Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Team aufmerksam und proaktiv, um unsere Rückmeldungen zu suchen, zeigte echte Pflege bei der Verbesserung der Gästeerfahrung. Während der Nacht war ein Serviceroboter zur Verfügung, um die geforderten Gegenstände zu liefern, was sowohl effizient war und einen schönen Touch der modernen Technologie hinzugefügt. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr bequeme Lage, mit der Guangzhou Metro Line 2 (Nanzhou Station) innerhalb von 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann, so dass es einfach um die Stadt zu kommen. Die täglichen Komforts befinden sich direkt am Türsteg McDonald’s und ein Gemüsegeschäft befindet sich in der gleichen Reihe wie das Hotel, und der Busstopp ist direkt vor der Einfahrt, was Essen und Transport extrem bequem macht. Insgesamt ist das Hotel mit hervorragender Kundenservice gut gelegen und für einen komfortablen und problemfreien Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert. Der Kundenservice ist intim und die geografische Lage ist überlegen. Das Personal der Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und freundlich und freundlich. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind alle großartig und machen ihren Job großartig, und sie sind bereit, einem bei allem zu helfen, was man braucht. Überall in der Gegend gibt es Restaurants. Die U-Bahn-Station Daxin ist etwa 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Viele 24-Stunden-Läden in der Gegend. Es liegt im alten Geschäftsviertel von Shenzhen, nicht im modernen, also gibt es ein Element von Vintage-Flair in der Gegend.

Der Check-in und Check-out an der Rezeption verliefen super effizient und reibungslos, ohne lange Wartezeiten. Wenn wir etwas im Zimmer brauchten und die Rezeption anriefen, wurden die Dinge innerhalb weniger Minuten geliefert – die Reaktionszeit war unglaublich schnell. Das WLAN im gesamten Hotel war stabil und schnell, egal ob wir gearbeitet, Videos geschaut oder Serien gestreamt haben, es gab keine Unterbrechungen und es funktionierte in jeder Ecke einwandfrei. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine U-Bahn-Station, und in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und praktische kleine Geschäfte, was sowohl für Ausflüge als auch für die Essenssuche sehr praktisch war. Das Personal im Hotel zeigte einen erstklassigen Service, der Herr an der Rezeption und die Putzfrauen waren höflich und aufmerksam. Sie halfen uns nicht nur proaktiv beim Gepäck aufbewahren, sondern koordinierten auch sofort unsere Check-in-Wünsche. Im Aufzugsbereich wurde täglich kostenlos Mineralwasser nachgefüllt, was die Sorgfalt im Detail widerspiegelt. Es gab auch einen Fitnessraum. Am Abreisetag hatten wir es eilig und ließen versehentlich persönliche Gegenstände zurück. Das Hotel bemerkte dies, rief uns proaktiv an und half uns sogar, die Sachen per Post zurückzusenden – ein Höchstmaß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Ein so detaillierter und herzlicher Service ist wirklich selten, ich kann es aufrichtig empfehlen und muss einen Daumen hoch geben! 👍🏻

Das Hotel erlebt super! Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, der Aufenthalt ist warm und komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen sind besonders gut 👍, die private kleine Filmatmosphäre ist voll und die Sehenswürdigkeit ist super gemütlich; und der Tischballraum ist frei und entspannt, die Fitness-Ausstattung mag ich. Das Hotel kann sich entspannen. Der Service ist intim und aufmerksam, der Preis ist super hoch, das nächste Mal wird dieser ～ auch die erste Wahl sein

第二次為了恐龍公園而來四海城，這次選擇了希岸，比上一次更滿意，位置非常方便，在樓下100米內便有一個入口去到恐龍公園，非常讚👍🏻房間算整潔，有提供洗衣機但沒有用到，住在高層比較安靜，但房間隔音效果不好，完全能聽到外面的人說話，還好隔壁的都算安靜，服務很好，原以為住兩晚不會來收拾房間，但中午出去，到晚上回來看到房間收拾乾淨也很驚喜，冷氣給力👍🏻而且價錢合理，下次來四海城也會再選希岸

