Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt über der Seebrücke und am Meer. Das Hotel selbst ist recht alt, und viele der Annehmlichkeiten und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind defekt oder werden gerade repariert. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht, aber das war auch schon alles. Die Balkontür knallte die ganze Nacht wegen des Windes, und wir konnten nichts dagegen tun.

To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

My stay at The Swallow Falls Inn – The Inn Collection Group was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, set in beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for exploring the nearby countryside and waterfalls. The inn itself has a welcoming, traditional feel that adds to the overall charm. The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the room felt cosy yet spacious. Staff service was another highlight — everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, making the stay feel warm and personal. Facilities were well maintained, and the dining and communal areas were inviting and comfortable. Overall, with top scores for location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, this inn offers excellent value and a relaxing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting.

Sehr nahe der Randydno Bahnhof, nur sechs oder sieben Minuten zu Fuß, das Zeichen ist sehr wach und sehr erkennbar. Es gibt auch keine Lifts. Es ist gut, im Ausflug zu bleiben, es gibt Servicepersonal, die mit dem Gepäck helfen, aber es gibt auch Treppen, bevor die Tür ins Haus gelangt. Die Servicepersonal schaut sich an, die Tür zu öffnen. Die Tür ist nicht gut. Die Handschellen sind auch ähnlich wie die private Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist nicht klein, Das Bett ist nicht groß. Ich hatte die Erfahrung vor, schnell zu überprüfen, ob das heiße Wasser im Aufenthalt ist, es ist nicht heiß... Ich sagte dem Servicepersonal, er hat es nicht verstanden, ich wartete lange nicht auf ihn zu sehen, und sagte, dass ich nach unten nach oben ging und mich nach oben ging, um einen halben Tag zu schlagen und es war nicht heiß. Seine Lösung ist, dass ich vor neun Uhr abends zurück zum Hotel ging, Er gab mir eine andere große Suite, ging ins Bad und wohnte wieder in seinem Zimmer. Ich sagte, warum er nicht direkt mir das Zimmer wechselte, er meinte, er hatte keine Berechtigung... und ich versprach, eine Nacht zu verbringen. Als ich nach dem Abendessen zurückkam, sagte er, dass es fertig war, und ich habe schnell wieder ins Zimmer geprüft, und es war heißes Wasser.

Einmal haben wir gefunden, weil es nicht Küste n Land ist es eigentlich die Seefront, so 90Mins von zu Fuß n nach unten verschwunden, und keine Telefondienst auf der Promenade zu rufen. Das Hotel ist wie ein Spaziergang in einen 70er Platz, super datiert und das Zimmer miteinander abgestimmt, günstige alte Möbel und eine beige/musard-farbige Badezimmer Suite, und das schlimmere Teppich, das Sie sich vorstellen könnten.

What a lovely stay myself and my 3 year old had. Staff were friendly and helpful and very interactive with my daughter. There was a lovely warm pool that was clean and quiet.  The bar area overlooked the ocean which was wonderful. Our room also overlooked the ocean and was a lovely view. We asked for a quiet room and were given a very lovely quiet room. We were really happy with our stay we would stay again!

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the pier, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Bull Hotel on the 12th August 2025. We were lucky with the weather and sat outside for drinks and food in the lovely outdoor area. It has been very well designed. We enjoyed our food although oufc1st choices were not available. Our little dog was made very welcome. The room was really nicely decorated and furnished with lovely extra touches. We had a really good night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. In fact, we returned on our return journey and enjoyed a delicious Sunday dinner outside in the garden. Would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Einnachtsurlaub in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt; es dauert nur wenige Schritte, um direkt am Strand zu gehen. Obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt dem Strand gegenüber steht, waren wir froh überrascht, dass wir noch ein schönes Blick vom Meer aus unserem Zimmer fangen konnten. Wir blieben in einem Dreifachzimmer, und es war unglaublich geräumig mit viel Raum für alle bewegen. Es kam mit allen wesentlichen Einrichtungen, die wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten. Alles war sauber, funktional und gut gepflegt. Dieses Hotel ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Familien, die eine entspannende Strandgebäude suchen. Wir empfehlen es sehr und würden sicher hier wieder bleiben!

We had a wonderful stay at Caer Rhun Hall Hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful – perfect for a relaxing family break. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were great and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a charming and relaxing getaway.
