Absolutely high standard Hotel, relaxed atmosphere and very close to Buddina beach as “closer” would be meaning right on the water! The room was very clean spacious and nothing missing. If you compare it to a five star hotel I personally really enjoyed it. Rachel really helped me on self checking in organising it throughout the Phone. The room was well soundproofed and **** available fridge kettle and also tea and coffee we’re available to be made. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel were all of high grade and above all the bed was very comfortable, including the pillows. thank you for everything

As always this hotel is good value for money. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Only normally stopped while passing through with work but prefer to stay here than in Emerald. As it is closer to my next destination.

Zufälliger Ort Ich muss sagen, es ist kein typisches pub Hotel niemand um bei der Check-in in der Zeit musste an der Rezeption anrufen und warten an der Tür nach dem Anruf zu fragen, wie man sich anmelden und sagte, warten bis 2. Inzwischen versucht zu reden über die Generatoren, die aus irgendeinem Grund dazu bestimmt sind, dieses ganze Komplex zu steuern. Verlorene Strom während der Nacht und am Morgen. Wie soll man ein Hotel oder ein Unternehmen mit einer inkonsistenten Stromquelle steuern. Ein Hotel, das für Menschen ist, sollte die Macht haben.

The place is nice and accessible to all the shopping centre and near to bus and train station. The staff and the people are nice and during the night is so quiet. My only concern is no mirror inside the room.. all in all it is good place to stay.

Staying at Riverfront Motel was great I loved it there for the night with my friend as he loved it too great view location and room hopefully I'll have to come back go Riverfront Motel again and thank you for having us.

Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!
Als ich eincheckte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich es nicht wüsste, weil ich kein Vollzeitangestellter sei, also machte ich mir Sorgen, aber ich zeigte ihnen den Bildschirm und sie ließen mich ohne Probleme rein!
Nachts feiern viele Leute und man kann den Lärm hören!
Aber die Lage und die Gemeinschaftsräume waren großartig!

GGastnutzerActually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess.
So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out.
This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix.
My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

GGastnutzer1) Es war ein Albtraum-Check-in. Ich erreichte das Hostel um 6:30 Uhr und bemerkte, dass es keine Rezeption, sondern Goki für den Check-in zu verwenden. Ich erhielt jedoch eine Mitteilung von Goki, dass ”keine Reservierung” nach dem Schlüssel in meiner Bestätigungsnummer. Ich hatte einen Schock und setzte mich um Hilfe von Fremden im Hostel. Bis ich es gelöst hatte, war es wie 8:30 Uhr und ich starb tot.
2) Obwohl Goki ein einfaches System ist, aber Sie müssen Ihre Mobile überall bringen Sie sogar zum Toilette zum Beispiel Dusche (was passiert, wenn Sie vergessen, das Telefon zu bringen); es war eine Zeit mein Telefon war fast aus der Batterie (1% links) und ich muss es schnell belasten, indem ich von anderen Ladegerät schulde.
3) Es gibt kein Fenster in meinem Zimmer (einzeln) und die Luft-Con Temperatur ist über meine Kontrolle hinaus
4) Das Empfangsgebiet öffnet nur bis 2pm täglich, danach müssen Sie alle Hausbetreuungsdienste anrufen. Es stellt wirklich Unannehmlichkeiten für den ersten Mal, der über Cairns in Bezug auf die Richtungen, Orte der Interessen usw. wissen möchte.
5) Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, aber ich denke nicht, dass ich dieses Hostel in Zukunft meinen Freunden empfehlen werde.

JJerryMy stay was nothing short of excellent! The property is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. One of the highlights was the friendly atmosphere among guests; many spent time by the pool, chatting and sharing stories with one another. Additionally, having access to a kitchen allowed to prepare own meals, adding to the comfort of my stay.
Ms. Mary, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests. Her warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend considering Palms at Parmer for next getaway. If given the chance, I will certainly return!

JJochen SchleissAfter a long day of driving, i arrived at the place because i just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, with shared bathroom.
It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.

GGastnutzerThe staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, had all the basics and was secure. They have a laundry and a dessert and cocktail lounge. No swimming pools or gyms but if you’re looking for a basic, clean, and very reasonably priced motel, this is the one. Staff made it feel homely and there’s a supermarket next door, as well as the local pub and a few other essential stores
