Das Zimmer ist sauber, modern und mit angemessenen Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und schöne Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, serviert warmes englisches Frühstück und kontinentales Frühstück. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten friedlich zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr bequem. Wir sind wirklich glücklich und zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn Express Bath , sehr empfohlen!

Fantastisches Hotel - tolle Lage - perfekt für den Bahnhof und Wandern rund um die Bath. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel. Sehr gut, schmackhaftes Frühstück. Alles Personal war freundlich und willkommen. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir werden sicher wieder sein!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Comfortable Stay and Great Location I stayed at the Holiday Inn Taunton and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is easy to access, just off the M5, which made it a convenient base for exploring Somerset or stopping over during a longer journey. The room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed — a comfy bed, a good shower, and a desk area. Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the tea/coffee station. While the decor is slightly dated in some areas, everything was well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the evening too.

Wir reservierten 2 Nächte für ein entspannendes Spa-Wochenende. Basierend auf der Tatsache, dass es sich um ein Spa-Hotel handelt. Wir planen, für das gesamte Wochenende im Hotel zu bleiben.  Als wir ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, es gab kein Restaurant oder Bar, das wir nur für Veranstaltungen verwenden können.  Wir hatten dann ein Mittagessen im Spa-Café. Das Essen war ok. Der Service war schrecklich.  Wir gingen dann ins Zimmer, als wir inchecken konnten. Der Reiniger war noch da. Sehr entschuldigend sehr freundlich und wunderschön. Das Zimmer war absolut wunderschön. Großes Schlafzimmer Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer.  Wir gingen raus und fanden ein Pub fürs Essen. Als wir zurückkehrten, um in dem Zimmer zu entspannen, fanden wir die Party direkt unter uns und in voller Schwung. Sehr laut und laut und das Rauchen war direkt außerhalb unseres Fensters. Wir riefen Rezeption, aber sie wurden vollständig reserviert. Ich freue mich, es alles um Mitternacht zu sagen.  Wir gingen zum Frühstück bei 9.30. Nicht viel übrig und das gesamte Frühstück war kalt. Als wir es fragten, wir wurden gerade gesagt“gut es ist seit 7” es hatte gerade auf der Seite in Silber-Taschen für 2.5 Stunden sitzen, keine Heizung oder Option zum Wiederheizen. Es war nicht essend.  Wir haben das Frühstück überschritten, das wir am zweiten Tag bezahlt haben.  Wir dachten, wir würden etwas Zeit im Spa verbringen. Ha! Nun ist der Pool klein, kein Ort, um nur ein paar Kunststoffstühle zu entspannen, keine Spa überhaupt. Es hatte eine sehr kleine Sauna und Dampfraum. Der Jacuzzi funktionierte nicht, es war nur ein Pool von wolkenfreiem Wasser mit wenigen Blasen.  Es scheint, als wäre es gewöhnt und könnte ein wunderbarer Ort zu sein, aber er wurde übernommen und verloren seine einzige. So schämlich wie das Gebäude und die Boden sind wunderbar.  Ich muss die Reinigungspersonal hinzufügen und die Lady auf der Rezeption waren wunderbar, willkommen und freundlich.

Amazing value for money; simple selections of food, compact no frills chalets: could do with a bit of attention to detail with deep cleaning; decent bedding and towels, fantastic and varied entertainment generally throughout the day and late into the evening; most acts are really good. Nice to be able to set up to work remotely in the ballroom during the day and take in the fun that holiday makers are having. The Blue Coats are an engaging team. Drink prices are OK for a setting like this. We are 53 and 58 and on the younger scale of most holiday makers but whatever age, this adult only holiday park delivers quality for money hands down. Bus travels from the road outside the site to Weston Super Mare hourly during the day; beach is just a walk away down the site entrance. Taxi's are affordable if a comfi trip into town is wanted. Can imagine how amazing this establishment will be in summer (and they don't seem to hike the prices to eye watering levels during the warmer months). The range of themed weekday stays (4 days Mon-Fri) and weekend (Fri-Mon) are varied. We need to be in the WSM area for a couple of months - staying at various hotels / establishments, but now we have found Sand Bay, we have chosen to book here for several weeks back to back. For that reason, we have brought our own bedding with us, to personalise our chalet and make it more homely for our extended stay. Reception team are generally welcoming and efficient and Jade the holiday booking team member is ever so helpful. Well done Sand Bay!

