We booked this hotel as we have a morning flight to catch. This hotel is connected to the North Terminal of London Gatwick airport by a corridor. The check in process was done within 2 mins, elevator is operated by room key card, which is extra security. The beds are comfy and was great to watch Eastenders to wrap up our trip in London. The breakfast is great, I must praise the service of the gentleman ”Bill” who was proactively so helpful to all the customers. I love the British sausages there, it's a shame they dun have fried eggs. But the yoghurt, toast, croissants, conflakes are all there, not to forget a waffle machine, for people to have fun with - I mean having fun during brekkie.

Wir hatten dort eine gute Zeit. Sauber, Service war angemessen und Sainsbury’s ist im Gegensatz zum Hotel.

Brilliant location, only 5 minutes by bus from/to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop located outside the Guest House. My flight arrived after midnight, but after calling them 24 hours in advance, letting them know they left my room keys in a safe place. Very well informed of how to get there. It's a family run business, and they do care about their customers! Opted in for a continental breakfast, and I was also offered a homemade cake for free! The place does show its signs of age and will definitely benefit from having a renovation. But otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

I want to thank the staff. I arrived later than expected, and I didn’t have the code because I sent the email requesting it too late, BUT I called, and someone (I didn’t see) opened the door. My room key was on the reception desk ❤️. For a moment, I thought I couldn’t sleep there, but finally I got into my room. Carpet sootless. I had a coffee, and I slept like a baby. Unknown staff, you made my day. Thanks very much

The location is very nearby Gatwick Airport. Shuttle bus services are available, you may pay for a round trip fee when boarding the bus. Please do not throw away your shuttle bus receipt, the QR Code on it will be required for the next time. Breakfast and dinner are served, especially dinner until 10 pm. Bar is 24/7. The standard room is big, however the curtain for shower is somehow humid, and soundproof is not in good condition. All in all it is a good choice nearby the airport!

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Ich war am Hotel wegen eines wichtigen Geschäftstreffens am nächsten Tag, leider wurde mein Schlaf am 2.00 Uhr mit einem Feueralarm ausgehen wegen anderer Hotelgäste, ich wartete auf eine Art Erstattung oder einen Rabatt aus meinem nächsten Aufenthalt, wie ich habe Das Hotel wurde oft für Geschäftsreisen genutzt, aber nichts angeboten wurde und die Unterbrechung in meinem Schlaf beeinflusste meine Geschäftsreise am nächsten Tag, sehr enttäuscht über die Art und Weise, wie das gehandhabt wurde.

The hotel was very quiet and the young men covering the front desk and breakfast service were very helpful and friendly. They even helped us order food one night, one of them using his own phone to call for us. We certainly got the feel of staying in a historic place, the only complaint was the many stairs and no lift! Otherwise, we had a lovely visit.
