The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

El Hotel está retirado del centro, la limpieza muy buena, la atención en el desayuno excelente, cordiales, amables, serviciales

They have windows that does not have a black out that the view is inside the hotel and there is light the whole night

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Allerdings hatte das Zimmer kein Fenster. Es hat einen kleinen Lichteingang, der angibt, wo sich die Klimaanlage befindet, und auf den Fotos scheint es ein Fenster zu sein, ist es aber nicht. Ich hebe dies besonders hervor, weil wir gebucht hatten, weil wir dachten, es hätte ein Fenster und die Fotos der Zimmer sind irreführend.

Me gustó el servicio y las habitaciones, queda algo retirado de farmacias y lugares de interés, no obstante lo recomiendo cuando se viaja solo con adultos y con facilidad de moverse

L'hôtel est agréable car non loin de la plage, proche des magasins et des restaurants. Malgré qu'il soit presque plein,il n'y a pas de bruit. Les chambres sont bien isolées et l'air conditionné,les sanitaires comme la literie sont de qualité. En revanche,le wifi est moyen. Le petit déjeuner est moyen également. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

me queda muy feliz de mi alojamiento en el hotel Baluarte, los todos personal del hotel fueron super amable, el desayuno estaba muy sabroso, Si tenía alguna pregunta el personal del hotel siempre me ayudó con consejos, Este es lugar seguro absolutamente. Me aloje en hotel durante dos semanas y las dos semanas se quedan sin un solo incidente. Estoy lleno de agradecimiento a personal el hotel, y recomiendo hotel baluarte a todos.

The hotel staff and breakfast were excellent at all times. Our room had an issue with the bathroom faucet which was temporarily fixed. Close to the beach and the rooftop pool has all day sun and was quiet during our stay. Would recommend for a night or two if visiting the nearby old town or islands.
