Great Location, near tourist spot, after arriving from the airport we stayed here for the night, the room is spacious enough for 3adult 1 kid and 1 baby, There is also a restaurant near the area the lady there is so hospitable and the food is affordable, Planning to book again but the Family room is always sold out😫 but anyway the hotel
is clean and they also give my kid a special gift (I forgot to took a photo) but my kids loves it the chocolate, body heat pad & wipes, tissue and milk they really needs itthe service was good too everyone is smiling and very helpful

Dieses Mal kam ich nach Nordstadt und lief in Schneestadt und traf ich einen Schatz, das Zimmer war sauber und sauber, die Lage war warm, die Einrichtungen waren voll und intim. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Der Dekorationsstil ist einzigartig und das Zimmermuster ist vernünftig. Die Bettwaren sind sehr weich wie das Haus. Die Lage der Bevölkerung liegt auf der Straße, es gibt Parkplätze, der Verkehr ist sehr bequem. Der Besitzer ist sehr enthusiastisch, hilf mir, die Gepäckstücke nach dem Zimmer zu holen und zu fragen, ob ich Angst habe, wo ich nicht um sie kümmere, sehr geduldig bin, ich bin sehr geduldig. This place was great for a first-time traveler in Snow Village.I made a DIY trip with my daughter.The hotel is inside the Snow town.2 mins walk from the bus transfer to the main entrance of the village.You can go back anytime to your room once tou feel very cold outside..
So covenient❤️....The staff were so polite.You need a translator app so to communicate with them..Plus the owner herself speak english well..Very informative and polite too with all my inqueries about the happenings around ..We have free traditional cloth to wear for the winter,traditional fruit and a sleigh toy to ride ....Sad to say we only stay 1 night..It's not enough to explore..We definitely comeback and stay in this hotel...

Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr. Erstens, weil das Personal so nett ist, obwohl wir nicht die gleiche Sprache sprechen. Sie versuchen wirklich hart, uns zu beherbergen. Zweitens, das Zimmer ist wirklich komfortabel. Sie sind nett und gemütlich, auch ohne Fenster. Ich hatte eine gute Zeit, mich selbst vor dem nächsten Ziel zu reinigen. Und für den Preis ist es das Geld wert. Nur die Lage ist ziemlich weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber es ist nahe zu allen grundlegenden Dienstleistungen und Geschäften, die Sie brauchen. Selbst in der Nähe des Malls und guter Restaurants. Denken Sie daran, das Hotel ist im 7. Stock (wenn ich nicht falsch bin) so müssen Sie ins rote Gebäude gehen und den Aufzug in die Hotellobby nehmen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super gut. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber. Der Chef kommt persönlich zur Bahnstation und holt uns zum Hotel. Der Service ist super enthusiastisch. Wir haben das Mobiltelefon am Tag des Abflugs im Hotel abgefallen. Der Chef erinnert uns auch daran, es zu nehmen. Sehr empfohlen, die Schneestadt zuerst zu halten!

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

GGastnutzerHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

CChunxiaqiudongDie Tür des Hotels ist eine Ein-Zeile. Die Straßen können beide Seiten des Hotels parken, aber 6 Stunden, um 8 Uhr bis 7 Uhr morgens kein Geld. Die Tür des Hotels scheint mehrere kostenlose Plätze zu haben. Ich habe ihn nicht besetzt und habe ihn nicht frei gesehen. Freunde, die den Auto fahren, müssen aufmerksam sein.
Das Hotel geht zur Kathedrale, nur wenige Minuten, es ist einfacher, der Preis ist immer noch gut.
Das Hotel sollte eine lange Zeit fahren, die Zimmer sind nicht groß, es ist etwas lobenswert, das Wasser ist besonders sprunghaft! Die Einstellung des Hotelbedienten ist auch gut.

CCris R.I love the location of this hostel. It was just right across the Zhongyang Street subway stop (Line 2). If you go to the Ice and Snow World Park, that's only three stops away for only, if I remember right, RMB 2. Make sure to read/check the other reviews for photos of the gate that will lead you to the door of this hostel. I arrived in the morning, about 10 a.m., and was welcomed by JP. After sorting out my things, I left my luggage to head to the Ice and Snow World Park where I stayed until 5 p.m.
I took the subway back to Zhongyang Street. I planned on walking from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral but it was too cold for me. I live in Beijing but I am originally from the Philippines so even if I was dressed warm - thermal clothes, hot packs, several layers, downjacket, scarves, beanies, ear muffs - it was still brrrr cold!
I took a Didi car from there to the cathedral and spent about 30 minutes there and then went back to the hostel. There was a social night going on downstairs but I was so beat that day I just decided to rest. I briefly interacted with a lady from Singapore named Megan.
The following day, I walked from the hostel to Hongzhuan Morning Market which is a culture of its own. Come hungry and happy! From there, I took a Didi to go to the No. 6 factory of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Holding Co. It is dubbed as the ”Louvre of the East” but having visited the Louvre itself, it doesn't really come close. I think the moniker just came from the fact that there are several paintings and art collection in the building and the area outside feels a bit like you're in Europe.
Another Didi ride got me to Lao Daowai or the Chinese Baroque Street then another Didi to Central Street. Don't miss these two as they are filled with worthy buildings and spots to marvel, photograph of or buy trinkets from.
Harbin was the last stop of my northeastern China winter sojourn. Will I come back? Maybe. Will I stay in this hostel? Maybe.
I like the arrangement of the beds in this 16-people dorm for girls but the bathroom is a squat toilet and I don't like that. If I ever stay here again, I will choose the rooms with Western-style toilets.

