Wow, what a view in this hotel. It's really nice! The hotel is located next to the cable car going up the mountain. This mostly benefits you at the end of the day, as you can take the service exit at the cable car right to the hotel. In the morning, though, you'll have to go up the other way to get to the entrance where you can buy tickets. No worries, though as the hotel owner can take you there by car in a few minutes. You can take a bus from Enshi station, or get a DiDi taxi for about ~150 yen. I chose the latter as it's not that expensive and they drove me right to the hotel without waiting. If you take the bus, you can ask the hotel owner to pick you up from the scenic center parking lot. I recommend to make sure WeChat is installed and works, as it's the easiest way to communicate with the owner, thanks to the built-in translation feature. He helped me set it up when I arrived which was great! I had dinner at the hotel as I was there quite late, the food was delicious and the portions were large. The price was good, given you're an hour and a half away from civilisation. Same with the included breakfast, it was cooked fresh on the spot when I woke up at eight in the morning, it was more than plenty to start the day, and one of the best breakfast on this trip! In the evening during dinner, I planned the day with the owner and he explained the routes on a map, very convenient. You can ask him anything at any time on WeChat and he'll help out right away. I was there in November when it can be quite cold, but the AC heating function works great, and the shower was nice and hot. In all I had a lovely time here, thanks to the great service of everyone at this hotel.

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

Ich weiß, dass Covid die Reise stört und dass es unvorhersehbar sein kann in einer Weise, in der Regeln und Anforderungen plötzlich ändern können. Doch dies rechtfertigt nicht, warum das Hotel nicht die ankommenden Kunden über diese Anforderungen informieren würde. Ich kam aus einer anderen Stadt, und ich war 48 Stunden vor der Ankunft in Wuhan für Covid geprüft worden. Die Gesundheitsbehörden hatten keine Probleme, die mich aus dem Bahnhof lassen. Die erste Nacht in der Stadt, blieb ich anderswo und als ich am nächsten Tag in der Mitte des Nachmittags zum Hotel kam, wurde mir gesagt, dass alle eingereisten Kunden aus Changsha eine negative PCR-Test innerhalb von 48 Stunden benötigen. Ich hatte das bei der Ankunft, aber mein PCR-Test war jetzt 72 Stunden alt. Ich wurde gesagt, ich musste dann zum nächsten Krankenhaus für einen Nein-Test gehen, ich habe es nicht getan, ich in mein Hotelzimmer bis 10 Uhr in der Nacht. 7 Stunden lang wandte ich die Straßen und wartete auf Testergebnisse für etwas, das ich in meiner Wohnstadt schneller hätte sortieren können, hätte ich natürlich wissen! Auch, dass ich es in derselben Nacht zum Hotel gemacht habe, andere Ausländer meldeten sich ein und sie wurden nicht einmal eine Frage zu ihren Orten, Gesundheitscodes, PCR-Tests, etc. Sie meldeten sich innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach der Ankunft in ihre Zimmer. ”Fantastic Homestay for a Productive Getaway from Shanghai” I recently booked a night at this lovely homestay in Wuhan while traveling from Shanghai, and I'm so glad I did. As someone who needed a quiet space to focus on some important work for my company, this turned out to be the perfect retreat. The big room on the 4th floor was incredibly spacious and comfortable, allowing me to set up a makeshift office and work efficiently without any distractions. The extra fee for this room was well worth it - the extra space and privacy were invaluable for getting a lot done on my website (*****************) and other key projects. Beyond the functional aspects, the homestay had a very cozy, homey vibe that helped me decompress after the busy Shanghai pace. The location was also great, with some scenic areas nearby that I could explore on my breaks to clear my mind. For travelers looking for a productive, rejuvenating escape from the city, I would highly recommend this Wuhan homestay, especially for those making the 3-4 hour trip from Shanghai. The price is very reasonable compared to other popular tourist destinations. I left feeling refreshed and accomplished, ready to return to the office. Couldn't ask for a better homestay experience!

