First time experience with MWM. Host is responsive and easily reach thru WhatsApp. Stylish design with comfy sofa and bed. However wifi isn’t strong towards the master bedroom maybe due to the unit set was behind the tv. Washing machine provided. Will return to stay again

Location was convenient, we checked in for the 2nd floor when it was repainted 1 Month ago. Since the 2nd floor had no access to windows hence no ventilation. The smell of paint was heavy and suffocating to bear with. We requested a room change and the staff said there were no more rooms (although there were other rooms available on Trip.com) and we were given just another key card to get some ventilation when opening the doors, mind you the whole floor was painted and ventilation was poor so that makes no difference. Only thing to do is to keep your washroom switch on so the fan will at least get some of that toxic paint smell out of the room. Oh and btw, TV does not work+the cabinets smell awful (not really a big issue if you dont care or use them). I would recommend elsewhere until the smell of paint wears off.

The stay was decent. Location was great, accessibility was great, cleanliness also great! But I have a couple of complaints. 1. Their iron burned/stained my shirt…. Because it was contaminated by some other chemicals/dirt (because the iron is shared by the whole floor at common area) 2. We requested laundry bag/s, but the hotel said they dont have, so i asked for the rubbish bags which the receptionist had a FULL ROLL of, but said i can only give you 2. It was 1am midnight… i said, please charge me for it, i need to pack my laundry now, she just said sorry, no.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was small, but it was perfectly fine for a solo traveler like me. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were really nice and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is also affordable and in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location.

Pros: Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit viel Hallengericht in der Nähe und einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum nur wenige Minuten’ Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen ca. 25 Minuten vom Mini Zoo und nur 10 Minuten vom Desaru Beach. Die Zimmerpreise sind erschwinglich und wir waren angenehmen überrascht, ein Verbindungszimmer zu empfangen, das wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Zimmer war auch sauber und komfortabel. Kons: Eine große Unannehmlichkeit war, dass der Kühlschrank automatisch ausschaltet, wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen. Nachdem wir einen langen, heißen Tag draußen verbracht haben, war es enttäuschend, zurückzukehren und unsere Getränke nicht mehr kalt zu finden. Am ersten Abend beantragten wir eine zusätzliche Handtücher- und Zahnbürste, da es drei Gäste im Zimmer gab. Leider wurden die Artikel nicht geliefert, auch nachdem wir auf dem Vordertisch gefolgt waren. Es gab auch keine Fußbodenmatte. Dank Zamre am Vordertisch verbesserte sich unsere Erfahrung am nächsten Tag. Er war freundlich, hilfsbereit und stellte sicher, dass wir alles erhalten haben, was wir brauchen. Er stellte auch sicher, dass unser Zimmer vorbereitet ist um 1 Uhr. Der hervorragende Service von Zamre war wirklich heraus und machte einen positiven Unterschied zu unserem Aufenthalt. Er ist wahrscheinlich der Hauptgrund, warum wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch nach Fives Desaru zurückkehren würden. Das Hotel bietet insgesamt einen guten Preis für Geld, und mit Verbesserungen in der Haushaltungsverantwortung würde die Erfahrung noch besser.

Spacious & Clean room ! My first time staying in this hotel , KSL Mall is near & many eateries around . Buffet breakfast is decent & cheap . Stay for 2 nights with a Loud Aircon , lucky I got my earbuds with me , the Aircon cannot adjust to low fan & is high power all the way super cold !

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Alles ist gut. Auch haben Netflix und Wasserheizer. Waschmaschine, Eisen und Haartrockner, Eisenbrett. Küchenausrüstung ist alles gut. Auch haben Ampanian Dekat Balkon zu Sidai Baju nach Guna Waschmaschine. Aussicht auf neue Juga Bagu ya. Danke für alle Das Team ist eingebunden .

Lage und Restaurant sind praktisch. Das Zimmerdesign ist modern, aber die Toilette ist mit ihrer Glaswand, die als Familienzimmer konzipiert ist, ungeeignet, abgesehen von einigen Abnutzungserscheinungen und einer Kakerlake, die uns begrüßt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine gute Erfahrung und wir planten sogar unseren nächsten Trip mit Kyoto, bevor wir auscheckten, bis wir am 10. November auf die Rezeptionistin der Morgenschicht trafen, die ein Verhaltensproblem hatte und der Check-out-Prozess langsam war. Das Servicepersonal an der Front ist wichtig, was für ein „guter“ Start in den Tag, als ich beim Auschecken das schwarze Gesicht sah.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Fives Hotel DNP. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel, macht es einen entspannenden Ort zum Entspannen. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und immer bereit, mit allen Fragen zu helfen.
