Ich habe im Suzhou Liuxiang Hotel übernachtet und das Zimmer „Erfrischendes Doppelbett“ gebucht. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und gepflegt, mit einem bequemen Bett und einer effektiven Klimaanlage – perfekt nach einem langen Tag in Suzhou. Die Lage ist ein absolutes Highlight: Das Hotel liegt zwischen der Guanqian-Straße und der Pingjiang-Straße und ist somit ideal zum Einkaufen, Sightseeing und um die lokale Küche zu entdecken. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist eine gute Wahl für Reisende, die Wert auf Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine zentrale Lage in Suzhou legen.

Dieses Hotel liegt an der Pingjiang Road, einer historischen Straße in der Altstadt, direkt neben der Fußgängerzone. Gegenüber der Huxiangshi-Brücke befindet sich ein Chayan Yuese Supermarkt. In 15–20 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuß in Richtung Norden den Garten des bescheidenen Beamten, den Löwenhain und das Suzhou-Museum. Westlich davon gelangen Sie zur U-Bahn-Station Xuanqiao Lane. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. Das Hotel besticht durch seine wunderschöne Gartenanlage und seine umfassende Ausstattung. Es erstreckt sich über drei Etagen, und das gebuchte Zimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock mit einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pingjiang-Fluss und die große Kiefer – ein fantastischer Ausblick! Von der Terrasse aus können Sie sogar das CCTV-Hauptquartier (bekannt als „Große Hose“) sehen. Der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Die Zimmerserviceeinrichtungen sind über die Erwartungen hinaus, es gibt Kinder Zahn- und Trailer, die Qualität ist nicht schlecht, die Tiere sind freundlich, das Frühstück erfüllt die Bedürfnisse, am Nachmittag auf dem Gras zu kochen, am Abend in der Wohnwagen zu leben, nachts kann man auch schweigen hören, und das Baby hat die Eier geholt, einen Spurzug gemacht, wird wieder reserviert.

Ich habe auf xc viele Hotels und B&Bs in der Pingjiang Road verglichen und mich schließlich für Haner entschieden, um den chinesischen Valentinstag zu verbringen. Ausstattung: Neu eröffnet, intelligente Toilette, Kapselmaschine nachts, Bettwäsche ist auch gut, kein ermüdendes Schlafen. Hygiene: Sauber. Nach dem Schließen der Tür riecht es im Badezimmer leicht nach zurückfließendem Wasser. Nach dem Einschalten des Abluftventilators ist es besser. Umgebung: In einer Nebenstraße der Pingjiang Road gelegen, ist es ruhig in einer belebten Gegend mit guter Schallisolierung. Service: Sehr gut. Ich habe WeChat vorab hinzugefügt und wurde an den Parkplatzstandort erinnert. Der Rezeptionist Xiaobo holte uns auch vom Parkplatz ab und brachte uns am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück nach Hongda.

Da es in der letzten Zeit viel Regen hat, kam ich zu einer Zeit, die den Berg unter dem Tin Tian-Berg zu fangen, und die Berge fühlten sich in der Umgebung, Obwohl die Sichtbarkeit nicht hoch ist, gibt es auch einen Geschmack. Wir bestellen einen Tag vorzeitig eine Person 150 Etiketts. Vier Speisen sind eine Suppe. Reis ist im Grunde nicht genug, um kostenlos fortzufahren. Es ist ein berühmter Schweinefleisch und frisches Fisch und zwei Gemüse-Suppe. Es ist sehr lecker, Es fühlt sich sehr gut an, nach dem Essen um sieben Uhr und halb sieben Uhr, und es ist leicht, uns eine Nachtreise zu organisieren, um zu erklären, dass die Kulturgeschichte mit dem Gefühl der Kälte in der Umgebung wirklich ein Gefühl hat (denken Sie an die Temperaturen auf dem Berge allgemein niedriger als unter dem Berg, um bessere warme Kleidung zu tragen, sonst ist es leicht zu kühlen), Wir haben auch vorzeitig um 12 Uhr den Kopf gebucht, das ist ein Wohlergehen, das die Unterkunftskunde genießen kann. Es ist wirklich super lobenswert und der Preis ist auch super hoch. Am nächsten Tag trinken wir auch den höchsten Seekaffee der Provinz Jiangsu mit der Oberfläche und fühlen sich wirklich gut. Ich habe einige Fotos gemacht, die gut sichtbar sind, bevor ich aus dem Haus gehe. Ich empfehle Ihnen wirklich, die Chance zu erleben, es fühlt sich super gut an, das nächste Mal werden wir wiederkommen.

This is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review. As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities. In short: Room# 8431 & 8331 Check-In on 04-Sep Check-Out on 09-Sep Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel. Room & Cleanliness: Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached. Ammenities & Facilities: A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms. By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites. Breakfast: Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption. Surroundings: There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also. Overall, we had a good stay.

第一次住桔子，環境特別好，廁所和浴室衞生做得很乾凈，白天遊玩回來能安安心心的休息。前台服務人員態度超級好，總體非常不錯，以後也會認準他們家，很贊！！！

Everything is good, have to stay one day instead of five days as have to hotel due to the TV unable to cast mobile screen. Such a waste as it is so comfortable to stay. The counter staff was so welcoming and she is very professional and friendly. I didn’t manage to get her name But she help me with my parcels and help us to bring up my food delivery. She is sweet and have a very soft voice that makes people feel welcome. Would like to stay here again hope they upgrade the TV for more amenities.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stayed during the time that there was ongoing construction so it was abit noisy and hard to navigate the front desk (have to go up to a certain level then change elevator) but i still enjoyed my stay here :) The location was good - It is walking distance to malls like nanjing deji plaza with the famous expensive toilet and luxury stores and easy to get around with taxi. The room was vibrant and the design makes you feel happy in a sense and EVERYTHING is oranges! Even the toothpaste was orange flavoured which was an experience for me XD
