It was very nice and new! Very quick check in. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean, great TV selection. New modern bathroom. Great breakfast and frendly staff. Great price too. Highly recommended!!

Awesome stay! Can't say one bad thing about this place. The location is perfect along with the rooms themselves. Beds are also very comfortable. Would stay again!

It would be great if they become more flexible for guests who had to leave early due to important reasons such as leaving for an early flight or other out of control situations. We had a hard time requesting for just coffee or hot water from the breakfast area. We explained that we need to leave the hotel at 7am for an early exam.  We were not expecting to avail the full breakfast tho since we didn’t have enough time. We only asked if it would be possible to have at least coffee or hot water at least 6:45am.  The staff at the reception seemed hesitant to offer a solution and insisted there’s nothing he could do than to wait for the chef until he comes (before 7am). We wouldn’t ask for coffee at the breakfast area if only the coffee maker in the room was clean. Both of the rooms that we occupied had dirty coffee maker.

The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel stay the view of the fall was beautiful. But the turtle Jack’s restaurant was not good. Do not order the French dip. All it was was fat stringy fat.

The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it.

Overnight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant.  I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!

This hotel was very close to the airport. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. They accomidated me with a room on the first floor due to mobility issues. Had a great buffet breakfast! Checking was very prompt and efficient. Staff were really friendly and accomidating. Only complaint is when we arrived at Pearson International there was a huge mix up in where we had to catch the shuttle service to the hotel. Overall....I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a night and flying the next day.

Everything was 10/10 from check-in to linen, food, the pool, the games area, and the staff ! The mother daughter duo on Friday were THE BEST ! We ran out of some Toiletries and the staff had it stocked within 10 minutes of our request We will definitely return

Die Straße vor dem Hotel wird derzeit repariert und kann nicht geparkt werden. Denken Sie daran, den Platz hinter dem Hotel zu betreten. Der exklusive Parkplatz des Hotels befindet sich ebenfalls hinter dem Hotel. Nach dem Parken können Sie mit dem Namensschild des Hotels direkt durch die Hintertür einfahren. Herzliche Erinnerung, das Hotel ist ein Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1920, es gibt keinen Aufzug im Haus; Am besten keine schweren Kisten zum Wohnen mitbringen, sonst macht es keinen Spaß, ein paar Stockwerke hochzurücken~