MM553122****Ich habe mit meinen Klassenkameraden eine Abschlussfahrt gemacht. Es war nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof entfernt. Der Raum war groß und das Spielen verlief reibungslos. Es gab eine U-Bahn-Station vor der Tür. Wir gingen auch zum National Normaler Universitätsnachtmarkt in der Central Street, was sehr praktisch war.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe location is nice, I chose this bcs I prefer to just walk to a place right after I arrive in Harbin or go to another place. Of course, you need to spare time when you want to go to the city center, but this place is close to bus station and subway station making it's convenient to go to other places. If you want to save time, taxi option is always available. It's also close to a mall and many restaurants that are open till late night, you can also find a pub around there. If you want a late night snack, there is a shop that opens 24hrs downstairs.
The owner was nice as well, I added them on Wechat at late night, and they were very nice in responding me. They provided me with a code to enter my room as soon as I arrived in the building. Prepare a 100 CNY deposit (though you can find this info in the policy section). They will returned it once you checked out.
In terms of room, it is quite big and the king size bed easily fits 2 persons. It is also clean and you will get the standard amenities (minus water), the view is also nice from there. The room is warm and you can make it warmer with AC. One thing that I dislike though, it smells of tobacco. I have to air it for around 15 mins as soon as I arrived, after that the smell dissipated and it turned OK. For you non-smokers, this could be a point to consider.
It will be cleaned daily at around 9AM - 3PM so you can tell the owner your preferred time. You will get a room card inside and plenty of storage.
Other things to consider: there is no curtain to separate the shower area so the water might leak to the toilet area. Since the whole building is for hotel so there might be some noises here and there but it won't disturb you too much based on my experience. Prepare ear plugs if you like quiet surrounding just incase. Bcs of the snow, be careful to only wear your shoes till the entrance, otherwise the room area will get dirty.