First of all, the homestay environment is beautiful compared with other nearby homes. Outside the house, a comfortable atmosphere is created for you, so that every traveler can settle down and stop to enjoy the beauty that is no longer a moment. Two soup springs where we can take a bath let us enjoy the warmth brought by nature in the hot spring. What is the taste of Enshi? Perhaps it is the smell of bacon and pig's trotters and the salty flavor of heavy-tasting food, the sour taste of sour beans and pickles, or the warmth brought by a bowl of pickled cabbage and bacon noodles. Finally, I must emphasize that her family's service is really like that of any star-rated high-class hotel, and she can pick up the car at the scenic spot. Meanwhile, the location of her family is very easy to find, just at the exit of the scenic spot.

Front Desk - no greetings from staff, shy maybe, but they would respond when we greet them. They also helped us booked taxis. Room - good value for money. We stayed 5 nights incl breakfast for only S$235 total, so can't complain. Room size was comfortable for 2 persons. But it's kinda annoying when you are tired and your key card is faulty, happened a few times. Appreciate the bluetooth speaker, I enjoyed playing my favourite music. Laundry Room - 3rd Floor, FOC, detergent provided. Useful esp in summer. Breakfast - Asian style, but there were jam, bread, and eggs. No coffee/tea, only soy bean drink and warm milk. Almost the same everyday, but we were fine with it. I brought my own coffee, lady wait staff was very obliging. You can try Wuhan famous local dishes like sanxiandoupi 三鲜豆皮 and reganmian 热干面 here. Location - we took a metro from airport Line 2 direct to Yangjiawan Stn. Very wallet friendly, only RMB9/pax. Had a bit of trouble looking for it though. Navigate with Google Map, VPN required. Shopping - We went during summer. So we were thrilled to find nearby shopping malls, Guanggu Shopping Street 光谷步行街 and WS Mengshidai Plaza (WS 梦时代).

Das Hotel Poyer ist sauber und sehr modern. Es ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat dieses Hotel einen massiven Nachteil. Die Wände sind extrem dünn und die Zimmer scheinen keine Sound-Isolierung zu haben. Sie können Ihre Nachbarn im Hotelzimmer neben Ihrem Gespräch sehr deutlich hören. Ich blieb drei Nächte. Am ersten Abend konnte ich die Kinder meines Nachbarn sehr laut spielen hören und konnte mich nicht auf meine Arbeit konzentrieren. Am zweiten Abend erwachte ich um 3.00 Uhr etwas, das ich nur annehmen kann, war eine Art von heimischer Missbrauch in einem Raum, der weiter unten auf dem Wege passiert. Es gab einen extrem wütenden Mann, der an seinem weiblichen Partner schrie, der an ihm schrie und schrie. Es war ziemlich schrecklich zu hören, und ich konnte es alles perfekt hören, weil das Hotel nicht gebaut wurde. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht für jemanden, der ein leichtes Schlafzimmer ist. Sie werden durch Lärm von außen aufwacht. Aber wenn Sie ein tiefer Schlafen, ist dieses Hotel fantastisch. Es ist wirklich schön gestaltet, sauber und ich liebe die Mitarbeiter des Front Desk. Sie waren super freundlich.

Wir sind zwei ältere Menschen aus Singapur, die nach Wuhan reisen. Das erste, was ich loben möchte, ist die freundliche Einstellung des Personals an der Rezeption. Es gab auch einen Gästebetreuer, Jiao, der wusste, dass wir zum Bahnhof gingen und das Hotel darüber informierte, dass es einen Service für 65-jährige Senioren gab, der sie zur U-Bahn-Station brachte. Er schickte uns sofort zur U-Bahn-Station Nr. 4 und fuhr mit der U-Bahn zum Bahnhof Wuhan. Er war sehr begeistert und trug unsere Kartons für uns in den Bus und wieder heraus. Es sollte gelobt werden. Zweitens können Sie die Lichter des Yellow Crane Tower sehen, wenn Sie nachts in die 12. Etage des Hotels gehen. Drittens stellt das Hotel Waschmaschinen, Trockner und Waschmittel zur Verfügung. Schließlich war das Frühstück im Hotel reichhaltig und lecker.
