There was a cockroach in my room. They clean the common areas, but they didn't clean the rooms. The Wi-Fi was weak. I was using a Vodafone SIM card, but the signal was barely noticeable inside the room. Initially, there's no explanation of the hostel, everything is done online, and you don't even need to meet the staff in person.

Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

Super hostel, man hat alles was man braucht, dusche, Küche, Pool, Abstellraum alles was man so braucht. Durch die besonderen Betten hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre und hat dort auch noch einmal einen Ventilator, Licht und Steckdose. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen sehr nettes Personal

Nette sehr kleine spartanisch eingerichtete Zimmer, jedoch das Ganze sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten! Nettes Personal. Kein F&B vorhanden, allerdings koch möglichkeiten im Gemeinschaftsbereich.

Lovely place. Would definitely recommend , love the bunk beds . There is some kind of privacy in between bunks which is amazing. Cleanliness top notch. Will come again for sure

距離Surfers Paradise不遠，步行可到，公車705站牌就在門口不遠處，輕軌站Cavill Ave在往Surfers Paradise一半的路程即可到達 喜歡床位有自己的窗簾，床架上也有獨立的燈和獨立充電的插座，有3個「大房間」（應該是大空間😂）每一間的床位非常的多，這次被安排在Room2，浴室和廁所在這個區域，但剛好被安排在離浴室和廁所蠻近的床位，所以經過的人很多～有點吵雜。水量充足且熱水持續供應，也有毛巾（在床上）和洗髮精.沐浴乳和潤絲精（在淋浴間內）我訂的時候是有供應早餐和晚餐的，但都是簡單的食物，除了噪音的部分，其他都很不錯

Bei der Buchung war ich etwas skeptisch, da der Preis günstig war, aber wirklich gut habe ich nicht erwartet. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass die Rezeption nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt ist, aber sie ist sehr aufmerksam, um den Self-Check-in für Besucher, die um Mitternacht einchecken, vorzubereiten und E-Mails zu senden, um die Bedienung zu erleichtern. Ein Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen kann als sehr angenehm bezeichnet werden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und es liegt in der Nähe des Meeres im Zentrum der Stadt. Nachts kann man am Strand entlang spazieren. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um alleine zu reisen.

Wohnen in einem zweibettigen Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Unter Flugweg mit wenigen Flugzeugen unerwartet zu niedrige Höhe fliegen und ich sah den Motor in keiner Entfernung. Schockende Sicht und Dolby Studio-Sound von dem Motor.

My stay was nothing short of excellent! The property is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. One of the highlights was the friendly atmosphere among guests; many spent time by the pool, chatting and sharing stories with one another. Additionally, having access to a kitchen allowed to prepare own meals, adding to the comfort of my stay. Ms. Mary, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests. Her warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend considering Palms at Parmer for next getaway. If given the chance, I will certainly return!

Das Zimmer, die Toilette, die Dusche und die Küche waren super sauber und sehr angenehm! Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett! Der Kühlschrank in der Küche war wie ein begehbarer Kühlschrank, was sehr praktisch war! Die Lage ist auch gut und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
