Ich mag die Atmosphäre dieses Hotels und es herrscht eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Man kann im Hotel einige Winteraktivitäten kaufen und es ist sehr praktisch. An der Rezeption ist eine Dame, die sehr nett ist und uns viel gegeben hat Vielen Dank für sie. Darüber hinaus ist das Zimmer sehr komfortabel und bietet viel Platz. Durch die raumhohen Fenster kann man die Aussicht genießen, und das Zimmer verfügt auch über eine tolle Sauna

Personal freundlich. Gute Lage & die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Preis Leistung ist nicht sonderlich gut. Bettwäsche bei dem Preis noch nicht mal enthalten. Ausstattung eher schlecht.

Das Hotel bietet sehr gutes Frühstück und einen schönen und freundlichen Service. Die Lage ist gut für das Dorf Hetta, aber die Lage von Hetta ist ein bisschen weit von allen Orten einschließlich Aktivitäten entfernt. Die Aussicht auf das Hotel ist schön und es gibt auch Ladestationen für Elektroautos mit relativ billigen Preisen.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

In den Bergen Selber fahren ist bequemer! Niemand, sehr ruhig. Es liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde vom Santa Elderly Village entfernt. Fahrt in den Wald beim Hotel. In der Einsamkeit liegt eine gewisse Schönheit! ! Es ist auch mysteriös … Auch Rehe gibt es im Hotel! Schade, dass ich dieses Mal kein Polarlicht gesehen habe.

Die Lage ist zentrumsnah, allerdings muss man zum Einchecken zunächst ins Santa Hotel Claus fahren und dann noch 10 Minuten zum Hotel laufen, was etwas umständlich ist. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, spricht Kantonesisch, ist aufmerksam und erklärt geduldig die Umgebung und die Verkehrsanbindung. Sie haben sogar ein Taxi zum Bahnhof Rovaniemi organisiert.