Came with no expectations. We don't arrive anywhere in UK with high expectations anymore. The Royal didn't disappoint! Arrived on a Sunday for a night stay after the Saturday night England semi-final. Room was fine, bathroom was fine. Location is excellent. Went down to the bar for a pint and to sit in the beer ”garden” Photo shows what we met. Boiling hot, no tables put out and only one parasol set up. Like walking into a furnace. Decided to go down the road. Had a great meal in the Little thatch, busy and full by the time we left(under cover, under parasols) and gave them our £70. Went for a walk and sat in one of the numerous bars by the Marine Lake for an evening drink. Again, busy and full and shaded. A fab evening. Walked past the Wetherspoons, again very busy and back to the Royal. Empty in the bar!! Nobody outside. Hope they had a good night Saturday, shame we couldn't have a nice meal there Sunday. Very disappointed that the hotel didn't clear up and reset tables for Sunday, they must have lost a fortune. As we left Monday, noise due to hosing down and putting tables back into place, a bit late for us. Both receptionist were helpful but used the excuse that there was football Saturday, didn't fully seem to understand why we were unhappy. If it wasn't for the fact that they ask you to pay up front, we probably would have left. Also not happy that we had to leave our card details in case we ”trashed” the room!!! Really? A 66 and 70 year old couple? We trusted the Royal, they clearly didn't trust us.

Stayed at Wentworth House for one night. The location was handy — only about a 6 or 7-minute taxi ride into the centre of Bath. Parking on site was free, which is always a bonus, though spaces were limited. The shower worked fine with good hot water, and at £120 a night for three people, the price wasn’t unreasonable for Bath. On the downside, the place is very dated and could do with some serious modernisation. Our room had a noticeable damp smell and the single-glazed windows didn’t help keep the room warm or quiet. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there, but overall, it’s an okay option if you just need somewhere for a night and aren’t too fussy — though a refresh would really lift the place.

This is a splendid Hotel and Spa set in the Somerset countryside near Winscombe. The Pool and Spa Facilities are very good indeed. There is a small sauna and a steam room that can comfortably allow 6 occupants. The Gym facilities are excellent and extensive. The Pool looks great though I didn't swim on this occasion. All the staff speak good English.The Bar is very comfortable with plush sofas in the Lounge area. I didn't dine, but the Dining area is large and looks comfortable. The outside area gives a beautiful view of the landscape and Brent Knoll. Nit Picks... Check in is strictly at 3pm and not before so there might be queues at that time. The corridors are confusing and first time guests might get lost. In the bathroom the Shower gel and Shampoo dispenser are in small bottles fixed to the wall by the shower and pressing once dispenses only a tiny amount. The service at the Spa was not quite right on the first night and very little was explained. It was better in the morning. My room was small, but very clean. The TV remote needed a very firm press to change channels of volume, but you get the hang of it eventually. I will stay again. The room rate by Trip com was amazingly good and better than any other Online provider. Well done Trip com. Below a picture of the landscape from the road below the hotel.

Das Rezeptionpersonal ist sehr freundlich warm willkommen, Zimmergröße ist ok, Bad ist vernünftig, aber separate Tappen ist eine Frage sollte ein Mixer Tappe für warmes und kaltes Wasser sein, Großer Parkplatz, Frühstück ist sehr nett Ich fühlte mich schämlich und unbehaglich am letzten Frühstück am vorigen Tag, als ich mit dem Aufsichtsrat des Tages gesprochen hatte, um zu sehen, ob sie die Mini-Kreuzheiligen machen oder kaufen, wie ich ein paar zu kaufen wollte, um zu Hause zu meinen Söhnen zu nehmen, Ich wurde informiert, dass das ein Buffet so ich willkommen, so viele wie ich will, und wie morgen ist mein letzter Tag kann ich diese frisch dann, sie hatten kein Problem in mir, das zu tun, so am letzten Tag habe ich mit dem Aufsichtsbehörde gesprochen, der sagte, er wurde informiert re dies aber er erlaubt nicht und Ich habe mich sehr unbehaglich gemacht, da es andere Gäste da waren und wenn es eine Frage war, die der Aufsichtsbehörde vor dem Tag nicht hätte gesagt, dass es ok und dass sie das für andere Gäste getan haben, Er sagte dann, er würde mich nicht zulassen, aber er würde mir ein Paar geben und gab mir 3 in einem Box, ich fühlte mich sehr beschämend und wenig in diesem Raum der Zeit, die Art und Weise, wie er sprach und sein Ton war nicht nett Ich fühlte mich sehr gelassen am letzten Tag und das hat mich verlassen ein negatives Eindruck

Die Lage ist sehr, sehr praktisch und zentral. Der Fußweg zum Bahnhof dauert nur wenige Minuten. Bars, Restaurants und Straßen sind alle innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar Unten im Hotel gibt es ein Café Es gibt einen Haartrockner und WLAN Es ist wirklich praktisch, noch eine Nacht zu bleiben
