Ich liebe es, hier zu bleiben und es lohnt sich wirklich für den Preis, den wir zahlen. Ich habe mit meiner Familie 3 Zimmer nebeneinander gebucht. Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist sauber, aber der Kleiderschrank über dem Regal ist etwas staubig, deshalb lege ich kein Tuch darauf. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen 7eleven-Automaten. Wenn Sie sich nicht irren, wird der Pool noch bis 2024 renoviert, aber wir können mit ihrer Zustimmung in ihrer anderen Filiale in der Nähe des Flughafens kostenlos schwimmen gehen. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, auch wenn wir etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Zentrum wie zum Lee Garden und zu anderen Märkten benötigen. Es ist aber wirklich praktisch, weil wir unser Auto am Hotel parken können, da dort viele Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Übrigens ist der Kundenservice hier sehr gut. Danke :)

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch to start the stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant visit. The swimming pool is a great spot to unwind, though the piano in the lobby is unfortunately out of tune, which might disappoint music enthusiasts. For dining, there’s a local kopitiam and dim sum restaurants within walking distance, along with a nearby 7-Eleven for convenience. The hotel also has an on-site café, but I found it to be quite pricey compared to local eateries. One thing to note is that all major attractions require transportation, so having a vehicle or planning for rides is necessary. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and relaxing amenities, especially if you appreciate good service and nearby dining options.

A very cosy and clean boutique Hotel located some 10-15 mins away from Hatyai city centre ( Lee Garden ). However, the Hotel have transport service (8-10 ppl )to various place if you need at a very reasonable price. Lots of restaurants and stores along the main road. . The Hotel also has a restaurant with Thai style breakfast. The room is cost and clean with all amenities in good condition Recommended.

Never trust hotel reviews!! We chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but after staying here, we were truly disappointed! I booked three rooms for three nights at Bhava Residence. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was very noisy, so I requested a room change. On the first night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in another room completely stopped working, causing my family to have a sleepless night. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially, the air conditioner in the new room was working fine. The hotel staff informed us that if the air conditioner malfunctioned again, we could request a fan from them since there was no technician available to fix it immediately. However, later that night, the same problem occurred—the air conditioner in that room completely stopped working again. This meant that my family endured two sleepless nights in a row. It was truly terrible! That night, the room opposite my family’s room also had to be changed in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue. I questioned the hotel front desk staff about why these air conditioning failures kept happening. Their explanation was that the air conditioners were overworked, which is why such problems kept occurring! Because of this issue, I will never choose this hotel again. It has seriously affected my family's rest, and we are very disappointed with this hotel. I hope the hotel management should thoroughly resolve the air conditioning problems and take responsibility for their guests.

Zu dem Moment, als ich ankam, die warme Begrüßung der Mitarbeiter setzte den Ton für einen erinneren Besuch. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos und effizient, und der Konzern war mit Empfehlungen für lokale Attraktionen unglaublich hilfreich. Das Zimmer war schön dekoriert, geräumig und unspottbar sauber. Ich schätze das komfortable Bett und die Aufmerksamkeit auf jeden Aspekt des Zimmers von den modernen Einrichtungen bis hin zu den bedenklichen Komplimentaren berührungen. Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer war erstaunlich, und es machte für einen perfekten Hintergrund, um nach einem bemühten Tag die Stadt zu entspannen. Das Essen im Hotel war ein weiterer Highlight. Das Restaurant auf der Website bietet ein vielfältiges Menü mit delikatierenden Gerichten, jedes mit frischen, lokalen Zutaten. Ob es Frühstück oder Abendessen war, jedes Essen war eine Freude und zeigte das Engagement des Hotels für Qualität und Exzellenz. Was wirklich Aura Hotel getrennt gesetzt war der unglaubliche Service. Jedes Mitarbeiter, den ich getroffen habe, ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt komfortabel und angenehm war. Ihre wahre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit auf Details machte mich wie ein geschätzter Gast fühlen. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung hier nichts weniger als fantastisch. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der eine Mischung von Luxus, Komfort und außergewöhnlicher Service sucht. Ich kann nicht warten, bis ich für einen anderen Aufenthalt zurückkehre!

I recently stayed at The Habita Hotel Hatyai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor setbacks. Location: The hotel is in a great spot, centrally located and close to many attractions and dining options. It’s perfect for exploring Hatyai. Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Room: The room was modern and comfortable, but there were a few areas for improvement. Unfortunately, there was no safety box or iron and ironing board, which might be inconvenient for longer stays or business travelers. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the toilet area. Amenities: While the room lacked a designated luggage compartment area, the living room was well-equipped with an iMac for guests to use, which was a nice touch. Shampoo was provided, and the minibar items were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise. Final Thoughts: Despite the few shortfalls in terms of amenities, the overall experience at The Habita was great. The location, friendly staff, and thoughtful additions like the iMac and complimentary minibar make it worth considering for a stay in Hatyai. Just a little attention to the room’s missing items and minor maintenance issues would make it even better.

Wir haben in allerletzter Minute über Trip.com ein schönes und sauberes Budgethotel gebucht. Es liegt in der Nähe des Greenway und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Lee Garden, geeignet für eine eigene Autotour. Die Straße ist nicht so überfüllt, neben dem Hotel gibt es ein paar thailändische Lebensmittelläden. Das Hotel stellt grundlegende Toilettenartikel und Handtücher zur Verfügung, noch besser wäre es, wenn ein Haartrockner zur Verfügung gestellt würde, die anderen sind großartig!

I went to Hatyai for 4 days 3 nights with my friends and we chose this hotel because of the price. The price is very cheap and affordable for those who have a low budget to travel. But I didn't expect that when we got to the room we're speechless because the room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. I didn't think we would get such a room for such a cheap price.. and the receptionist was also very kind and cheerful. I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Hatyai again..🥹
