The strength of this hotel is the great built-in spa within the hotel property! Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room. Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone. Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel. We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately. If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it. I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars. I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

Bis auf ein paar Dinge war alles in diesem Hotel fantastisch. Der Service war wunderbar. Das hat mir am besten gefallen. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Besonders gut hat mir das italienische Gourmetrestaurant Chianti gefallen. Der Service dort ist der Hammer! Der Pool ist jedoch klein und überfüllt. Auch um den Pool herum gibt es nicht viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Strand war ausreichend mit Palapas und Stühlen ausgestattet, was schön war. Wir hatten zu jeder Tageszeit keine Probleme, einen Platz am Strand zu bekommen. Die Farbe des Wassers an diesem Ort ist absolut atemberaubend, aber die Rauheit des Strandes ist enorm. Es ist sehr schwierig, das Wasser überhaupt zu genießen. Das nächste Mal muss ich mir einen Ort mit ruhigerem Wasser suchen. Eine Reservierung für die Gourmetrestaurants zu bekommen, ist en**utigend, wie üblich in Mexiko. Ich kann nie verstehen, warum es in diesen All-Inclusive-Hotels so schwierig ist, Tischreservierungen für das Abendessen zu bekommen. Es ist wirklich lächerlich. Am Tag unserer Ankunft versprach uns die „Concierge“ (aber eigentlich die Timesharing-Verkäuferin), für uns ein paar Nächte später eine Reservierung für das italienische Restaurant zu machen, und sie sagte uns, wir sollten uns am Tag zuvor bei ihr erkundigen, um die Reservierung zu bestätigen. Also tat ich genau, was sie sagte, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass sie die Reservierungen erst am Tag der Reservierung sehen können. Also musste ich am Tag der Reservierung noch einmal nachsehen und natürlich war keine Reservierung für uns vorhanden. Sie konnten uns jedoch für diesen Abend eine Reservierung geben. Zum Glück, denn sonst wäre ich wirklich verärgert gewesen, vor allem, da wir am nächsten Tag abreisen wollten! Ich habe diesen Mist bei den All-Inclusive-Angeboten soooo satt. Es kommt zu dem Punkt, an dem es sich nicht einmal mehr lohnt, All-Inclusive zu buchen. So lächerlich, ich schwöre. Etwas so Einfaches muss für sie so schwierig sein. Wie auch immer, ich würde hier nicht wieder übernachten, weil wir den Pool überhaupt nicht genießen konnten, noch den Strand wegen der Rauheit des Wassers. Im Pool findet fast ständig ein Volleyballspiel statt und es gibt keinen Platz für irgendetwas anderes, es sei denn, Sie möchten von dem Ball am Kopf getroffen werden! Aber die Musik am Pool war die meiste Zeit gut.

Die Zimmer sind eher durchschnittlich und haben keinen Wasserkocher. Sie sind ausreichend sauber, und die Reinigungskräfte sind stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Das gesamte Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig; die Strandliegen sind alt und abgenutzt, und der Bezug löst sich teilweise. Die Poolhandtücher sind schön dick und flauschig. Das Restaurant ist teuer, und es sind oft mehrere Gerichte nicht verfügbar. Die Bar in der Nähe der Rezeption bietet täglich von 18:30 bis 19:30 Uhr eine Happy Hour mit zwei Getränken zum Preis von einem. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit Snacks, mexikanischem Streetfood sowie Tee und Kaffee. Der Pool ist das Highlight des Resorts.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der ADO-Bushaltestelle. Ich entschied mich, in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle zu übernachten und nahm den ADO-Bus um 4 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen, da ich am nächsten Tag um 6 Uhr morgens meinen Flug erreichen musste. Außerdem nahm ich an einer Tagestour zu den Pyramiden der Maya teil. Der Treffpunkt war mehr als zehn Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und fand um 5:40 Uhr statt. Daher entschied ich mich für eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der ADO-Haltestelle. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und Nachtmärkte. Das Hotel war komfortabler als erwartet, entsprach meinen Erwartungen und bot ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Was für ein schönes Hotel! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen ☺️. Das Personal und die Ausstattung waren wunderbar!

We’re room 620 with beach club access the location of the hotel is perfect it’s close to everything you need, mall, restaurant, hospital, money changer and a lot more! You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!

Ein Hotel mit gutem oder ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, der Preis ist pragmatisch, die Zimmer sind geräumig und auch das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal, das das Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat tagsüber vergessen, es zu reinigen, und dann gab es viele Dekorationsgeräusche, ich weiß nicht warum, aber es war sehr nervig. Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es ein Restaurant, das bis zwei Uhr morgens geöffnet ist und die Qualität sehr gut ist. Allerdings schließt der entsprechende Supermarkt sehr früh, sodass man, wenn man etwas zu trinken kaufen möchte, ein Stück weit zu Starbucks laufen muss.

Die Unterkunft im All Rithmo war außergewöhnlich! Das Büropersonal war effizient, freundlich und beantwortete alle Fragen in detail. Das Essenspersonal - die Wächter und Server waren auch herzlich und sorgten dafür, dass alles für eine fantastische Erfahrung erforderlich war. Das gleiche mit dem Poolbarpersonal .... sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Das Personal hat mehrere Male Transport organisiert - es war Zeit und die Fahrer waren freundlich. Ich empfehle, dass meine Familie und Freunde auch All Rhythmus wählen, wenn sie nach Cancun reisen. Mein Sohn und ich danken dem Personal von All Rithmo für einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Earl

Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, da es als Abholhotel für Tourteilnehmer vorgesehen war. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, aber das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und nutzte Übersetzungs-Apps und Gesten. Ich konnte mein Gepäck vor dem Ein- und Auschecken dort lassen. Shampoo, Spülung, Pyjama und Zahnbürsten werden nicht bereitgestellt, daher empfiehlt es sich, diese selbst mitzubringen. Warmwasser ist vorhanden, der Wasserdruck ist jedoch recht schwach. Der Föhn hingegen hatte einen starken Luftstrom. Das Öffnen und Schließen der Tür erforderte etwas Geschick und Kraft. Das Reinigungspersonal kam regelmäßig und legte die Handtücher ordentlich bereit, was ich sehr nett fand. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere praktische Einrichtungen, darunter ein beliebtes Taco-Restaurant, das vor allem bei Einheimischen gut ankommt, und diverse Supermärkte wie 7-Eleven. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut!

The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor. The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day.
