Ein gutes Hotel mit toller Lage. Freundliches Personal, durchdachte Zimmerausstattung, leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Zimmer nicht sehr gut gereinigt wurde, weiße Socken schnell braun wurden, oft Frauenhaare gefunden wurden und es in der Toilette einen unangenehmen Geruch gab (höchstwahrscheinlich Abwasser).

Wir wohnten in einem Apartment. Es war komplett ausgestattet! Die Reinigung erfolgte täglich, sogar die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt. Es bot Meerblick. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden.

Disappointing — Not the Taj Experience I Expected I stayed one night at Taj Cape Town and, having stayed, worked, and studied at other Taj properties worldwide, I left feeling that this hotel does not deliver the signature “Taj” experience. Location: Excellent — centrally located and convenient for business and sightseeing. Rooms: Very good. The guest room was well-appointed, comfortable, and met the standard I expect from a five-star property. No complaints on accommodations. Food & Beverage: Below expectations for a Taj. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but average — acceptable for a quick meal, but nothing memorable in terms of variety, presentation, or quality. The on-site Asian restaurant is extremely small (about five tables) and suffers from poor ventilation: the exhaust does not appear to function adequately, so the space quickly fills with an oily cooking smell that lingers and detracts from the dining experience. The food itself was below the quality I would expect from a Taj-branded restaurant. Service & Brand Feel: This is where the hotel most noticeably misses the mark. While staff were professional, the overall atmosphere lacked the warm, polished service and attention to detail that distinguishes other Taj properties I have experienced. It felt more like a standard city hotel operating under the Taj name rather than a hotel delivering the full Taj brand promise. Value: Concerning. The hotel charges approximately INR 2,000 per day for parking — a steep add-on that should be clearly communicated up front and factored into the overall value proposition. Summary: The location and rooms are strong points, but the average breakfast, a small and poorly ventilated Asian restaurant, and an overall absence of the characteristic Taj hospitality leave this property short of expectations. If you are seeking the classic Taj experience, this particular hotel may not meet that standard.

Sehr guter Service, hilft mit dem Gepäck und sagt herzlich Hallo. Es gibt einen Parkplatz Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und ordentlich Direkt vor dem Hotel können Sie am Strand joggen gehen und die Landschaft ist auch sehr schön. Innerhalb von 10 Autominuten erreichen Sie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in VA

Das Hotel war wunderschön und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und frisch. Die gesamte Einrichtung des Hotels entsprach genau den Fotos. Es gab einen Vorfall bezüglich der Sicherheit meines Zimmers, und die Rezeption war sehr unterstützend und geduldig bei der Überprüfung aller Videoaufnahmen. Mir wurde versichert, dass das Personal bezüglich des Vorfalls formell angesprochen würde. Das Hotel gewährte mir einen kostenlosen Tagesaufenthalt am Folgetag und erfüllte alle meine Wünsche.

Elegant hotel in Paternoster, perfect for few nights stay. The team is really kind and helpful. The villas are brand new, well decorated and very comfortable. The swimming pool is a real plus ! We will come back without hesitations.

An excellent hotel in a perfect location in Capetown. Minutes walk from the V&A Waterfront. All staff we came into contact with were friendly, professional and very helpful. We had breakfast included which was immense with a beautiful buffet and a chef standing by to cook you whatever you wanted. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tables and towels round the pool were cleared regularly. The room was spacious and very well equipped. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to discover Capetown.

Das Hotel befindet sich auf dem Gelände der Business School der Universität Kapstadt. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön und blickt angeblich auf eine lange Geschichte zurück. Die Umgebung ist angenehm, ruhig und sicher; man kann sogar direkt mit Uber auf das Gelände fahren. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Wasser. Der gesamte Geschäftsbezirk wird von Sicherheitskräften bewacht, sodass man abends, außer in der späten Stunde, problemlos alleine unterwegs sein kann. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befinden sich CitySightseeing-Stationen und Servicepunkte sowie ein bekanntes Aquarium. Nach heutigen Maßstäben wirkt das Hotel selbst für chinesische Verhältnisse etwas einfach. Lobby und Zimmer sind klein, und die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht. Insgesamt war es jedoch sehr sauber, und das Personal reinigte äußerst gründlich. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm, und das Frühstück war gut.

Провели очень классное время на винодельне, красивая территория, классные номера, отличный бассейн, вкусные завтраки и конечно же вино😍😍😍 У нас был номер на 2 этаже с террасой с шезлонгами - это вообще был отдельный класс - утром перед завтраком было очень приятно понежится на солнышке ❤️ Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам отеля с ресепшен😅 мы в отделе в сейфе забыли всё🙈 наши паспорта, права, все деньги и планшет🙃🙃🙃, опомнились через 300 км у мыса Игольный при заселении в другой отель, связались со Spier, заказали из Кейптауна курьера и нам все привезли в целости и сохранности уже вечером❤️❤️❤️

Excellent location. Security non-existent which was a surprise. But other than that was a good stay
