After entering our extremely small room, which I found out was called a standard queen I immediately noticed long hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, so obviously the bathroom wasn’t clean very well the baseboards, the floor, and just the overall appearance of the walls in the bathroom and in the room are just pretty beat up and well worn. The door knob on the outside of our hotel room was falling off and the TV did not work. When we came back to our room a few hours later the TV was indeed fixed. However, the brightness was on the lowest setting and I thought I could simply adjust it from the remote, however There was no settings that were accessible from the remote to alter the brightness of the picture so no tv that night as I didn’t want someone coming up to our hotel room at 10 PM. Just the overall feeling of the hotel room is very grungy. We were kept awake until midnight when I couldn’t take the noise coming from the neighbors and had to get up, get dressed, go pound on their door and ask them to keep it down. The noise and the slamming of doors all throughout the night is completely unbearable and there’s no chance of sleeping more than 1 to 2 hours at a time before being awakened by slamming doors or people talking so loudly in the hallways. The walls are paper, thin. The hotel lobby, where you can sit and have a drink or a meal is kept absolutely frigid. We just strongly believe for the price there are so many better options of a cleaner, quieter much better maintained hotel. It also appears that most of the servers at the Lobby bar or rooftop bar are so young and inexperienced  and ask the silliest questions and look so perplexed at the questions that they are asked that it lacks such professionalism. While none of them were rude, they were certainly inexperienced. This was our second time staying there thinking that a second visit would provide different results when in actuality the second visit was worse than the first. So that being said, I could not give this hotel a good review at all.

Location : This depends on the guest's purpose of visit, but mine was for business. Having said that, the nearby train rail which runs all day long including late-night and early-morning does not help (You can hear this from the entire hotel). There is a small pizzeria, which seems to be attracting the town's 'night-crowds', and you can hear their V8 muscle engine at late night, which also did not help (You only hear this from one side of the hotel). Other than those two noise issues, the hotel is located at a very quiet and calm part of the town neighboring to many business buildings. Cleanliness : It's been newly renovated not long ago and things are clean and tidy. However, the hotel only offers a light duvet so I pulled out the fleece like blanket from the closet and it had many strands of hair stuck to it. This was my second time staying here and I had this same experience the first time I stayed so it proves that the hotel does not wash these blankets. Service : Check-in & Check-out was smooth and staffs were friendly. Also, the room cleaning service was good. My only complaint is, that it does not offer a in-room slippers. I am fully aware of environmental issue regarding disposable products but this is only thing you really need from the hotel, and is very difficult to bring along &/ buy, when you are traveling. I completely agree with not offering tooth brush, hair comb, razor & etc. but I really wish and expect to be offered a pair of slippers from a premium brand hotel. I think Mariott is big enough to come up with a creative way to offer slippers to its guests for their comfort & conveniency, in a way that doesn't harm our environment. Facility : It has a nice lobby with large TV showing news or sports games. Offers a small snack bar with drinks. All clean and nice. Also has a fitness gym facility and a washing machine / laundry room. I only found out this time (2nd time staying here) but if I am back, I will be using them for sure.

.The hotel left a mixed impression. Despite the excellent reviews and not being the cheapest option, we were overall disappointed. Starting with the positives: A very convenient location in a pleasant, green, and quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. There are plenty of great cafés, small shops, restaurants, and wine bars nearby. Polite and friendly staff at the front desk. Interesting room design. Spacious parking available for hotel guests. Large rooms. Now the downsides: Thin walls and creaky floors made it very difficult to sleep. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. The young couple staying in the next room was clearly enjoying their time together, which unfortunately meant a very uncomfortable experience for us. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy — not only did it hum loudly when running, but it also made constant knocking sounds. The breakfast was exceptionally poor. The only “hot” items seemed to be the coffee and a dishwasher, which, oddly enough, was placed right in the middle of the breakfast area. There were two small TVs in the room, both positioned very inconveniently for viewing, and neither had streaming services available. The housekeeping staff was intrusive — within a 20-minute period, they knocked on the door three times (and even tried to open it once), apparently trying to hurry us out, even though it was still before checkout time.

Das Hotel ist sehr offen und nicht alle zusammen geklappt es ist tatsächlich über 4 Gebäude in einem Stadtgebiet. Der Vorderbüro-Typ war sehr hilfreich und hat mich in mein Zimmer zu früh um 9 Uhr gecheckt und das Zimmer war phänomenal!! Es ist sicherlich wert, die Suite mit dem Jacuzzi und Balkon zu bekommen. Wahrscheinlich die schönste Executive Suite, die ich geblieben habe und ich werde meinen Aufenthalt verlängern und auch eine andere Zeit zurückkehren. Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu, die Liftstuhl zwei, die Zimmer sind voller. Ich habe dieses Mal einen persönlichen Zimmer reserviert, der Raum fühlte mich gerade gut und komfortabel. Die Personalservice-Einstellung ist sehr gut. Der Halle ist sehr groß und ist sehr gut für die Übernachtung im Freien geeignet; Frühstück ist viel gewählt

