The hotel is well located: 15 min wall from the station, 10 from local district and historical place, just in front of the most famous market and along one of the most posh streets. A nice mall is just next to it if you need anything. The reception and restaurant are at the 16th floor and offer a great view. Rooms are correct, lathe not the modernest style but fine enough (I booked a single room). The personnel extremely gentle and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This place is just a 5-6 minute walk to Kanazawa jr station and the bus terminal. The location is fantastic. There is all the amenities you need like coin laundry, and ice machine. The staff are wonderful and helped me to correctly fill out the forms to mail a package to my teacher staying in japan. This is my second stay with the hotel franchise in kanazawa- i stayed in their other hotel more in the town centre previously. They both smelled amazing. I don’t know what they use, but they have a specific scent that they make for their hotels. Apparently Kanazawa also has a tradition of incense and so they’ve incorporated a signature scent based on it. I wish I could buy it tbh- so Koko staff- if you see this, please make it an item you sell! The rooms are a good size, for Japan, and the bathtub in the room is MASSIVE. Sadly I dont have photos as I forgot to take them. They have a lovely outdoor on the top floor as well, where you can sip a drink and enjoy the view which i do have photos of.

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. This hotel located exactly beside JR Kanazawa Sta. So if you want to go to Shirakawago by bus ( of course u have to reserved before ) it is easy to reach the bus station behind Kanazawa Sta. I choose this hotel also because I used Hokuriku pass which is passed by Kanazawa Sta. The room is like other 3 star hotel in Japan, not too big but enough if you bring top loading luggage.

Das Hotel kann einen Bustransport organisieren. Die Hotelumgebungsdetails sind beeindruckend, ein Schritt nach dem anderen, ein Spaziergang im Hotel ist eine Genießung. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind relativ groß, die einzige Schönheit in der Schönheit ist, dass die warme Masse relativ klein ist und es zwei Innen- und Außenpools gibt. und professionelle warme Hotels sind etwas weniger als genug.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber es gibt eine große Badewanne, in der man baden kann. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Lösung des Problems Gepäckaufbewahrung. Vielen Dank.

Es ist eines der besten Kapselhotels, die ich je gehabt habe. Ehrlich gesagt, bevorzuge ich das Kapselhotel in Japan als die Hostels in Europa. Es ist sehr bequem und sehr gut organisiert. Nach 4 Uhr gibt mir die Rezeption ein neues Sets trockener Handtücher und Pyjama. Auf der oberen Seite wurde ein Gutschein für das Frühstück in Starbuck gegeben. Dieses Kapselhotel ist super sauber. Sie reinigen die Anlage täglich von 11 bis 4 Uhr. Die Kapsel selbst war sehr bequem für mich, für 3 Nächte zu schlafen. Es ist eine der besten Erfahrung für einen solo-Reisenden, der kommt & Japan besuchen. Wenn ich wieder allein Kanazawa besuche, werde ich definitiv kommen & in diesem Hostel bleiben.

The location is good, it's close to the train station. Staff were super friendly. There's a restaurant within the hotel which we had dinner there, food was good, though the price was a little higher than a normal local restaurant, but for the convenient sake, it was worth it. The bedroom was normal and bathroom is on the small side, since it's located in a small city/town, so don't expect it to be like those hotel in big city but overall it's clean and comfortable, and we were happy with it. There is also a self service free coffee at the lobby, which was good to have some hot drinks especially in the cold weather. Breakfast was very delicious, and you could tell they really made an effort. I would say it's the part I liked the most about my stay.

First night of my Hokuriku-Takayama trip I visited here in the first night. At first, I thought the hotel would be closer to the Kanazawa station (in the map told me around 400 meter from station but I think it more than 400 meter, however it is not too far). For me, the hotel is very well (High cleanliness, many amenities, good advice about travel in Kanazawa from hotel staff).

很滿意，雖然路途有點遠，但是進來之後發覺設施還挺新的（尤其後來得知這是超過百年的老店，三代經營下來的）。有個店員是台灣大姐姐給予了很大的幫助，瞭解了很多歷史和食材的詳情。尤其是人少是最大好處，諾大個旅館就三户人住進去了（公湯不開送私湯估計的最大原因），覺得大賺一筆。定的是一泊兩食，每頓都驚喜滿滿，十分滿意又滿足。 最後加個小亮點，有迎賓的LOVOT
