I went with my family and booked two rooms. The kids loved and enjoyed the swimming pool. While we liked our rooms, it’s very comfortable and with Netflix account. The location is also at the center so that’s a plus. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

+ I like that bath and toilet are separated. + They have water dispenser available at the hallway. You can heat up water in the room with the electric kettle provided. + Julie was so accommodating and friendly. She even gave us a connecting room. + The manong guards were also very welcoming and helpful. - The room is quite small but has basic amenities except for small fridge. - I felt the carpet or beddings were dusty as i was sneezing most of the time.

Ich blieb in einem Hotel in Legaspi und hatte insgesamt eine durchschnittliche, aber bequeme Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war eine anständige Größe und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, was den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Einige Moskitos konnten jedoch eingehen, was ein wenig irritierend war. Der Fernseher war ziemlich klein, aber nutzbar. Das Badezimmer könnte eine Verbesserung verwenden, wo es ein wenig Mold, und während das heiße Wasser funktionierte, war der Wasserdruck ziemlich niedrig. Auf der positiven Seite war die Lage sehr bequem, mit einem schönen zentralen Bereich, die es leicht zu erreichen. Nicht schlechter Aufenthalt, aber es gibt sicher Raum für Verbesserungen.

An amazing hotel....5 star all the way. Excellent food, staff, pool, facility! The staff were so accommodating, friendly and super efficient. We have travelled around the world and by far this hotel was one of our favorites! I highly recommend a stay here. You wont be disappointed!

Die Serviceleistungen der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Sie waren alle respektvoll gegenüber den Gästen. Das Essen im Frühstücksbuffet war großartig. Die Lebensmittelsorte war ausgezeichnet, aber es hatte keine Obstsaft zur Verfügung. Andernfalls hatte auch der Lotus Blue Cafe zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis tolles Essen. Die Lage war sehr nahe dem Hauptstadtgebiet und zu Fuß zu sauberen Malls mit viel Speise- und Restaurantoptionen. Das Gebiet ist auch sehr sicher und freundlich. Leider hatten wir eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Zimmer. Der Warmwasserheizgerät im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wir berichteten sofort, dass an das Frontdesk. Sie schickten eine Wartungsmechanik, um es zu reparieren, aber die gleiche Frage jedes Mal, wenn wir versuchten, die Dusche zu verwenden. Sie versprach, den Heizgerät zu ersetzen, während wir auf unserer Tour weg waren, aber als wir zurück kamen, war der Heizgerät noch nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser aus der Dusche würde zuerst sehr heiß und schwer zu richten. Dann nachdem das Wasser sehr kalt kam. Ich berichtete die gleiche Frage an das Frontdesk, aber keine Ergebnisse. Danke, dass wir nur zwei Tage gefangen waren.

Hotel is Good. Clean, very responsive to my needs, its just that what I booked on the hotel rooms is not air-conditioned and its my fault that I haven't read it saying that it wasnt air-conditioned. No breakfast available so it was just fair. Thanks a lot, God bless!

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

Location is just a 5-min drive from SM. Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy. There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be okay? Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.
