Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

Die Kontrolle im Verfahren war einfach und schnell. Das Front Desk Personal war freundlich. Der Shuttle war zu gegebener Zeit (jede halbe Stunde denke ich). Ich war so dankbar, dass meine Suite vor der Werbung in der Zeit war bereit, es war schön, in der großen Suite vor einem besuchten Tag aufzuruhen! Die Suite war einfach und geräumig und passt mir an. Wird sicher zurückkommen!

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage in der Nähe des Raum Nadel und Klima Pledge sowie der Pubs, der Seeunion und der Innenstadt. Nächstes Mal in Seattle werde ich dort nochmal buchen, aber ich werde den Pool nutzen.

The location if the hotel is fantastic. Right next to King Station ( for train traveller) and close to public transportation for local sightseeing. Breakfast is good and service is attentive.

Es war wunderschön und sehr schön. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Auch der Lärm aus den umliegenden Räumen war in einem akzeptablen Rahmen. Auch die anderen Gäste waren nett. Ich fühlte mich rund um das Hotel sicher und geborgen. Ich bekam eine Flasche Wasser und konnte in der Mikrowelle Wasser kochen. Es hieß, Hausschuhe seien vorhanden, aber es gab keine im Zimmer. Die Nutzung von WLAN scheint kostenlos zu sein, wenn Sie Mitglied werden. Am Bahnhof, an dem Züge halten, die vom Flughafen Tacoma abfahren. Der Pike Place Market war auch ein schöner Ort zum Spazierengehen. Es war schwierig, meinen Koffer vom Bahnhof den Hügel hinauf zu tragen, aber Dies ist einzigartig in Seattle, wo es viele Hügel gibt. Obwohl das Hotelpersonal kein Japanisch konnte, behandelten sie uns freundlich und höflich, obwohl wir nicht gut Englisch konnten, und versorgten uns sogar mit touristischen Informationen. Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel und ich bin wirklich froh, dass ich mich dafür entschieden habe. Vielen Dank.

All service personnel and interactions were both professional and polite, as well as courteous and friendly. The cookies provided in the evening were delicious. I was most impressed by the breakfast choices and omelettes made to order. Never have I experienced such a treat, except on a cruise ship. The manager came around and spoke with us, while we were in the breakfast area and was very friendly and nice. He asked us how our breakfast was, how we liked the hotel and our experiences during our stay. He talked to us inquiring what had brought us to town and gave us information about walking trails and local information. His wife and daughter also said hello.

Es liegt auf einer kleinen Insel mit einer langen und schmalen Straße, die das Festland verbindet. Es ist sehr ruhig, die Seelandschaft ist bezaubernd und es gibt viele Zugvögel. Die Lobby und die Zimmer sind sehr einladend und das Essen im Restaurant ist großartig.

The property was gorgeous, every detail on the grounds seem to be planned, including beautiful floral gardens, the outdoor spa and Jacuzzi. All three restaurants were fantastic as well with unique dining experiences and fantastic food quality. We booked the “nice” room. Which was perfect, great size very clean and well appointed, and the fireplace was the best feature of all! Nick Myers ended up being our host at all three restaurants, he was so knowledgeable, personable and just made our experience over the top. All of the staff was ready and willing to help. I wish we could have spent more time at this property. Definitely looking to come back.
