Right at the town center of Bintulu. Easy access to all eatery outlets nearby. Ample public car parking lots. Good room setup with high quality towels. However must replace all existing pillows that out of shape.

Die freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Rezeptionistin und das freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Personal aller Zeiten. Es war sauber, ordentlich und stilvoll. Exzellenter Service. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nur im Frühstücksbereich des Restaurants war einer der Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich freundlich.
Als ich nach Frühstück fragte, schrie mich der Mitarbeiter um 10 Uhr an und sagte „GESCHLOSSEN“.
Schauen Sie auf meine Uhr, 9:54 Uhr. Noch 6 Minuten vor 10 Uhr frei. Ist ok.
Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Second time stay in this hotel on my trip to Bintulu. Good location, easy to locate. No need to worries on meals and transportation. Helpful staff, good job to them.

got the deluxe queen room. this was my view. had a pleasant stay despite broken lift on the night of check-in but it was immediately fixed the next day. receptionist was responsive when i needed to help with the locked bathroom door early in the morning. thank you! they provide iron at the hall.

Really worth the money. The room is clean, spacious, got few channel on television and the staff are very kind too. The breakfast are provided and the food is quite good to my taste. I would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in Serian because the location is just nearby the town and hospital. There are also a lot parking lot nearby.

Good location, SCR Chicken rice and Chicago 7 at the lobby. The Deluxe Twin room is very spacious with a mini fridge, a hair dryer, electric kettle but no slippers or toothbrush. I love the bathroom which is spacious, clean n modern. The bf is just average but enough for you to start the day. Check in n checkout.is super fast with the friendly reception staff n friendly cleaning staff too. I do recommend this hotel if you vome to Sri Aman

I especially appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the strategic location of the hotel, with its proximity to nearby shopping malls and easy access to the hospital, was incredibly convenient and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the buffet breakfast. I noticed that the current selection of breakfast items is somewhat limited. Adding more variety to the menu would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. Perhaps including more options such as a wider range of fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local delicacies could cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.

JJ$SI recently stayed at Wiwo Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt right at home.
The facilities at Wiwo Hotel are outstanding. The fitness center is well-maintained, with all the equipment you could need for a good workout. The pool area is a true gem, offering a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable loungers and a serene ambiance. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with a restaurant that serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to different palates.
As for the room, it was simply superb. The space was spotless, elegantly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep, and the high-quality linens were a lovely touch. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar.
The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional.
One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

CCik MinahI recently stayed at Theatre Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is nice and new, and I was impressed by the modern touch – they no longer use access cards, instead, you use a code to enter your room, which is a fresh and convenient approach.
The room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. It would be great if they had an egg live station to offer more variety and freshly prepared options. Also, I would suggest expanding the bread selection for a wider range of choices.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay with potential for a more enjoyable breakfast experience!

SSukiThough the hotel is old, the room is surprisingly spacious. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. I also appreciate the separate bathroom and toilet, which adds to the convenience. It’s definitely a better option than hotels in the Jalan Padungan area. Unfortunately, I only stayed for four hours as my flight was rescheduled to the evening—just enough time for a quick shower, a short nap, and then I was off.

This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
