I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Beim zweiten Mal wiederhole ich es, mir gefällt es hier, weil das Bett sehr weich ist, das Parken einfach ist, aber das Niveau von P3 sehr niedrig ist, nur war es dieses Mal eine schlechte Erfahrung 🥲 Der Check-in war zunächst vom 20. bis 21. April und am 21. April um Um 8 Uhr sagten sie mir, ich solle den Tag bis zum 22. verlängern, um 14 Uhr betrat das Personal das Zimmer und bat um Auschecken. (vielleicht hat uns das Schalterpersonal nicht gesagt, dass wir verlängert haben). Ich trage einen Hijab, verdecke meine Intimbereiche perfekt und trage einen langen Schleier. Zum Glück ist es eine Frau. Welche Art von Intimbereich glauben Männer, dass ich habe? free2 kann Kleidung sehen, die den Intimbereich nicht bedeckt. Hmm, überhaupt keine Sicherheit und Privatsphäre! Ich hoffe, dass ich beim nächsten Check-in als Entschuldigung ein Geschenk vom Hotel bekomme. Kann ich den halben Preis bekommen? (Können Sie mir eine E-Mail senden), denn bis jetzt war meine Angst so groß, dass die Leute spielten und das Zimmer öffneten das, wenn man keinen Ehemann hat. Das Trauma😭

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

Diesen Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und ruhig, macht es einen perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktiv, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Wir fühlten uns wirklich zu Hause während unserer Zeit hier. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben und empfehlen, diesen Aufenthalt zu Hause für jeden, der einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt sucht.

Lift only got one functioning so have to wait long time. But for RM 66 per night is okay la the room and bathroom. But this hotel did not pay for the parking and the fee is expensive.

Der Ort war im Allgemeinen sauber und komfortabel und die grundlegenden Einrichtungen wurden bereitgestellt und gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist bequem, es leicht zu erreichen. Gesamt, gute Erfahrung und wert der Preis.

Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen schön und gemütlich. Sauberkeit war ok, es gibt Haare auf dem Sofa. Die Lage ist abgelegen, kein Restaurant in der Nähe zu Fuß, aber es war gut für mich bcz Ich reservierte diese Gegend, um eine Marathon in der Nähe zu besuchen und ich verbringe meinen Tag Ruhe und holen Sie Essen im Hotel, so dass es nicht ein Problem für mich war. Auch nicht zu weit vom Flughafen, der für mich bequem ist. Sehr freundliche Einrichtungen waren grundlegende, es gibt filtriertes Wasser außerhalb des Zimmers, Zahnbürste n Handtücher geliefert. Wäre schön, wenn Duschetappe geliefert.

The location indeed very strategic, just beside it you have mamak restaurant. If you’re hungry in the middle of the night / no worries if you want to sahur since i stayed during recent Ramadan. However, you got what you paid for. The room is small. You can hear almost everything whats happening outside the room. I like when it have wall fan. Haha. Yes..i’m fully aware it’s a budget hotel. So this is my honest review 😌

Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung, obwohl wir nur für 1 Nacht geblieben waren. Die Lage und die Umgebung waren sehr nett, vor allem mit einem Fluss durch den Ort. Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, obwohl es einige Probleme gab. Ein Stromsockel wurde schrecklich auf den Rahmen des Zimmers gestellt. Jedes Mal, wenn die Notwendigkeit, Wasser zu kochen, muss man die elektrische Kessel zum Sockelpunkt bringen und auf den Boden platzieren. Bereitstellung eines Verlängerungsschnur wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Zimmertür kam nicht mit einem Schließsystem. Die Tür kann nur durch eine über die Türmantel und den Türrahmen gebundene Seile vom Innenraum gesichert werden. Man kann nicht helfen, sich unbehaglich zu fühlen, wenn die Zimmertür unsicher ist, wenn man das Zimmer leer verlässt. Zimmer kam mit einem eigenem Bad, aber separat außerhalb des Zimmers. Die Privatsphäre wird insbesondere für Frauen in und aus dem Badezimmer gefährdet. Die von anderen verwendeten gemeinsamen Fußwege befinden sich sehr nahe dem Eingang des Badezimmers.
