Если берёте номер с завтраком и ужином, то будьте внимательны, ужин на номер 800 ZAR, завтрак на номер 450 ZAR. Если возьмёте больше этой стоимости, то Вам придется доплатить! Wi-Fi работает хорошо, без проблем.В номере нам не хватало только тапочек.

I enjoyed the whole experience, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area so i felt safe the whole time. loved the facilities as for the food was always eating out at nearby restaurants. I will definitely visit again because I enjoyed and had a wonderful time at the hotel.

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

It’s conveniently close to Sandton City Mall, which made shopping and getting around very easy. The room was also clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping coming in daily, which I appreciated.
However, I did experience an ongoing issue with the room key card. Every time I returned to my room, the card wouldn’t open the door. This happened multiple times during my stay, and it became quite frustrating, especially when I had shopping bags or luggage with me. I had to carry everything downstairs to the reception to report the issue, only to be told someone would come assist. I’d then have to go back upstairs and wait, sometimes for quite a while. Occasionally, one of the cleaning staff was kind enough to open the door for me, which helped, but the inconsistency and inconvenience definitely affected my overall experience.

Immer eine Freude am Pivot zu bleiben. Es ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. Hatte ein schreckliches Geräusch in meinem Zimmer, wie nett und freundliches Personal mich ohne Mühe bewegt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und das Essen ist großartig. Ich werde hier sicherlich noch einmal reservieren, da es eines meiner Lieblingshotels ist, wenn ich in der Stadt bin zu bleiben.

Perfekt für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen. Es ist direkt von der Ankunftshalle entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Eincheckung war einfach. Die Betten waren so komfortabel und wir hatten eine tolle Nacht vor einem frühen Morgenflug. Wir werden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben.

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war aufgrund der Einschränkungen des Shuttleservices enttäuscht. Obwohl das Gesamterlebnis durchschnittlich war, erwies sich das Fehlen eines 24-Stunden-Shuttleservices als erhebliche Unannehmlichkeit, insbesondere bei Flügen am frühen Morgen.
Einer der Hauptgründe, warum ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe, war seine Lage und ein Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Beim Einchecken wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass der Shuttle erst ab 7 Uhr morgens fährt. Das war sehr unpraktisch, da mein Flug früher abflog. Ich wandte mich an die Rezeption, um mich nach Alternativen zu erkundigen, in der Hoffnung auf etwas Flexibilität oder Hilfe, bekam aber den wenig hilfreichen Vorschlag, stattdessen einen Uber zu bestellen.
Da ich zuvor in anderen Hotels in der Nähe von Flughäfen übernachtet hatte, hatte ich einen 24-Stunden-Shuttleservice als normal erwartet. Es war enttäuschend, dass dieses spezielle Hotel nicht den gleichen Komfort bot. Angesichts der zusätzlichen Kosten, die mit der Nutzung von Fahrdiensten wie Uber verbunden sind, war diese unvorhergesehene Ausgabe eine unwillkommene Überraschung.

GGastnutzerUpon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside.
After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay.
The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message.
From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable.
Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

Dining at Fairlawns was another highlight. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with a menu that balances creativity and comfort. Every meal felt like a treat.
Overall, Fairlawns Boutique Hotel offers an exceptional blend of luxury, privacy, and heartfelt hospitality. My stay in the Villa Suite was unforgettable, and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone seeking a refined and restorative escape in Johannesburg.

Die Lage des Hotels war einfach hervorragend. Es war günstig gelegen und ermöglichte einen einfachen Zugang zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten. Egal, ob ich die Stadt erkunden oder mich auf ein Safari-Abenteuer begeben wollte, die zentrale Lage des Hotels machte es zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt für meine Reisen.
Der Service des Hotelpersonals war wirklich außergewöhnlich. И не ошиблись: бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта, креативное оформление, вся территория в благоухает от цветов, подогреваемый бассейн, очень удобные кровати и подушки, любезный персонал. Отдельная благодарность водителю Тонни, который буквально спас наше путешествие. Мы застряли в пробке на такси. Тонни не только доставил наш багаж в аэропорт, чем помог сэкономить драгоценное время, но и по телефону координировал действия нашего таксиста, чтобы не разминуться.
