Das Hotel ist sehr charakteristisch, direkt in der Tochterstadt, sehr bequem zu reisen.

Die Rezeption ist besonders warm und enthusiastisch, die Behandlung des Aufenthalts ist schnell und intim, die gute Gefühle sind direkt gefüllt, die Nachfrage feedback ist auch sehr zeitnah und wirksam! Es gibt viele Frühstücksarten, die sind besonders lecker, der Geschmack ist sehr lecker, es ist super zufrieden, es ist sehr lecker mit dem spezifischen Rindfleisch von Xiyang. Die Wäscherei ist durchaus geräuchert, fühlt sich besonders komfortabel an, das Zimmer ist auch sauber und sauber und das Leben ist sehr komfortabel! Das Fitnesszimmer ist auch sehr sauber. 1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

[Parkplatz] Der Eingang zum Hotel befindet sich auf der Innenseite der Straße und kann daher auch mit der Navigation leicht übersehen werden. Obwohl das Hotel über eine Tiefgarage verfügt, gibt es am Tag des Check-ins keine Sicherheitskontrolle , ein Auto parkte nicht vorschriftsmäßig, was das Parken erschwerte, selbst wenn Platz vorhanden war. Das letzte Mal habe ich es 40 Minuten lang auf dem Parkplatz gemacht. [Reinigung] Ich habe vor dem Schlafengehen gelbe Flecken auf dem Kissen gefunden, aber nachdem ich einen Tag lang auf der Autobahn gefahren bin, hatte ich wirklich keine Zeit, ein Hotel zum Umziehen zu finden, also habe ich mich dafür entschieden komm damit klar. [Service] Ursprünglich hatte ich vor, zwei Nächte zu bleiben, aber aufgrund meines Gefühls am ersten Tag wollte ich die zweite Nacht stornieren. Ich stellte jedoch fest, dass ich nicht stornieren konnte (es zeigte sich, dass ich eingecheckt hatte). Daher musste ich mich an Ctrip wenden, um das Problem im landschaftlich reizvollen Bereich zu lösen. Dies ist auch diesmal der Fall. Der Auslöser für Beschwerden.

I personally had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Pros: My room was very clean and large, there were many amenities that were provided and I believe topped up if I used them. They have a robot so getting delivery is convenient. All the staff are incredibly kind, greeting me as I left and came back for the day each time, one of them took me to my room and helped me with my luggage. I know at least one of workers has good English so communication was easy, and even if it wasn’t they contact you on WeChat so there wont be too much of a language barrier. The hotel was located by some tourist attractions and very close to the river. The closest metro station was about a 15 minute walk away, but in my opinion, the walk there was very nice. Cons: The hotel walls are rather thin, so if you have some noisy neighbours it will be a little loud. Unfortunately I was able to hear 2 couples engage in…. extracurricular activities, so I had to move around my room loudly to let them know the walls are thin. There’s also no window looking outside. There’s a window into this little decorated area between rooms, the curtains automatically close when you come in and put your key in. You’d think it must be really dark at night then, but the toilet has a light that’s brighter than I would personally like. I paid for breakfast which I could request for through WeChat and it would be delivered via robot. It was a little disappointing though. 2 slices of bread, a small packet of nuts and dried fruit, some crackers, and milk. I don’t really know what I was expecting to be honest though. I did only choose to have breakfast once and then didn’t bother the rest of the time, so maybe it changes.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Besonders aufmerksam fand ich die kostenlosen geräuschunterdrückenden Ohrstöpsel und Dampf-Augenmasken, die mir einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglichten. Zwar erstreckt sich das Hotel nur über das zweite und dritte Stockwerk, doch das Personal war äußerst herzlich und der Service so aufmerksam, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlte. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet und die verschiedenen Freizeiteinrichtungen trugen ebenfalls zu einer völligen Entspannung bei. Alles in allem war es wirklich toll und absolut empfehlenswert!

More than a homestay! Although I'm generally reserved about homestays, I dared to book one this time. The enchanting and credible description of the accommodation and the certainty that my Chinese partner would step in if I had any communication problems made it easy for me. And all my high expectations were fully met. The driveway to the hotel is admittedly not easy to find, especially when arriving at night. The dreamlike, quiet location amidst the fields with a mountains view makes up for it. There are good, paved car parks near the entrance free of charge. Despite our late arrival, the hosts took time to explain all amenities in detail. This was useful because of the various smart home functions (light scenes, curtains, air conditioning, entertainment). Our suite was designed with attention to detail. Everything was absolutely clean and made a very well-kept, almost new impression. Bathroom and shower are more basic in design, but nevertheless presentable. The free-standing bathtub with mountain view is a highlight. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building. There is a Chinese set menu, freshly prepared by the host according to the guests' preferences. The friendliness and attentiveness of the hosts is particularly noteworthy. We enjoyed a guided tour of the beautiful private garden and got to know a lot about the house and its owners. The Dixingu ticketing centre is 5 minutes away by car. If that doesn't bother, visitors can combine a must-see experience in the breathtaking Geocentric Valley with an equally fantastic accommodation here.

Das Bett war groß, die Matratze sehr bequem, das Zimmer geräumig und die Rezeptionistin sehr hilfsbereit. Das von ihr organisierte Zimmer war ruhig und gut beleuchtet. Am nächsten Tag übernachtete ich jedoch im Xingkong Hotel (Guobo Center, Filiale Yongwang), was furchtbar war. Man weigerte sich, meine Buchung zu ändern, und als man hörte, dass ich umbuchen wollte, zwang man mich, um Mitternacht auszuchecken. Der Service war extrem schlecht. Nächstes Mal werde ich im Yue'er Hotel übernachten. Es ist günstig gelegen, direkt neben einer Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Restaurants, und hat eine lebhafte Atmosphäre. Es liegt in der Nähe einer U-Bahn-Station, sodass man von dort aus gut unterwegs ist. Das Xingkong Hotel hingegen war schrecklich. Dort fährt nicht einmal die U-Bahn; ich weiß nicht, warum ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden habe. Es war eine furchtbare Erfahrung. Um zu verhindern, dass ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgebe, stornierte das Xingkong Hotel meine Buchung. Ich warne alle: Meidet dieses Hotel! Geht niemals ins Xingkong Hotel (Guobo Center, Filiale Yongwang). Die Managerin an der Rezeption ist wie eine Prostituierte!
