Excellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort.

Es liegt direkt neben dem Ausgang 2 des Bahnhofs Sakae. Auf der Rückseite der Unterkunft befindet sich Oasis 21, auf der Vorderseite befindet sich Don Quixote + Downtown. Persönlich war es ein toller Ort zum Spazierengehen! Die Fahrt mit der U-Bahn zum Bahnhof Nagoya dauerte etwa 12 Minuten.👍🏻 Vielleicht war das Zimmer nebenan ruhig, aber ich konnte überhaupt keinen Lärm hören. Die Getränke- und Gepäckaufbewahrung im 2. Stock war gut. Selbstständiger Check-in/Check-out!

The location is perfect for sightseeing. The hotel is very clean, and I have no complaints at all. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Die beste Wahl, wenn Sie nach Nagoya kommen, um ein Ereignis in Niterra Hall zu beobachten. Es ist buchstäblich gerade über die Straße. Es ist auch sehr nahe Kanayama Station. Sehr bequem Standort. Sie sind sehr großzügig mit Ausstattung und der Ort ist sehr sauber.

Ein schöner Ort, um in Nishiki zu bleiben und es ist zu Fuß in der Sunshine Mall. Großer Ort, um zu bleiben und kostenlose Kaffee- und Suppe von 12 bis 9 Uhr nur Gästen. Kostenloses Frühstück von 6.30am bis 9.15am. Das Frühstück könnte mich fast einen Tag lang dauern. Ich werde in Erwägung ziehen, beim nächsten Besuch in Nagoya wieder zu bleiben.

Great location, just in front of Nagoya station. There is a new underground tunnel L4 exit that can be easily reached. Very useful during rainy days. Sound insulation is something that can be improved. Noisy sounds during night time. The coffee machine at hotel lobby is the best place for me.

Freundliches Hotelpersonal. Selbsterhebungsmöglichkeiten, die Ihnen ermöglichen, so viele wie Sie benötigen zu nehmen. Sie bieten Ihnen auch frische Pyjamas täglich. Das Hotel ist auch von Essen und Komfortgeschäften umgeben, sowie nur 5 Minuten vom JR Station Nagoya entfernt. Das WC war jedoch ein wenig krampft, ein kleines Problem.

Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good. 2. Located 5 mins walk from exit 3 of Metro Fushimi Station. There is also a bus stop along the way which can brings you to Sakae area and other spots. Otherwise, walking to Sakae area is doable as well. Additionally, along the way to hotel, will spot the scenic spot of Science Museum. 3. I had opted to walked to Osu Shotengai Street from hotel. As is autumn, the route along the way was great as will pass by a park with great scenery and people. 4. Lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and drug store nearby. 5. Breakfast was provided and not bad for my taste even though almost the same everyday. There is a tea/coffee/water section where is provided for free. 6. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise. Cons: 1. Room is quite small. I had brought 2 medium and 1 small luggage but only manage to open half of the 2 medium luggages. Barely able to walk and nearly trip on the luggage. 2. The hotel lobby is located at level 2 and require to take the lift. Believe was due to Japan public holiday or is a holiday season, the hotel was quite packed during my stay. At night when back to hotel, there was long queue to take the lift despite having 2 lifts. 3. Same goes for breakfast area, if you are eating after 8am onwards, too pack and the seating place are too limited. 4. Nothing much on the view as I had gotten a room with no views and overseeing opposite rooms only. Overall, despite the small room size and others, actually I find this hotel to be nice to stay at. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel despite there are only few minor cons.

Die Lage ist etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Check-in und Check-out erfolgen automatisiert und das Servicepersonal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ein sehr normales westliches Frühstück mit einigen japanischen Suppen und Salaten, was für Leute, die einen festen Zeitplan haben und keine Zeit mit dem Frühstück verbringen möchten, völlig ausreichend ist. Im Ruhebereich, der 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet ist, gibt es kostenlose Teebeutel und Kaffee. Nach dem Check-out gibt es auch eine Gepäckaufbewahrung, die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

TLDR: a lot of things to love about this hotel! The hotel is well-prepared, with everything in the room and amenities in the lobby. They even have socks as souvenir, very cute. Never seen a hotel that provides hygiene sheets for room slippers before but this place does! They also have room service for food, and in-room massage / aromatherapy! And they even provide postage labels in case you need to mail stuff back home. Utility-wise, they have quite a lot of power sockets around the room, and even provide charging cable for your devices. And a special multi-purpose shower head. The room is a bit small but for what you’re getting at this price, I think it’s perfectly reasonable. They also have a security system that locks the front door during wee hours, making this place safe to stay in. The service was great too. I think some of the staff members don’t speak English but they have all the notes in English so you can just read them. Location is so convenient, just cross the road from Nagoya station and you’ve arrived. Overall very happy with the stay! They truly went above and beyond my expectations
