Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, das Bett ist komfortabel. Ich liebe die Aussicht und die Panoramafenster. :) Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und leckere Komplimentarkaffe machte meinen Morgen in guter Stimmung. Es ist auf einer besetzten Straße, so dass Autos während des Tages mit etwas Klang passieren, aber es störte mich nicht viel. Personal war sehr hilfreich und reaktiv. 10/10

Overall, the hotel itself was decent. The room, food, and general service were acceptable, and most of the staff were friendly. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the tour desk inside the hotel, especially when it came to payment. On my first day, the tour representative was very friendly, so I decided to book a tour through them. When I paid, the staff member spent quite a while setting up the card terminal and deliberately kept the part showing the exchange rate out of my view. I was never shown the exchange rate clearly, and I was never asked whether I agreed to have the transaction converted into Canadian dollars. I only found out afterward, when I received the transaction notification from my credit card company. The exchange rate they used was extremely poor, and I ended up paying about CAD $30 more than I should have. What bothered me most was that I had no idea this currency conversion was being applied at the time of payment. My understanding is that with Dynamic Currency Conversion, the customer should be clearly shown the exchange rate and final amount and should be given the choice to accept or decline it. That did not happen in my case. I did not go back to argue with them after I discovered it because I did not want this issue to ruin the rest of my vacation. However, after checking online reviews, I also found comments from other guests mentioning similar issues involving exchange rates and deposits. Because of that, I do not believe my experience was simply an innocent misunderstanding. The whole situation felt very misleading. In fact, I had already read some reviews about questionable exchange rates before the trip, so I specifically brought cash to pay the deposit in order to avoid this problem. Unfortunately, I still ended up being charged this way when making the final payment. The tour itself was also not a good fit for us. Almost everyone in the group was local, and the guide mainly spoke Spanish, so if you do not understand Spanish, you may miss a lot of the experience and there were some safety issues too. I also felt the tour was poor value and that several parts of the day seemed focused on encouraging additional spending. The tour was also highly overpriced. To be fair, I would not say the hotel itself is bad. I would still consider staying here again. However, I would strongly recommend being very careful with the tour desk and with any credit card payment. Make sure you can clearly see the currency, exchange rate, and final amount before tapping or inserting your card, and insist on being charged in MXN unless you personally choose otherwise.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier, das Ganze war sehr hygienisch, das Restaurant schmeckte gut und der Preis war nicht hoch, aber es gab nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Die äußere Umgebung ist gut, es gibt zwei Swimmingpools, WiFi ist im öffentlichen Bereich verfügbar, aber das Zimmer ist nicht und es ist sehr einfach. Es gibt keine anderen Einrichtungen außer Bettwäsche und einfachen Badezimmern. Natürlich ist der Preis auch angepasst, wählen Sie also, wie Sie möchten .

Das Hotel war sauber und ruhig und das Bett war bequem zu schlafen. Meine Einheit war geräumig und das Schlafzimmer war hell mit Sonnenlicht, und ich schätze wirklich, das Mini-Kälte-Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Die Suite war sonst sehr fehlend - die Wände waren mit irgendwelchen Dekorationen und sehr wenig Möbel gebaren. Ich wünschte wirklich, es gab ein Arbeitstisch für die Verwendung meines Laptops, und ein volles Körperspiegel für die Abende auskleiden. Der Wasserdruck sowohl auf den Tauch als auch auf die Dusche war sehr niedrig, und die Aufrechterhaltung war inkonsistent - es gab keinen Toilettenpapierhalter (es sieht aus, als sei es aus der Wand gebrochen und nicht ersetzt) Die Suite-Tür war nicht vollständig geöffnet, bevor sie gegen den Boden geschraubt wurde. Das Hotel selbst fehlt an grundlegenden Einrichtungen wie einem Loungeraum. Es sieht aus, als ob es eine Dachterrasse hätte, aber stattdessen ist das Gebiet unendlich und von der Personal für Lagerung und Waschbecken verwendet. Meine größte Beschwerde ist eigentlich ihre Gästezeiten von 9:00 bis 9:00 Uhr ist sehr restriktiv, was ich nicht wusste, bis ich ankam und hätte hier nie gebucht, wenn ich wusste, dass diese Regel existiert. Ich versuchte ein paar Jungs aus dem Club zu bringen, und der Konzern wollte mich für den zweiten 300 zahlen. Wenn ich nur einen Schlafplatz brauche, werde ich hier noch einmal bleiben, sonst würde ich es nicht.

The hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

Unser Zimmer war 2 Fuß vom Aufzug im Hauptlobby entfernt! Wir können jeder Person sprechen und durch unsere Tür gehen sowie Kinder schreien, weil der Eisbutz 15 Fuß entfernt war. Die Menge an Druck, den sie auf jeden einzelnen Gast setzen, um zu gehen und die Zeit-Sharing-Promotion zu besuchen, ist unglaublich. Wenn Sie besuchen, geben sie Ihnen in der Regel einige anständige Geschenke. Wir bekommen einen 200 Dollar Gutschein, um auf Nahrungsmittel und Getränke zu spenden. Die meisten Zeiten wollten sie keine Gutscheine nehmen, oder Sie mussten die ganze $50 auf einmal ausgeben, weil die Regel nicht Geld zurück. Also wenn wir $30 oder $40 ausgeben, müssen wir ihnen $50 geben. Das Essen war alles, aber gut. Das Promotional Taco-Dinner war scheiße, mit trockenem Fisch, Rindfleisch ohne Geschmack und trockenem und überkochten Hühnchen. Und sie akzeptierten keine Gutscheine. Ich ging nach Hause mit einem ungenutzten $50 Gutschein in meiner Tasche, weil ich es nicht nutzen konnte. Ramon und Martin aus dem Vordertisch waren die schönsten, warmsten und freundlichsten Leute, die ich jemals getroffen habe. Alle Server und Mitarbeiter sind sehr hart arbeitende Menschen.

Der Ort ist sehr komfortabel, für Paar-Flucht erscheint mir ideal, das Wasser aus dem sehr heißen Bäder

I didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough. Internet is okay. They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water. The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge. Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!

I really enjoyed my stay at La Villa del Ensueño. It is a charming boutique hotel full of Mexican character, with colorful walls, beautiful courtyards, greenery and lovely traditional details throughout the property. What impressed me most was the service. The staff were extremely friendly, warm and helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the complimentary evening drinks — I enjoyed both a tequila and a margarita! 🍹 Breakfast was another highlight. Instead of a simple buffet, it was a proper sit-down, made-to-order breakfast with a good selection. I had the chicken chilaquiles with both salsa verde and salsa roja, and really enjoyed it. A beautiful little hotel with lots of character and excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Guadalajara. ❤️

We arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
