the hotel is very nice, located 3 minutes' walk from the train directly to Shinjuku. The staff is kind. The breakfast has many options, the onsen is clean and was not crowded in the evening. The only issue is that our room was so small we could not move around.

4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties. Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

非常棒的一間獨立旅館，而且在大宮站附近就走得到附近有太多好逛的，而且飯店設施非常非常的乾淨，我真的非常榮幸住這裡我很喜歡這裡我下次一定還會再來，也請各位看到我的推薦趕快來入住吧櫃檯的人也非常的願意幫忙不冷漠裡面的食物可以自由的吃，但有一些需要費用，但我覺得這已經是非常的值得而且很衛生每天也都會給你新的衣物跟牙刷，我覺得牙刷的部分可以減少環保以後可以跟旅客溝通。

9/10 Ich mag es sehr, komplette Einrichtungen, es gibt einen Esel zu betrügen. Unterhalb der Straße, wandeln Sie durch die Straße, es gibt eine ziemlich große Zweig. Highly recommend! We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces. Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste. One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time! Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.

Die Buchung der Website ist 24 Stunden am Tag für die Abwesenheit, aber ich bin erst um 12 Uhr anwesend. Ich habe mich über den Eingang der Anlagen an den Lautsprecher angerufen und gezwungen, ihn zu öffnen, aber ich wurde oft gesagt, dass ich vor 12 Uhr richtig geschrieben habe, und ich bin sehr traurig. Ich bin froh, dass ich danach eine angemessene Antwort erhalten habe. Beim Frühstück war es sehr angenehm, mein Personal zu leiten.

Das Personal an der Hotelrezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und erklärte alle Einrichtungen sehr ausführlich. Es gibt viele tolle Einrichtungen, die man nutzen kann ❤️❤️❤️ Vor allem die bequemen Badehäuser und entspannenden Massagesessel haben mir die Zeit in Tokio sehr gut gefallen. Das Wichtigste ist, dass man hier kochen und essen kann, was mir sehr gut gefällt.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber das Badezimmer ist von schöner Größe. Wenn Sie eine Tasche haben, wäre es kein Platz, um es zu öffnen. Ich war nur für eine Nacht und Glück hatte nur ein Backpack. Das Fernsehvolumen ist laut, auch bei minimal. Liebe die Kontrollen auf dem Pad neben dem Bett. Zimmer ist sauber, mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt. Service beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich, aber früher Einchecken ist nicht erlaubt. genügend Einrichtungen, einschließlich Pyjama. Es gibt ein kleines Kühlschrank und Safe im Zimmer. Frühstück wird in einem Restaurant außerhalb des Hotels (aber das gleiche Gebäude) die Ausbreitung ist klein, aber schmeckt genug. Ich würde für kurze Arbeitsreisen in diesen Teil der Stadt wieder bleiben. Auch gibt es eine Kombination und einige Restaurants im gleichen Gebäude wie das Hotel.

Hotel location is great, although the room looks quite old and there was a musky smell when the aircon was switched on. The bed was quite hard to sleep on too.
