TTKACHENKO: sauberes Hotel, es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Heizung im Zimmer, es gab immer heißes Wasser, jeden Tag wurde gereinigt. Es gibt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe des Hotels zum Stadtzentrum (2 Haltestellen). von den Minuspunkten ... wir warnten, dass wir um 20:30 Uhr im Hotel ankommen würden (die Rezeption ist bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet), uns wurde gesagt, dass sie auf uns warten würden ... am Ende kamen wir an und es gab niemanden, ihr Telefon wurde getrennt ... .. sie antworteten ungefähr eine Stunde später, ein Hotelangestellter kam und ließ uns nieder.

XXiaoQzaiduocun: We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel La Fortezza and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station. If you prefer public transportation, there is a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to reach all the major attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and full of character. We especially appreciated having a room with a window, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay. One of the first things we noticed was the hotel’s pleasant signature fragrance, which created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, but we would especially like to thank Mr. Buli, who was working the night shift. We returned to the hotel late one evening after all the nearby restaurants had closed. When he learned that my son was hungry, he kindly prepared fresh sandwiches and yogurt for us from the hotel kitchen. His kindness and willingness to help went far beyond our expectations and made us feel truly cared for. Another thoughtful service was that the hotel offers complimentary travel adapters for guests, which was very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay at Hotel La Fortezza again on our next visit to Florence. Highly recommended! 📍来佛罗伦萨的朋友们，推荐一家这次入住体验超好的酒店——Hotel La Fortezza ❤️ 这次连住了两晚，整体体验非常满意，真心推荐！ ✅ 距离佛罗伦萨主火车站步行约10–15分钟。 ✅ 如果不想走路，酒店斜对面步行2分钟就是公交站，去各个景点都很方便、很快。 ✅ 一进酒店就闻到一种特别舒服、很高级的香氛味道，让人瞬间放松。 ✅ 房间宽敞、干净整洁，有窗户，住起来非常舒适，也很有意大利当地特色。 ❤️ 最想特别感谢酒店晚班工作人员 Mr. Buli。 有一天我们回酒店已经很晚，附近餐厅都关门了。听到孩子肚子饿了，他二话不说，亲自到酒店厨房帮我们准备了三明治和酸奶。虽然只是一个简单的举动，却让我们在异国他乡感受到满满的温暖和善意，这份贴心真的让人很感动。 另外，酒店还可以免费借用转换插头（Adapter），对国际游客来说真的非常方便。

GGastnutzer: Toller Service! Wir durften früher einchecken… was für ein Glück! Wir waren so müde von der Reise, und als wir das saubere Zimmer und das schöne große Badezimmer sahen, war es einfach ein tolles Gefühl. An der Rezeption war immer Personal/Sicherheitspersonal, sodass wir problemlos einchecken konnten, als wir spät nach Andrea Bocellis Konzert zurückkamen. Außerdem hatten wir Glück, dass wir das ganze Zimmer für uns alleine hatten :) Das Highlight dieses Apartments ist die sehr saubere und freundliche Bedienung!

Aagtaguero: 酒店位於某社區內，周圍環境非常靜謐，安全係數很高。酒店距離火車站1.5km，附近就有bus stop和輕軌站，去往熱門景點十分方便！此外，房東是一位中國女士，酒店內部裝修兼容了中西風格，軟硬件設施齊全，住在裏面有種回到家的感覺！值得一提的是，房東女士剛剛入住攜程，因而評論不多，希望國人旅客不要因此錯過！

GGastnutzer: Super convenient, it is located 1 minute walk from the bus station. Only 50 meters away. The train station is only 5 minutes by an urban bus. The staffs were attentive and very helpful. The food was great. Only 5 minutes walk up to the panorama viewpoint, and 10 minutes walk to the fountain and the city center.

GGastnutzer: Das Hotel ist wunderschön, im altmodischen Stil gehalten, sehr schön, fast wie ein Museum, mit so vielen Gemälden an den Wänden! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend! Sie können Ihr Gepäck tagsüber dort lassen und sich bei Bedarf in der gemütlichen Lobby ausruhen. Die Badezimmer sind blitzsauber! Das Hotel hat eine wundervolle Atmosphäre und Sie werden bestimmt wiederkommen wollen. Das Frühstück ist gut.

CChatchada: Love this hotel❤️ The room i was given was spacious ,clean,bright and has great essentials, they had extra pillows in the closet also many drawers for storage. The breakfast buffet was great, we were able to refill our water anytime with a machine on the 1st floor. I’d definitely choose to stay here again if I ever come back to Florence.
