The staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent. NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.

Loved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

Das ist ein tolles Hotel. Es gibt einen Balkon, es gibt eine gute Landschaft draußen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, das ist ein bisschen schwach. Ich bin zum ersten Mal seit langem gekommen, um es zu finden. Die Rezeption kann Englisch sprechen, es ist bequem zu kommunizieren, es gibt Frühstück, es gibt viele Arten, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, Hotel, Kaffeegeschäft, sehr bequem Ich werde das nächste Mal auch buchen.

Mir gefällt das Retro-Hotel sehr gut. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Hotel betrat, ist der Service des Hotels genau wie in den britischen Filmen. Die Umgebung innerhalb und außerhalb des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Tür ist einfach und elegant und das Äußere ist malerisch. Das Ambiente des Frühstücksrestaurants ist sehr gut, das Essen ist sehr reichhaltig, das Servicepersonal ist ebenfalls aufmerksam und elegant, das gesamte Essensumfeld ist recht zufriedenstellend.

A lovely family hotel. The room I got was homely and warm, everything was clean and tasteful. Good breakfast at a really cheap price I arrived injured and in bad shape, and the hotel owner treated me like I was her family member. It's encouraging to meet such good people. I will definitely come back here again. I must mention the bed which was extremely large and comfortable.

The hotel is very nicely located by the beach. We arrived late but the staff was very helpful with us. I totally recommend. We had a great experience though we were in off season so during summer we believe it would be a bit more crowded. Breakfast was very nice and all the people very kind.

Die Lage des Hotels war nicht schlecht, aber die Unterkunft war sehr eng. Ich blieb 2 Nächte in einer Reihe, aber am zweiten Tag fragte ich 2 Flaschen Wasser, so habe ich es bei der Marte gekauft. Schämlich. Ich dachte, es war zu günstig. Es gibt häufig Fälle, in denen es keine Frontbüro-Mitarbeiter zum angekündigten Ein- und Auscheckzeit. Ich habe eine Wanderung im Gastauto um 8 Uhr beobachtet. Die Stadtsteuer ist nur 1 Euro für zwei Personen. Die Treppen zum Zimmer sind sehr eng und gefährlich. Der Rücken ist nicht umgedreht. Keine Elbe. Parkplatz ist neben der Straße. Das Badezimmer ist so eng, dass Ihr Arm die Wand berührt, wenn Sie sie waschen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ok, um zu shoppen oder Restaurants gehen. The hotel is very nice and locate 8-10 min walk from the center and traine station or 15 min walk to bus station. Reception helped me to book local tour right after I arrive the hotel, very helpful.

The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.

Hilfe und freundliches Personal. Die Lage war sehr bequem und in Spazierweiterung vom Zentrum und Hafen von Volos und großen Restaurants und Kaffeegeschäften. Leckeres Frühstück und saubere Umgebung. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und mit vielen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Wird sicher wieder besuchen.
