"On the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean. On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste. My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed. Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in. Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements."

"Me ha decepcionado. Me dieron una habitación más grande de lo esperado PERO llevaba truco. En tres días ni un solo día de limpieza en la habitación. Te sientes abandonado como cliente. El agua caliente no funciona como debe. Consulte con recepción (localizada en otro lugar distinto y llamada con cobro, para solucionarlo. La respuesta “espere más tiempo” cosa que no funcionó ya que estuve 20 min esperando a que el agua caliente llegara. Solamente el último día pude ducharme con agua caliente. El precio es DEMASIADO alto para el tipo de servicio obtenido. Existen lugares con mucho mejor atención al cliente y con bastantes más amenities que este local. Es una casa vacía en la que solo puedes dormir, sin más. Recomiendo fervientemente buscar un lugar con un precio más acorde con los servicios recibidos"

It is surprisingly hard to find hotels that offer proper twin rooms (two separate beds), but this place has them in their offer, which is a rare and great advantage. Breakfast Included: Having a delicious breakfast included in the price was very convenient and added great value to the stay. Spotless Rooms: The room was impeccably clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful Staff: The service was excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit."

"Das Hotel liegt im unteren Teil der Altstadt, aber immer noch in einer einfachen Spazierweiterung vom Zentrum entfernt ( 5 Minuten), bietet sowohl Komfort als auch Ruhe. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich gestaltet, während die gesamte Komposition sauber und stilvolle Innenräume mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre versehen war. Die Umgebung war außergewöhnlich ruhig, wodurch es einen sehr entspannenden Ort zum Aufenthalt macht. Der Hotelbesitzer war auch während des Besuchs unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich, und hinzugefügt eine warme und persönliche Kontakt zu der Erfahrung."
