The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Beim zweiten Mal wiederhole ich es, mir gefällt es hier, weil das Bett sehr weich ist, das Parken einfach ist, aber das Niveau von P3 sehr niedrig ist, nur war es dieses Mal eine schlechte Erfahrung 🥲 Der Check-in war zunächst vom 20. bis 21. April und am 21. April um Um 8 Uhr sagten sie mir, ich solle den Tag bis zum 22. verlängern, um 14 Uhr betrat das Personal das Zimmer und bat um Auschecken. (vielleicht hat uns das Schalterpersonal nicht gesagt, dass wir verlängert haben). Ich trage einen Hijab, verdecke meine Intimbereiche perfekt und trage einen langen Schleier. Zum Glück ist es eine Frau. Welche Art von Intimbereich glauben Männer, dass ich habe? free2 kann Kleidung sehen, die den Intimbereich nicht bedeckt. Hmm, überhaupt keine Sicherheit und Privatsphäre! Ich hoffe, dass ich beim nächsten Check-in als Entschuldigung ein Geschenk vom Hotel bekomme. Kann ich den halben Preis bekommen? (Können Sie mir eine E-Mail senden), denn bis jetzt war meine Angst so groß, dass die Leute spielten und das Zimmer öffneten das, wenn man keinen Ehemann hat. Das Trauma😭

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Resort Suites in Bandar Sunway. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, was den Aufenthalt komfortable und gut für Geld machte. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Sunway Pyramid Mall und die nahe gelegenen Attraktionen, die alles leicht zugänglich gemacht. Die Wände sind jedoch ziemlich dünn, so dass Geräusche aus сосед Zimmern und der Korridor ganz einfach zu hören sind, vor allem in der Nacht. Insgesamt ist der Aufenthalt für den Preisgroße Lage und Raum, aber leichte Schlafer können den Lärm etwas störend finden.

Diesen Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und ruhig, macht es einen perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktiv, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Wir fühlten uns wirklich zu Hause während unserer Zeit hier. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben und empfehlen, diesen Aufenthalt zu Hause für jeden, der einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt sucht.

Die Lage ist ziemlich nahe einem Utama Einkaufszentrum. Nur 8-15minutes Fahren nach 1U oder Starling Mall. Einchecken und Auschecken ist einfach, die Anweisung ist abgeschlossen. Das ganze Haus ist sauber und komfortabel. Das Haus steht vor Campingplatz und Moschee, so wird es ein wenig laut. Andere als das sind alle gut. Sicherlich wird dieses Haus wieder reservieren, wenn mit der Familie ,Tq Gastgeber.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Paxtonz KL Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel und bot einen schönen Blick auf Empire City. Die Ausstattung war komplett, inklusive aller notwendigen Utensilien, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Toilettenartikel waren vorhanden, sodass ich nichts zusätzlich mitbringen musste. Die Schalldämmung war überraschend gut und ermöglichte mir eine ruhige und erholsame Nachtruhe. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Swimmingpool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, sodass man jederzeit problemlos etwas zu essen findet. Einziger Nachteil: Die Wartezeit am Aufzug kann zu Stoßzeiten recht lang sein. Insgesamt war es ein komfortabler und angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich jedem Besucher der Gegend wärmstens empfehlen kann.

I checked in late as I had attended a concert earlier, arriving at the hotel around midnight. While the property is new, I found it difficult to locate my room in Block A due to the absence of signboards distinguishing Blocks A, B, C, and D. The room itself was spacious, and the air conditioning functioned well. However, at approximately 6 a.m., someone knocked on my door several times. As I was unsure of the visitor’s identity, I chose not to open the door.

First of all…really appreciate the low rate from all Sun Inns Hotel. This is truly amazing. But I would like to say there’s still room for improvement. For example, I rmb there’s some room in Sun Inns comes with a smart TV, not all. I recommend adding smart TV to all rooms. Good thing is there’s water dispenser which is much needed. The air cond is super cold 👍 we actually turned it off because it’s just too much But the light in the room is broken…so the whole room is quite gloomy. The bedsheet is separated, I don’t like it tho, why is it separated into 3 pieces ya? Some hotels also like this 🤔 And one important thing…the bed shouldn’t be facing directly towards the door, this is very bad in fengshui… there’s plenty of space to place the bed, I wonder why it is placed like this. Normally hotels know fengshui right? 🤔 Bed facing bathroom door and main door is very very bad, strongly recommend to change the placement of bed.
