Wasn't great mostly due to the fact that you had Taxi drivers outside beeping horns all hours of the night. People fighting and shouting outside the hotel. As well as the Fire alarm going off at about 10:40pm. I had to check out by 04:50 Am to catch a train and I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30am This hotel is however right next to Cardiff Central Station so perfect for Travelling by train. Which is why I booked here. After explaining my stay to reception I asked for a bottle of water for my travels and it was given to me complimentary which I really appreciated. The hotel Staff were polite and welcoming, however and the room was quite clean. TV didn't work however which is a shame.

The Angel Hotel was perfect for a short City Break. The staff were all great, friendly and professional. Check in and out was simple. The room was ideal, slightly dated but everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had a good powerful flow. We were only there for one night so the only other service I tried was the Bar. Again the service was first class. The Hotel has a central location just opposite the Castle. I would highly recommend this Hotel and I would definitely book again. Thank you.

Just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Central Station and High Street. It is a very convenient location. There are many restaurants nearby, most of which are open until 10 p.m. The room is spacious, in good condition, and with a great city view. The mattress and pillows were comfortable.The staff were friendly and polite. I stayed for two nights and had a good experience!

The room was generally clean and tidy although it was very noisy overnight due to its location, the beds were comfortable enough, an extra pillow would have been nice. Location was great for my trip, but the condition of the bathroom was a bit on the shabby side. The bottom of the bathroom door frame and the actual door were rotting and had been for quite a while

Meine einzige Grippe ist, wie ich die Ernährungsanforderungen habe, Sie konnten nicht für sie zu kümmern und musste mit dem tun, was auf dem Angebot war. Keine glutenfreie Nahrung in der Nacht, Nur was ich würde allgemeine Burger, Lasagne, Bier gebattert Fisch und Chips. Nur Veg auf dem Angebot waren Pfeffer. In diesem Tag und Alter Hotels müssen für eine Vielzahl von Gesundheitsbedingungen für Menschen zu sorgen. Vegan/Vegetarier sind nicht Gluten frei oder Ibs Leiden oder Celiacs. Das sind komplizierte Probleme. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn sie etwas anzupassen angeboten. .

The hotel was lovely and clean and the room was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. It would have been nicer if we had a bath In the room but that is just personal preference. It was clean and tidy and we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were only a twenty minute walk from town a perfect distance to walk into town and walk back safely the route is well lit and pretty straight forward. The breakfast was fantastic and it is served overlooking the bay so a lovely morning view. The breakfast was buffet and we had multiple trips up and down to enjoy all the food. Our favourite was the pancake machine with the strawberry jam it was delicious.

Stayed one night. Not sure if because of renovation, the reception area wasn't very welcoming, pretty much self check-in set up but staffed too. Busy hotel, popular pool, gym, need to wait your turn for sauna & steam room but Impressed with facilities. Room service food was basic. The room definitely need updating and shower pressure not great. Overall fine though, would stay again.

Sehr ein sehr spezielles Hotel, ich versichere Ihnen, dass Sie kein solches Hotel gelebt haben. Der Vorhalle ist ein sehr authentisches italienisches Restaurant und das Zimmer ist in einem kleinen Holzhaus.

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Großer Willkommen von Karl. nützliche lokale Tipps. geräumiges Zimmer. ruhige Nachbarschaft. Großer Parkplatz. superb Frühstück. Dieses Hotel bietet eine einzigartige, von der wir gründlich genossen, einschließlich der Lounge / Bibliothek. Nie eine große Auswahl an Büchern auch verfügbar.

Angenehme Atmosphäre

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr gemütlicher und komfortabeler Ort, voll mit Werkzeugen und Platten ausgestattet. Wifi war ein wenig spott, einer der Taucher schien drainageprobleme zu haben, aber sonst war es eine angenehme Erfahrung. Steve war leicht zu kontaktieren und zu unterhalten - wir mussten unsere Gepäck im Innenraum vor der checkout-Zeit verlassen, während wir die Stadt erkunden. Sehr empfohlen.

Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr gut, sauber und ordentlich, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr zu empfehlen!