Das Hotel riecht wie Weihnachtsmorgen wegen der Feuerplätze und der Schüttelfrost, sehr cool Features, die ich nicht anderswo gesehen habe. Sehr schönes Front Desk Personal, Fenster, die offen, Feuerplätze, und trotz einer laufenden Renovierung gab es keine chaotische Banging / Drehung oder Malerei, sie hielten alles sehr professionell. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Marriot-Eigenschaften in diesem Bereich, dieser Residenz, Fairfield und der Hofgarten. Sie alle die gleiche Parkplatz-Parkplatz, es fühlt sich sicher, obwohl Sie einige Lautwagen durchkommen und dieses Hotel ist direkt am Autoausgang, so einige Leute Beschwerden über Autolärm. Ich merkte nicht / denken es so viel. Aus irgendeinem Grund gingen die Nachtraten nach meinem Aufenthalt hier von rund 108 bis jetzt über 170 Dollar vor Steuern. Zum Anfang war es ein erstaunlicher Deal und das beste Residence Inn von weitem. Bei diesem neuen Preis ist es immer noch ein festes, sehr sauberes und professionelles Hotel, aber ich denke, es ist zu teuer im Verhältnis zu den Einrichtungen gepreist.

Das ist mein Lieblings-Marriott im U-Bahnhof Portland. Front Desk Mädchen sind super cool und große Energie, viele Snacks, die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und sicher Parkplatz. Aber mein Lieblingsteil ist das Zimmer selbst, sehr effiziente Desk-Setup (Königzimmer durch Exekutivsuite, jedes Zimmer hat diese), Fenster öffnen ALLE WAY Up! so können Sie Tonnen frische Luft und viele Streaming-Optionen Netflix / Amazon Prime Video / PlutoTV / Youtube / Pandora. Fairfield ist wirklich im Spiel der Ausstattung gewinnen, und das Hotel ist unerwartet sauber überall. Dieses Eigentum des Oswego Sees ist außerhalb des Zentrums, so dass Sie nicht die weirdos wandern um spät am Abend, was eine interessante ”Feature” von anderen Hotels im Zentrum ist. Auch in irgendeiner Weise hat dieses Fairfield auch wirklich wettbewerbsfähige Preise Also bekommen Sie fast das beste Angebot in der Stadt. Sicherlich glücklich, dass ich dieses Hotel gefunden und bald wiederkommen wird.

The ladies working the front desk in the mornings are absolute angels. I can't say enough nice things about them. I don't know if they're the owners of the place but they are the most kind, considerate, mindful, down to earth beings I've met in a very long time. The staff are always so very kind, motherly, considerate and concise. I stay here often since i work on the bridge nearby and I've always had an enjoyable, relaxing, carefree, and unobstructed stay here. Clean rooms, hallways, amenities. I've never had anything to complain about whatsoever. I've said it once before that everybody there deserves a raise because they are an absolute dream team by the way they make the entire hotel run so efficiently and effectively, and go out of their ways every time to make sure my stay is always a breeze. Thank you all so much for everything. Keep up the good work, and keep your heads up high, always.

Nach einer langen Fahrt aus San Francisco war es eine so begrüßenswerte Überraschung, wie sauber und modern das Holiday Inn Express war. Von dem Moment, als wir in die Lobby eintraten, waren wir beeindruckt. Die Rezeptionisten wurden professionell geklebt und behandelt uns wie willkommene Gäste mit ihrer warmen, freundlichen Einstellung. Muriel, der unsere Eincheckung bearbeitete, war hervorragend, wie Sergio, mit dem wir später gesprochen haben. Die Mitarbeiter wie sie machen Holiday Inn einen tollen Ort zum Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und unverschämt sauber. Ich hatte bei der Buchung ein ruhiges Zimmer beantragt, und es war bereit, als wir ankamen. Die Betten waren unglaublich komfortabel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, mit vielen verschiedenen Artikeln zu wählen. Mit all dem gesagt, danke, Holiday Inn, für einen erinnerebaren Aufenthalt.

Alles Personal war sehr nett. Carina war das Personal für das Frühstück und war wunderschön! Sie hat immer auf uns geprüft und cl Aned Tische und wieder gelagert. Ich habe auf Oster geprüft und sie arbeitete so hart wie je zuvor und mit einem Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht! Ich hatte meinen Sohn einen Tipp zu geben. Ich glaube nicht, dass viele Leute ihre Tipp-Sack auf der Fensterschrank sehen, weil es nicht in der Nähe von irgendeinem der Lebensmittel. Vertrau mir, sie verdient es. Der Pool und die Heiße Tube waren jeden Tag perfekt und sehr sauber. Der Herr, der den Pool reinigt, war auch sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank und Desk. Mein ältester Sohn blieb in den Schlafzimmern in Linfield und ich glaube, er wird dort im Herbst gehen. Ich werde dieses Ziel machen, um ihn zu besuchen. 5 Sterne sicher! Katie Barnhart
