⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional hotel, exceptional people A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Azura and its entire team. I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Every one of the staff is very friendly and very helpful everybody treated as family

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Wir haben hier 3 Nächte als Gruppe von sechs geblieben und eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und in einer tollen Lage mit schönen Meerblicken. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, komfortabel und täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und immer bereit, mit allen Fragen zu helfen. Das Frühstück war frisch und bietet jeden Morgen eine gute Auswahl. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit einfacher Zugang zu Sarandë Stadt, Ksamil, Restaurants, Supermärkte und dem Strand. Wir fanden es sehr bequem, um die albanische Riviera zu erkunden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannenden und nützlichen Aufenthalt. Ich würde das Orchids Hotel zweifellos an Paare, Familien und Gruppen empfehlen, die Sarandë besuchen, und ich würde glücklich hier wieder bleiben.

Das Zimmer ist zu Beginn etwas heiß, weil die AC und der Kühlschrank umgedreht wurden, als wir ankamen, so dass sie Zeit dauerten, um richtig zu laufen. Der Pool war aber lustig, da es ein Außenpool ist, so dass es nicht so sauber war, nur auf einem akzeptablen Niveau. Einige Lichter waren nicht beleuchtet Das WC ist nicht sehr sauber - es riecht. Die Dusche hat manchmal kein heißes Wasser und manchmal schlimmeres Wasser. Aber eine gute Sache ist, dass das WC und die Dusche getrennt sind, das ist besonders nützlich, wenn wir in einer Gruppe von 5 reisen, da wir verschiedene Bereiche gleichzeitig nutzen können. Ansicht ist schön - Meerblick Gute Lage, viele Strände und Restaurants um sie herum.

Gastgeber, sowie Unterkerfunt waren perfekt. Die Unterkunft wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt und der Gastgeber war stets mit Tipps und Ratschlägen da um uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. 5 Sterne - wir kommen wieder.

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool. PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

I had a really pleasant stay in this lovely room. It was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. They served good breakfast too. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for. The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit disappointing—TV needs wifi or internet to work too. I managed, but it would definitely improve the experience if Wi-Fi were available directly in the room. Overall, a charming place to stay, and I’d happily return once the Wi-Fi issue is sorted!

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

The place was very modern, lovely decorated, clean, and very quiet. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. There was only one down side about the hotel, we booked our stay with breakfast which was taken in a restaurant opposite the hotel which was fine to us but they limited the amount of food we could ordered 😓 only one drink, one dish and two slices of bread per person ☹️if one would choose eggs it was only two eggs per person. I do not eat a lot in the mornings but if one does then my advice is to don’t have breakfast included in your booking.

Good hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay
