It's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.

The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

The hotel is quite run down
There isn't a saucer for using the soap
The shower dies not drain properly and the floor very slippery making it quite dangerous for use
The breakfast spread is quite reasonable and staff very courteous

GGastnutzerthe room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come.
the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana.
the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious.
the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!.
the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter.
overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

SSweetCoupleDas ist unsere erste Zeit nach Pekan Baru mit neuen Erfahrungen im Khas Hotel. Sehr warme Gastfreundschaft vom Team. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, aber sie haben nicht den Minikühlschrank angeboten. Also traurig 😣(zu Managementteam- pls nehmen Sie zur Kenntnis).Wir haben ein Problem mit der Dusche, aber das Team hat das Problem in einer Zeit gelöst.Gelegen in der Nähe des Flughafens ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.Einfach zu Grab/Maxime. Auf dem rechten Seitenhotel gibt es Makam Pahlawan. Und das Beste ist, RM Pagi Sore ist nur im Gegensatz zum Hotel 🤩

GGastnutzerIt was fine for 2 nights. But every time i got connecting room ”door” people on the other side keep on wanting to open, gives me jump scare all the time. There were soooo many kids, soo noisy. But overall its fine. The light at night blackout for about 1 hour. I have a great time to experiencing tjokro.
