I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

Ein schöner Ort, um zu bleiben. Ich liebe die Lage auch. Wir blieben im Mayan Zimmer. Ich liebe alles darüber. Das o mein Ding, wenn ich es ändern könnte, wäre etwas mehr Raum in den Zimmern. Wir fanden, dass wir rund um jeden ganzen Tanz und konnten kaum bewegen, um Gepäck aufgestellt zu bekommen. So dass dieser Teil mich wenig geflüstert wegen mangelnder Raum in diesem Aspekt. Andernfalls habe ich absolut keine Beschwerden. Es war sehr sauber und das Bett und der Kissen war wie auf Wolken schlafen. Das war sehr geliebt. Es war so sehr komfortable und gemütlich. Es war sehr geliebt, wie sie Ihren Zimmerservice mit Frühstück bringen, das war schön. Der Aufenthalt fühlte sich romantisch und insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und ich würde sicherlich nochmal bleiben. Ich bin sicher, wir werden noch für einen weiteren Geburtstag zurückkehren. Wir waren hier, um unser 25-jähriges Geburtstag zu feiern und es war perfekt! Das Personal ist untergebracht und freundlich und das Schloss ist erstaunlich. Ich empfehle anderen, die nach einem lustigen anderen Themenraum mit einem Jacuzzi suchen. Viele TV-Kanäle bieten sie auch an. Danke für alles!

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.  However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go.  The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy.  There were no vending machines.  The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.   I have attached pictures of the room.  Door frames were completely broken.  Door would hardly open or shut.  The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires.  The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath. Most of these issues are routine maintenance items.  For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room.  Room 118 was not that room. Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review.

Location is really solid, with some decent dining across the street. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, but I got a weird vibe from them. Not sure what that was about. Thiis hotel chain definitely cuts costs when it comes to things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other room amenities. That all felt super cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot of options. Waffles were good, eggs were passable, sausage was standard. I'd not want to eat it for more than two days in a row, but it hit the spot for what it was. Wouldn't avoid in the future, but certainly not memorable.

The queen bed was pretty comfortable, clean sheets, however the lighting was average and the bathroom smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The floor was uneven on the first floor not great carpet and a little dated. I only stayed one night so it was okay.. Tv, microwave and refrigerator were decent.  I didn't have the breakfast, but it did smell good. Location was close to K State,  however the surroundings were old rundown buildings and vacant storage. Lighting outside was bright at night so that was good. Overall average stay. Front desk staff were nice but check in did take a while.

Wir lieben Embassy Suites von Hilton! Nr. 1 Grund für ihre Sicherheit und Sauberkeit! Wir blieben dort 6 Nächte, und es fühlten sich wie zu Hause. Sie haben einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, TV im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, und der Kleiderschrank, den wir für das Baby beantragt haben! Plus Punkte für die Waschbecken im zweiten Stock! Ihr Frühstück ist großartig, aber, wissen Sie, sechs Tage mit dem gleichen Frühstück? Ich würde lieber schlafen. LOL! Wir lieben wirklich, wie gemütlich unser Zimmer ist!

Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt - Teil einer Hochzeitsgruppe und Dutzende von Familienangehörigen, die in diesem Hotel verblieben. Personal war sehr freundlich und reichhaltig ...besonders wichtig am Morgen während des Frühstücks! Das Essen war gut und sie machten eine gute Arbeit, die Dinge voll und heiß zu halten. Mein einziger Beschwerde war, dass unser Königszimmer ziemlich klein war und das Bettkopf gegen die Wand geteilt mit dem Badezimmer ...so ”Lärm” war ein Problem am Morgen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen der Altstadt. Ich lebte 6 Jahre in Wichita, als ich bei McConnell stationiert war, aber das ist mein erstes Aufenthalt hier. Sehr schönes Personal, Lester Checkte mich ein und Alejandra war ein cooler Bartender zu reden. Das Zimmer war schön, das Hotel ist schön. Meine einzige kleine Beschwerde ist, dass das Badezimmer bereits leer war, aber ich habe nur die Handschuhe anstelle verwendet. Preis war nicht zu schrecklich für die Lage. 8.5/10
