ALready stayed there 3-4 times. this is the first time i experienced such hassels. Matress was not at all comfortable. Master switch turn off all the lights. No carry bag for dirty clothes, No sleepers, No dental kit, No shoe cleaner.
Hope, They learn rom this review and imrove their housekeeping.

I plan the mega stay with my wife. I stay the kingdom hotel. This hotel is very good location in mega bugipura chonk. I am very happy stay in kingdom hotel beacuse it is very need and clean hotel and room sarvice is excellent. I like hotel food beacuse it is very testy food. I am very happy for hotel service.

The centrally located hotel is just 10 minutes of drive away from the Amritsar International Airport, and 5 minutes from the Amritsar Railway Station. The hotel is located close to tourist attractions such as Durgiana Temple and Jallianwala Bagh,Golden Temple.

GGastnutzerthere was no lift in the hotel. we were allotted a room in the first floor. i am 70 years old and my wife 68 years. we had to climb the steep stairs - about 30 steps one way
the room’s door had no provision for locking outside while going out
locking the door from inside was also a herculean task
didn’t get any food in the late night checking in ( around 11.15pm)
went to sleep with empty stomach
we booked the room for 3 persons. my wife,myself and our son. the cot was meant only for 2 and there was no extra bed
the rating of 3 was given only because of the friendly nature of the front desk personnel and the sardarji room attendant ( he was extremely polite and helpful).
will not patronise that hotel again 🙏. above all they had not changed the pillow covers. the previous occupants hairs were all over the pillow cover

Cleanliness of the hotel is very well-maintained
All of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially when providing advise and guidance on planning the itinerary of the day
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back here when we do visit Amritsar again in the future

GGastnutzerAlthough I checked in at almost midnight, the staff made the process very smooth, unlike many properties. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The property is at a 5 minute walking distance from the Gurudwara Sahib. Even though the lanes narrow down at the location of the property, four wheeler accessibility is easy. The staff is hospitable without doubt. I would anyday be back here during my next visit and recommend the place too.

SShaikSehr schönes Hotel, gelegen in der Nähe zu Fuß zum goldenen Tempel. Sehr guter Kundenservice vom Front Desk und Hotelpersonal. Wir kamen früh am Morgen für eine Eincheckung, aber wir wurden ein Zimmer und sorgten für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Ich liebe das Frühstück jeden Morgen, es ist etwas, das ich wirklich verpassen werde.

The breakfast in the hotel was also queit delicious and talking about the hospitality of this hotel. Its too good

Rickshaw / battery auto is available after 2 minutes walk. Hotel staffs are very co operative. No restaurant in hotel. Can serve on order.