Ich bin jeden Tag glücklich, wenn ich hier bleibe. Ich schwöre, ich kann es wirklich nicht ertragen, meine Reservierung um viele Tage zu verlängern.
Als ich zum Spielen nach Harbin kam, war der Wechsel in diese Jugendherberge auf halbem Weg die klügste Entscheidung, die ich auf dieser Reise getroffen habe. Ursprünglich hatte ich nur einen durchschnittlich positiven Eindruck von Harbin und fand es sogar etwas langweilig, aber jetzt, wo es Spätwinter ist, ist mein Glücksindex sprunghaft angestiegen! ! Und ich möchte beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen! !
Das Bett in Mudong ist wirklich bequem zum Schlafen. Sie können den Chef bitten, die hohen oder niedrigen Kissen zu wechseln. In der Lobby gibt es auch kostenloses Warmwasser sowie kostenloses Waschmittel und Duschgel etc. ! ! Niemand sonst stellt diese kostenlos zur Verfügung.
In Ihrer Freizeit können Sie eine Tasse Kaffee trinken und am Fenster sitzen und die Schneeflocken beobachten. Es gibt auch einen großen Projektor und abends werden Filme gezeigt. Die Atmosphäre im Spätwinter ist wirklich gut.
Und alle an der Rezeption sind sehr nett! ! ! Wenn Sie irgendwelche Bedürfnisse haben, können Sie sie ihnen mitteilen und sie werden Ihnen herzlich und freundlich helfen! Wir helfen Ihnen auch beim Kauf vergünstigter Kinokarten! Der Kaffee ist auch köstlich~
Der Chef von Mudong ist auch wirklich nett und aufrichtig. Jedes Bett ist mit einem Notfallset ausgestattet und die scharfen Kanten und Ecken sind auch umwickelt! Es war das erste Mal, dass ich einen so guten Chef sah, und ich weinte zu Tode! ! Und wenn etwas fehlt, wird er sofort eine Bestellung aufgeben und es rechtzeitig für alle nachholen. In der Lobby stehen Ihnen kostenlose Babywärmer zur Verfügung und es gibt auch einen speziellen Aufbewahrungsort für Ihr Gepäck, damit Sie bleiben können bis zum Abend, bevor Sie den Bus nehmen. So etwas Gutes bekommt man nicht, wenn man in andere Jugendherbergen geht! ! ! Es ist wirklich viel komfortabler als ein Hotel.
Das Wichtigste ist, dass jedes Zimmer neben zwei Grubentoiletten und zwei Duschräumen im öffentlichen Bereich auch über ein eigenes Bad und WC verfügt, was sauber, hygienisch und komfortabel ist! Mein mysophober Patient verspricht mir, dass ich diesen Ort wählen muss! ! !
Wenn Sie mit ein paar Freunden nach Harbin kommen, werden Sie bestimmt glücklich sein, hier zu leben! Wer alleine reist, kann hier auch sehr gute Freunde finden! Ich muss erwähnen, dass wir eine Schwester in einem Café kennengelernt haben, die Amway im Spätwinter zu uns gebracht hat. Sie hatte höhere Ansprüche an die Umwelt als ich und war daher entschlossen, nicht mit kleinem Budget zu reisen , sie wurde von uns belästigt. Verdammt, ich mag es hier wirklich, seit ich hier bin, hehe (*☻-☻*)
Ich bin alleine gereist und habe im Spätwinter gute Freunde aus aller Welt getroffen. Am Ende wollten wir uns nicht verabschieden! ! Ich verspreche, in Zukunft wiederzukommen (T_T)!
Auf dem Bild habe ich auch ein Foto vom Doppelzimmer meines Freundes gemacht. Hehe (＾ν＾), es hat eine super große, schicke Toilette. Dass das Doppelzimmer in einer Jugendherberge ist, macht mir nichts aus. Sie werden es nicht bereuen, sich für Mudong entschieden zu haben!
Ich kann die Vorteile des Spätwinters wirklich nicht genug betonen. Es gibt keine komfortablere und glücklichere Jugendherberge als hier! Ich muss sagen, dass der Chef wirklich versteht, was junge Leute wollen. Er ist es wert, ein Rucksacktourist zu sein! !
Schließlich wird der Chef so schnell wie möglich reich, eröffnet weitere Filialen und erlangt Freiheit im Leben! Wir kommen wieder! !

KKoudanMein bester Freund und ich entschieden uns für ein Vier-Personen-Zimmer im Nordosten mit beheiztem Kang. Obwohl wir ebenfalls aus dem Nordosten kommen, waren wir erstaunt, wie „schön“ es ist. Die großen roten Blumenvorhänge und das große grüne Blumenbeet waren für uns die besten Motive zum Fotografieren. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war angemessen, besonders wenn wir bis Mitternacht schliefen, wärmte das heiße Kang immer noch unseren unteren Rücken, was wirklich angenehm war. Die Toilette ist sauber und hat keinen Geruch.
Der Service der Vermieterin war aufmerksam und enthusiastisch, und ihre Einstellung war wie eine Frühlingsbrise. Sie organisierte einen Fahrer, der uns am Flughafen abholte, zeigte uns die Reiseroute, arrangierte eine angemessene Reisezeit für uns und sorgte für ein kostenloses Frühstück hat meine Schwestern sehr glücklich gemacht.
Ich freue mich darauf, nächsten Juni wieder ins Arctic Village zu kommen!

This trip was quite a spontaneous one, and I spent a lot of time choosing the right place to stay before finally deciding on this one. Many people told me that Snow Valley wasn’t worth visiting, that there wasn’t much to see or do—but I felt like I had to come. And I’m so glad I did.
The main reason I chose this place was because I absolutely loved the room and the view. However, leading up to the trip, I had a lot of concerns—Would the village be closed? Would the snow have melted? Would there still be activities to do? So many questions ran through my mind, especially since I was traveling near the end of the season. But the owner of the accommodation was incredibly reassuring, answering all my questions honestly and making me feel much more at ease.
I arrived in the evening, and although the journey was a bit dark and quiet with not many tourists around, the warm welcome I received made up for everything. The owner and their family were beyond wonderful—so kind and genuine that words can’t fully capture how I felt. You really have to come and experience it for yourself. The next morning, I had booked an activity at Wu Song Ling, and once again, the family took such great care of me. I already know I’ll be coming back, again and again.
I regret that I was so caught up in the beautiful lights and atmosphere of the hotel that I completely forgot to take photos. But next time, I’ll visit during peak season and make sure to capture every moment.
Thank you so much to everyone for the amazing hospitality. Breakfast was delicious, though I woke up late and didn’t have much time to enjoy it. I truly regret staying for just one night—next time, I won’t make the same mistake. I’ll definitely stay longer!