The owner is very nice - very chatty and easy to talk to. My luggage was crazy heavy and he helped me with it and loaded it onto the didi for me as well, which I really appreciate! Unfortunately I don't have many pictures of the accommodation because I was sooo busy and tired~ The area is 20 min to 体育西路 which I love going to because there's a whole basement of anime and donghua merch you can get from there! Plenty to eat too. Breakfast was simple but good and to my liking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed showering there! The heated toilet bowls really make a difference. They have cats in the lobby as well. There is only one washer and dryer in the lobby that you can only use from breakfast time onwards so travellers who intend to wash and dry your clothes there do take note~ I was there past midnight and the young guy at the reception kind of mixed up my room, and didn't tell me about breakfast either 🥲 so I only had breakfast on the last day of my stay hahaha! Anyways on the first day I was in Changsha for a day trip, and I was notified that they would have to shift my stuff to my new room because there was a mistake in the room type, which was fine by me! But the housekeeper kind of just threw all my stuff into my luggage without any care so my clean clothes and dirty airplane clothes were mixed together with my used undergarments and my books were bent :( my dresses were also still in the wardrobe in the previous room and they didn't bring it to my new room so I had to wear a dress that I haven't washed the next day 😅 but I didn't want to make a fuss since I came back to the hotel from Changsha at about 2am and understood that the owner can't possibly wake the occupants in the room to retrieve my clothes. Also the next morning the housekeeper was pretty nice so there's that! In conclusion I will still choose this accommodation when I'm back in GZ as its value for money, really clean and has chill vibes, and near 广州东站~ Way better than the other place I stayed at (M*m**nt Hotel hahahah)

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Guangzhou. It's just a short walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, with plenty of local eateries, popular restaurants, bubble tea shops, and shopping malls nearby. The metro station is also within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel occupies the ground floor to the 3rd floor of a building that is shared with offices. After exiting the lift, there is an external door that requires a hotel keycard to access the hotel floors, which provides an additional level of security for guests. At times, the lifts can get quite crowded, and it may take a while for one to arrive. There were also a few occasions when the lift had a strong cigarette smell. Right below the hotel are herbal tea shops and a pharmacy. There is also a small children's hospital nearby. Although the hotel is close to the lively shopping district, it is tucked away on a quieter street, making it a peaceful and convenient base for sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying Guangzhou's local food scene. The hotel also provides a complimentary self-service laundry room. It is free to use and has one washing machine, one dryer, and two washer-dryer combo machines. However, the laundry room is quite small, the door is rather heavy, and there is no air conditioning inside, so it can get quite warm while doing your laundry. I wasn't able to locate the gym during my stay. The lift has a button labelled ”Gymnasium”, but when I went to that floor, it was quite dark, and I couldn't find the gym. It would probably be best to ask the receptionist for directions. The staff were all very polite and friendly throughout my stay. They helped to receive and keep my Taobao parcels before my arrival and were also willing to assist with returning items if needed. The housekeeping staff always greeted guests whenever they saw them, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was carried out daily, and the room was kept clean and tidy. One suggestion would be to provide a card or door hanger that guests can use to indicate when they would like their bed sheets changed, especially for longer stays, as the bed sheets are not changed. Basic amenities are provided throughout the stay. I booked two rooms and requested that they be side by side or opposite each other. I was slightly disappointed that this request could not be accommodated. Since the building is smaller and both rooms were on the same floor, it didn't seem like a big issue to have the room separated. Requested late checkout as well, which was granted and I'm grateful for it. The room size is decent, with enough space to fully open and store luggage on the floor. However, the bathroom's sliding door is difficult to open from the inside as there is no handle. The door is made of reeded/fluted glass, which provides a distorted view but is still somewhat see-through, making it feel less private. The refrigerator is located outside the bathroom. This means the bathroom sliding door needs to be closed to access the fridge, which can be quite an inconvenience. There are power sockets conveniently located beside both sides of the bed. One small improvement would be to allow the curtains to remain closed after the room key card is removed, as they automatically open when the power is turned off. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, clean rooms, and excellent service, with some minor areas that could be improved.

Die Lage ist top. Das Apartment ist direkt an die Metrostation Yangang angebunden, was das Herumkommen in Guangzhou total einfach macht. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die bequemen, weichen Betten und die Klimaanlage, die perfekt funktioniert hat. Dass eine eigene Waschmaschine im Zimmer ist, war für uns ein riesiger Pluspunkt! Das Personal ist zudem extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einziger Hinweis: Es gibt zwar einen Induktionsherd, aber kein Geschirr oder Töpfe. Da es in der direkten Umgebung aber massenweise tolles Essen gibt, war das für uns kein Problem. Fazit: Sehr komfortabel und praktisch. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten!
