucht habe, ist einfach ein Vorbild unter den Hotels. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, man fühlt sich überall wohl im Wald, auch morgens von Vögeln geweckt. Diese Erfahrung ist unglaublich! Die Dusche, die intelligente Toilette und der Waschbereich sind alle getrennt. Dieses Design ist großartig. Der Duschraum verfügt über großes und ausreichend Wasser und die Temperatur ist sehr gut! Es ist, als ob man zu Hause mehrere Badezimmer hätte. Der Chef ist sehr nett und herzlich wie eine Familie. Er hat auch eine süße und distanzierte Katze, Hui Hui, die dem Hotel Wärme verleiht. Ich glaube, jeder, der in diesem Geschäft übernachtet hat, hat die gleichen positiven Bewertungen wie ich! Fünf Lobpunkte!

We had an amazing stay here. The owner was extremely helpful and thoughtful — he helped us arrange our itinerary, book tickets, transportation, and handled everything for us. Even though we only stayed for 2 days and hadn’t prepared anything in advance, he made sure we could follow our plan smoothly and even suggested extra places to visit. The hotel is located on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator. It took us a little while to find it at first, but the location is convenient, close to Yunding Market - it’s nice to take an evening walk around the area and find food nearby. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a large bed. One small thing to note is that the heater/air conditioner felt a bit weak for us, so the room was slightly cold at night, possibly due to the bed being close to the window. The most precious part of our stay was the warmth of the aunt and uncle here. They were so caring and welcoming, always checking on us when we went out or came back late. Being away from home but feeling this kind of care truly felt like home. It was genuinely heart-warming, and we are very grateful for this stay. ❤︎

房間乾淨整潔，院子也打理的很整潔很漂亮。店主姐姐真的非常周到貼心，剛到的時候也有接站。我們是兩人自駕兩人坐高鐵然後在民宿集合，自駕發現車胎有點漏氣，店主姐姐一直在幫忙跑前跑後聯繫維修，真的非常感動。第一天爬完長白山回民宿後晚間還給我們送了凍梨，中途住的過程中有什麼問題姐姐都回應解決的非常及時，真的是最好的一次民宿體驗。小狗也非常可愛，會在院子裏安靜的趴着，偶爾起來換個地方。白天出去玩，晚上回民宿坐在院子裏摸小狗真的很舒服—— 設施：很完善！像一次性坐便套、一次性浴巾這種都有準備！非常貼心 衞生：乾淨整潔居住舒適 環境：特別棒！拍照也好看！ 服務：超級好！溝通耐心，回覆及時，而且特別温柔
