Sehr angenehmes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Harbin. Es ist ein Ibis, so dass Sie genau wissen, was es sein wird. Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber, und die Betten sind komfortabel. Die Lage ist ok, aber es gibt noch einen Ibis etwa eine halbe Meile von der Straße, die näher an die Hauptattraktionen ist. Noch ein kurzer und einfacher Spaziergang zur Central Street. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich, und das Frühstück ist gut, mit einer breiten Palette von Gerichten (vor allem Pickles). Empfehlenswert!

1. Ich habe dem Service nur einen Punkt gegeben, weil das Personal an der Rezeption unmöglich war. Sie waren unhöflich und aggressiv. Als die Toilette in meinem Zimmer nicht spülte, sagten sie: „Ich kann sie jetzt nicht reparieren!“ Im Ernst?! Ich hatte die teuerste Executive Suite Ihres Hotels gebucht, und die Toilette war unbrauchbar, sodass ich die öffentliche Toilette in der Lobby benutzen musste. Nicht einmal ein tröstendes Wort wurde gesagt! Absolut schrecklich! Wenn Sie nicht gerne an der Rezeption arbeiten, kündigen Sie einfach. Lassen Sie Ihre Frustration nicht den ganzen Tag an den Gästen aus! Ich wollte dem Service eigentlich null Punkte geben, aber der Fahrer, der mich vom Flughafen abholte, war wirklich gut – enthusiastisch, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Seine Einstellung war viel besser als sonst! 2. Ich habe den Einrichtungen nur zwei Punkte gegeben. Die Toilette in der Executive Suite war kaputt, und das Warmwasser reichte nur für 20 Minuten. Danach war es komplett kalt. Die Rezeption hatte dies vorher nicht erwähnt. Als ich mitten im Winter kalt duschte und verärgert anrief, um zu fragen, warum es kein warmes Wasser gab, hieß es, das sei eben so, der Boiler reiche nur für 20 Minuten. Warum hat man das nicht gleich gesagt? 3. Da es hier keine Restaurants gibt, wollte ich hier frühstücken, aber die Rezeptionistin meinte, es gäbe keine. 🙂↔️

Its a small hotel without parking lot, located just at the side of the street. To reach the reception you need to face with stairs. Not so high but quiet challenging if you bring big luggage. Inside just a small receptionist. Check in was easy and fast, while waiting you can have coffee or china tea and cookies from the banquet. We booked family room, which is very spacious. Two double beds, a tent with toys. Its kinda cute though. The room facing the streets with a big windows, its lovely to watch snow falling outside. It has small fridge, electric kettle, and long sofa. Although I would be more glad if they provided small wardrobe to put our clothes. They only have hanging rack where we can put our coats and towel, which was definitely not enough. Anyway during our stay there, no one clean our room. They only made the bed but the floor still had hairs. But I'm too lazy to complaint. What I like about this hotel is they have washing machine and dryer that you can use for free (including the washing liquids). Also just besides the hotel there is a halal restaurant, very convenient, cheap and tasty. To the cathedral just a little walk around 10-15 minutes, and to the lake ard 30 mins.

Location is great, near to the Harbin express train station. Room is comfy & the washing machines at level 2 is powerful! Managed to wash our clothes a few times. Overall a good experience, hence we extended our stay for another 2 nights after this.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage an der Central Street, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station und zur Kirche. Das Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer waren warm. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und der Service hervorragend.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the city, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and polite, and they helped us carry our luggage during check-in, which was a nice touch. The room itself was acceptable, and most facilities were fine. However, the floor cleanliness needs improvement, as it was dirty when we arrived. Other than this issue, everything else was okay. With better cleaning, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Insgesamt war es gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Die Toilettenpapierhalterung war zu nah am Mülleimer, sodass das Toilettenpapier (zumindest in meinem Zimmer) in den Eimer fallen konnte, wenn es zu lang war. Das Fenster war undicht (vielleicht nur in meinem Zimmer) und es zog etwas stark, aber glücklicherweise war die Klimaanlage sehr leistungsfähig und heizte das Zimmer gut. Die Schalldämmung des Zimmers (vielleicht nur in meinem Zimmer) war nicht optimal. Mein Bettkopfende grenzte an den Fernseher des Nachbarn. Das hängt wirklich davon ab, welche Art von Nachbarn man hat. Ehrlich gesagt bin ich an einem Tag drei- bis viermal aufgewacht, bis die Nachbarn erst nach 3 Uhr morgens den Fernseher ausgeschaltet haben. Und dann noch die Heizung: Sie war nicht freistehend, sondern durch ein Gitter verdeckt. Die Heizleistung war nicht gut und sie war auch schwer zu reinigen. Nach einem langen Tag konnte man wenigstens die Schuhe darauf legen, damit sie warm wurden. Das Frühstück war gut. In der Central Street gab es wirklich nicht viel zu essen.

Such a great stay! Very affordable price and the service you get is amazing! Airport pick up and drop off for free and some fruit and snacks on the room. Die Lage ist großartig, ganz in der Nähe der Central Street und der Sophia-Kathedrale. Biegen Sie am Eingang zum Abholpunkt des Flughafenbusses, der alle 10 Minuten abfährt, rechts ab. Er liegt direkt gegenüber vom Ausstiegspunkt. Aufgrund der Nähe gibt es nachts etwas Verkehrslärm. Der Aufenthalt in der Maisonette war sehr komfortabel, die Heizung war ausreichend und auch die Dekoration des Zimmers gefiel mir. Der Nachteil besteht darin, dass die Wassertemperatur im Badezimmer nicht sehr stabil ist und der Wasserhahn auf eine bestimmte Position eingestellt werden muss.

I had a wonderful stay in Youran. The rooms are in wooden but with modern amenities. The owner and wife are very friendly and providing a real great service. Youran also has a restaurant and the owner wife can cook very well. This brings convenient for guests so that do not need to walk out to look for foods under such an extreme low temperature. The location of Youran is convenience and at the center of Beiji Village. Few tourism points can be easily reached out by walk. And you could get a driver to drive you to attractions in Mohe. Youran can help to arrange a trustable and good service driver at a reasonable fee. As for the room, it is spacious, the cleanliness is very good and odorless. The heating system is excellence, I could wear T + short in the room comfortably and the water heater is 24 hours. I will come back to Youran again to experience Mohe different seasons.
