Alles war freundlich und schien ihr Bestes für die Gäste zu tun. Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung, und die Villa scheint zwei Zimmer im ersten und zweiten Stock zu haben, aber das Wohnzimmer und die Küche im ersten Stock sind geteilt. Nur das Zimmer kann als persönlicher Raum betrachtet werden.

The hotel is very clean, and the family room is spacious for 2 of us. Basic amenities like toiletries, iron, fridge, cable TV are provided. No air-conditioning though but the weather is cold enough with just a fan. Breakfast was also included with the stay and it's buffet style. Customer service is also top notch. Good job!

Close to the night market. There are shops and restaurants nearby. You can get quick and easy breakfast from the stall next door. Some rooms are facing the street which might be a problem for those who are sensitive to noise, but personally I slept soundly with windows closed.

The location is central and close to the basics one might require.
Both the receptionists were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I arrived around 1pm and checking in was stipulated at 2pm.
There was no one at the reception counter but there was a family also, either checking in or out also seated nearby.
A full scale fight started amongst them and the young adult male hurled a full coffee container onto the table between them whilst shouting loudly.
He came and went several times screaming at them whilst they tried to mop up the mess with tissues.
No security or staff appeared to intervene.
Thankfully, this fammily all eventually rose and left, dragging their luggage behind them
The room I has been alotted was fine although the shower room floor was inadequately angled and so shower water flooded into the main bathroom floor.
Having then left to grab some lunch I returned to hear loud jackhammers pounding above the ceiling accompanied by intermittent hammering.
I phoned reception who apologised but said it was out of their control.
The demolition work stopped around 5pm but started again at 8am in the morning.
Looking back I can't say it was an overall favourable experience.

Nettes Personal und gute Lage
Ich kam gleich morgens um 5 Uhr an, das Personal half mir beim Einchecken und war sehr freundlich zu mir. Es bot mir den halben Preis für einen frühen Check-in an, was angemessen ist. Und die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch.
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums mit sehr schöner Aussicht, ich habe hier einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang gesehen. 5 Minuten mit dem Motorrad ins Zentrum. Ich miete hier ein Motorrad, sehr praktisch und ein gutes Angebot. Ich bin noch nie Motorrad gefahren, bevor das Personal es mir immer wieder beigebracht hat. 👍
Es ist ein ruhiger Ort mit warmherzigen Menschen, ich hoffe, sie können mehr Geschäfte machen, und wenn ich wieder nach Da Lat komme, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Location is great close to lots of tourists attractions. Staffs were friendly as well. The rooftop dining area has a perfect view of the city. You can grab a cup of coffee and chill there for the entire morning! The rooms are big with superb cleaningness. The only thing abt the rooms could be the penetrating noice from outside. Not really sound proof. Especially if there are people waking up early, even their footsteps can be heard.

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem See und der Dalat Nachtmarkt ist etwas verwirrt, wenn Sie zuerst einchecken. Aber nachdem Sie bleiben, ist es einfach zu gehen, das Personal ist so hilfreich und freundlich. Sie haben auch Zimmer sauber jeden Tag, so beunruhigen Sie nicht Ihr Zimmer wird jeden Tag sauber sein, wenn Sie ausgehen. Das Badezimmer ist nett Alles im Badezimmer ist neu, sie geben Ihnen Slips, Handtücher, Zahnpasta, Shampoo und Seife. Auch sie haben so viele Haltekontakt in diesem Zimmer. Die Atmosphäre am Morgen ist so warm, dass Sie sehen können, die lokalen Menschen ihre Aktivitäten tun und in der Nähe des Hotels können Sie auch gute Mahlzeiten essen. Danke für eine gute Erfahrung in Dalat.

Es liegt neben dem Dalat-Markt Bano und eignet sich daher gut zum Einkaufen. Der Su-Huong-See liegt in der Nähe und eignet sich daher gut für einen Spaziergang um den See. Das Personal ist freundlich und freundlich.
Dies ist ein Hotel, in das ich auf jeden Fall zurückkehren möchte.
Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt.

AAwilumDas Hotel hat eine sehr bequeme Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hell, mit großen Fenstern. In meinem Zimmer war das Fenster dem Sonnenuntergang gegenüber, und das Sonnenlicht wärmte das Zimmer über den ganzen Tag. Das machte das Zimmer angenehmen warm, auch am Abend. Es war schön, nach einem langen Tag in ein warmes Zimmer zurückzukehren, dank sowohl dem Sonnenlicht als auch der Aussicht auf einen schönen Sonnenuntergang.
Die Lage der Stromabnehmer war bequem, und das Zimmer beinhaltete eine Kessel, die mir erlaubte, Tee leicht zu machen. Die heiße Dusche war auch ein Plus. Der Parkplatz war sicher, geschlossen, unterirdisch und sehr geräumigperfekt für Fahrräder und Autos. Das Hotel hat mir insgesamt ein Gefühl der Sicherheit und Küche gegeben.
Aber es gab einen Nebenanblick, den ich traf. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Dusche hält das Zimmer überschwemmt. Am ersten Tag habe ich das Thema an das Personal gemeldet. Sie reagierten schnell, indem sie den Boden mit trockenen Handtüchern töteten und das Wasser entfernen. Leider blieb das Problem andauernd. Am nächsten Tag bat ich sie, es wieder zu reparieren, und sie entfernten den Bodenfilter, der die Wasserabwässer blockierte. Während dies die Situation verbesserte, löste sie das Problem nicht vollständig. Es scheint, dass die Dusche nicht ausreichend versiegelt war, da das Wasser weiter ins Zimmer schwimmt. Das machte es unmöglich, eine lange Dusche zu nehmen, die mich auf sehr kurze beschränkt.
Trotzdem ist mein Gesamteindruck vom Hotel positiv.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was so adorable! It truly felt like we were in a little fairy village. We arrived a little later in the evening, and the owner, who lives on site was very welcoming. My only downside to our stay was the bathroom. There is no shower curtain, so the water literally gets everywhere. I’m not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the drainage or if it was leaking somewhere from the toilet. Either way that was the only real issue we found. The beds are not very plush so be prepared. Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). I wasn’t prepared for that so it took me a little aback. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. On the day of our departure, the owner called a taxi for us, which saved us almost half of what GRAB was going to charge. If we ever return to Dalat, we would absolutely stay here again!

JJeanne MokThe hotel has the greatest awesome European style decorations with the most convenient location, very cool! The hotel staff Trang was very friendly and spoke very good English! The amenities are in high standard! The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is in the bathroom, the shower room has no door nor shower curtain which the water would wet the floor every time taking the shower. Two floor mats was provided when we checkin but only one was provided after, should always provide two floor mats as it'll then be soaking wet; the water tap on the basin was not stable as it turned whenever we turned on the water which i think it should be fixed, even the toilet behind the reception has the same issue. Both are just smal issues. Otherwise, all is GREAT and I'd highly recommend to everyone for this hotel.

MMiang YiangHi recently I went to Dalat for the 10th Dalat Flower Festival. I stay at TTR Skypool View Hotel from 3rd to 8th Dec 2024. It is near the centre market and the lake where the festival was held. The weather is cold in morning and night with cool wind in the afternoon. Beautiful flowers and scenery. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room is very clean. Would recommend this clean and safe hotel to tourists.

CCristineDas Innen- und Außenhaus sind sehr verrückt!!!! Ich habe ein Zimmer mit einem Klimaanlage reserviert, aber es ist immer noch schrecklich kalt. WERT IT! Der Platz ist zugänglich und der Service ist SUPERB! Wird sicher zurück gehen.
