3-Sterne-Hotels in Uusimaa, Finnland

"Bei Booking wurde gefragt, ob es einen kostenlosen Hotelbus um 1:30 Uhr gibt, aber es gab keine Antwort. Zwei Tage vor dem Check-in fragten wir ebenfalls nicht, was uns etwas beunruhigte. Schließlich mussten wir ein Taxi nehmen, wählten aber das teuerste Taxi mit Festpreis: 19 Euro, andere Taxis 12 Euro! Im Hotel angekommen und erneut nachgefragt, erfuhr ich, dass der letzte Bus um 1:15 Uhr fährt und wir ihn nicht nehmen können! Sagen Sie uns doch vorher Bescheid! Wir mussten einen Flughafen-Shuttle buchen, und das Hotel erlaubte uns proaktiv, unsere Aufenthaltsdauer im Zimmer zu verlängern, bis wir mit dem Hotelshuttle um 13:25 Uhr am Flughafen ankamen! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich! Großzügige öffentliche Bereiche!"

"We reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places."

"空港内といっていいくらい空港と隣り合っているホテルです。ホテルの入り口のみ外に面していますが、それ以外は屋根のついた空港内の通路を通ってたどり着くことができます。値段は少し高めですが、夜の21時到着の便で一晩のストップオーバーだったので、利便性を取りこのホテルにしましたが、正解だったと思います。部屋は簡素ですが、十分なスペースがあり、北欧風がこういうものなのか、イケアっぽいインテリアでかわいかったです。バスルームのタイルの床は床暖房が効いていて、トイレの時も足元が暖かくてよかったです。 また、ブッフェ形式の朝食が付いているのですが、これが種類が多く、味もよく、お勧めです。会場のラウンジもとても広く、テーブルや椅子など優雅な感じでとても豊かな落ち着く空間でした。早めに行ってゆったり朝の時間を過ごすのがいいと思います。ホテルから空港の鉄道駅までとても近いので、チェックアウト後にホテルに荷物を預けて、乗り継ぎの飛行機までの半日ヘルシンキ観光なんかもしやすいです。トランジットのホテルとして大いにお勧めします。"

"The area is in zone B , in between the city Center and the airport. There is a train from airport to reach the accommodation. When exiting the platform just look up to see the building direction. It’s is visible and around 5 mins of normal walking. Downside there may not be a check in staff all the time. Only at specific hours/day."

"Very convenient room with essentials amneties. The staff are friendly and I felt well welcomed. The location is really convenient, it’s near the central train station and has also taxi service that transfers from hotel to airport at a fixed price and also on time."

"Das Hotel sieht ziemlich neu aus, und das Zimmer hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Sie können mit Ihrer Schlüsselkarte einen Haartrockner vom Schrank auf dem Boden erhalten. Die Waschmaschine direkt im Zimmer ist sehr bequem. Auf der Unterseite befindet sich das Hotel weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und wegen der Eisenbahnwartung konnte ich nicht die nächste Station verwenden; ich musste einen Bus nehmen, um dorthin zu kommen. Ich habe auch die Bewertung aufgrund der Reinigung verringert: Es gab Müll in meinem Zimmer vom vorherigen Gast (in der Küchenzone) und der Balkon war sehr duschig, so musste ich ein Handtuch benutzen, um es zu reparieren."

"Unfortunately the sauna and pool were out of order. The room and facilities are worse than the pictures show and there is a weird smell on the room floors. The location is very good."

"It is a self check-in hotel that provides no front-desk services. It would have been a perfect practice if you preferred contactless and prompt check-in procedures (most of the process can be done days before online). Unfortunately, I actually needed the luggage storage service which is not provided by the hotel. Fortunately, there is a restaurant nearby which offers this service (but need to pay for it and the drop-off/pick up time is restricted to it’s opening hours). I would recommend this hotel if you are a backpacker instead of a traveller who carries many luggages like me :’("

"Die Lage ist gut, ganz in der Nähe des Piers, ideal für die morgendliche Fährüberfahrt nach Tallinn und auch für einen Ausflug nach Suomenlinna. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig und es gibt nicht viele Restaurants, obwohl die Zimtschnecken bei Johan & Nyström in der Nähe recht lecker sind. Das Zimmer selbst ist ein Studio-Apartment mit Waschküche im Erdgeschoss und grundlegender Küchenausstattung, sodass man sich bei Bedarf selbst versorgen kann. Instantnudeln sind praktisch und sparen viel Geld, wenn man auf Reisen kein westliches Essen mag. Gehobene Restaurants in Helsinki sind sehr teuer; ein einfaches Fünf-Gänge-Menü kostet ohne Getränke schnell 80 Euro."
