Great location! Stayed here for several nights in July. The host was incredibly helpful—provided a list of nearby restaurants, assisted with my luggage up the stairs, and even went above and beyond to help me send a local parcel. They also kindly stored my large suitcase while I explored nearby cities. Overall a great experience!

Such an amazing hotel, great view of the Gulangsu island, close to a lot of shops and convenience stores. The beaches nearby are so beautiful, the room was clean and very comfortable. The daily cleaning made everything perfect. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are like in the pictures and it was the cleanest hotel I have been to in China! Very close to the airport and many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Despite all the rooms are for smokers, there is no strong smoke smell, just a very subtle hint (which is better than all the other hotel I visited in China, including non-smoker rooms).

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Zimmer war wirklich groß, und obwohl es weiter war als ich erwartet, es ist noch von einer Fußgängerfernung vom Flughafen. Zimmer war groß und hatte genug Platz! Sauberkeit war eigentlich ziemlich gut, AUSSCHRITT das Toilette. Ich denke, es wurde von einem anderen Bewerter erwähnt, dass es einen sehr starken Geruch, denke ich aus dem Abwasser kommen. Es schlägt wirklich in Ihrem Gesicht, wenn Sie die Toilettentür öffnen, so ich ziemlich beeinflusst und entschlossen, die Toilette lol zu verwenden. Aber glücklicherweise sind die Toilette und das Bad getrennt, so denke ich, wenn Sie die Toilettentür schließen, ist sie noch gut. Ich halte nur meinen Atem, wenn ich die Toilettentür öffne. Auch es ist noch tragbar für mich, da ich nur für 1 Nacht (im in Quanzhou für eine 24-Stunden-Layout), aber sonst ist der Geruch wirklich nicht für lange Aufenthalte, so würde ich sagen, berücksichtigen den Preis, den ich gezahlt habe (und die Nähe zum Flughafen) Es ist immer noch ein akzeptables Aufenthalt Aber wenn Sie dort länger bleiben, würde ich empfehlen, andere Hotels zu suchen! (Was wirklich schämend ist, weil ich gerne in großen Zimmern bleiben und ich denke, ich habe keine hohen Standards für meinen Aufenthalt solange es sauber ist, und dieses Zimmer ist ziemlich geräumig)

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

GGastnutzerThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

FFoodTravelLife88This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch.
I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice.
So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays.
1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off.
2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb.
3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well.
4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose.
However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help.
So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.

GGastnutzerWenn Freunde zusammen reisen, fühlen sich alle sehr gut. Es ist in einem separaten Garten, der alte Stil ist sehr gemütlich. Der Chefservice ist auch besonders gut und muss gefragt werden. Die kleine Katze im Geschäft ist auch sehr süß, nämlich in der alten Wüste, kann jederzeit gepflückt werden, und es ist sehr intim für die Wüste. Die kleine Katze sieht Essen und geht nicht rüber. Nächstes Mal muss ich in dieser Familie leben, empfehlen! Der Verkehr ist auch sehr bequem, die Wangzhou-Spiel ist im Grunde in der Nähe, wo immer es angebracht ist. Die empfohlene Diät des Chefs ist auch sehr lecker, eine große 👍

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

BBaiMaWangziIch reiste mit meinem Hund während des chinesischen Frühlingsdienstes nach Xiamen und nahm einen Tagsreise nach Kinmen Island, Taiwan, gerade vor der Küste.
Das Hotel war in der Tat ein Apartmenthaus mit mehreren Managementgesellschaften, die Zimmer auf verschiedenen Etagen vermieten. Das Gebäude war insgesamt in einem schrecklichen Zustand von Reparatur.
Zunächst versuchte das Front Desk mich in ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock zu setzen, das aus einem Schreckfilm aussehen ... Stains auf dem Boden, Wände, Schmutz und Schmutz überall .... Ich fragte, ob das das gleiche Zimmer ist, das ich reserviert habe und ein anderes weibliches Personal bewegt Ich bin zum 9. Stock, der zumindest sauber und aktualisiert war, im Halle. Das Zimmer war ok, und das Bett bequem, aber ich habe nie in einem Hotel geblieben, das Blätter direkt auf die Matratze ohne einen minimalen Pad zwischen ... Glücklich keine Bettbugs.
Das Zimmer hatte 3 von 8 funktionierenden Lichtboote, so war es sehr dunkel. Der Heizgerät erhitzt das Zimmer nicht einmal auf Max-Ebene, die den ganzen Tag laufen.
Alles war alt und dyngy... Nichts wie die Fotos
Ich hatte am ersten Tag keinen TV- oder Internet-Service, bis ich ihn gebeten habe, repariert zu werden.
Insgesamt ist kein Wartungsproblem.. Aber zumindest die Frau am Frontdesk war hilfreich und freundlich
Dass nur die echte Erlösung Qualität des Zimmers war die Ansicht ... Aber das Fenster war so schmutzig, es war meist dunkel.
