Dienst nicht anwendbar. Das Zimmer war groß genug und das Badezimmer sehr sauber!!! Der notierte Preis für gefülltes Wasser ($4 jedes) - nicht gut und die waren alt.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

Ich hatte ursprünglich eine Nacht im Holiday Inn am Newark Liberty International Airport gebucht, aber der Preis war 35 % günstiger als auf der offiziellen Website. Ursprünglich verlief alles reibungslos. Ich brachte mein Gepäck zum Hotel, um es dort aufzubewahren, bevor ich am Morgen meines Check-ins das Auto zurückgab. Das Hotel sagte, es sei zu früh zum Einchecken Als ich jedoch gegen 21 Uhr ins Hotel zurückkehrte, wurde mir gesagt, dass es heute Abend unmöglich sei, ein Zimmer zu reservieren, also müssten wir uns selbst ein Hotel suchen. Und es gibt keine Hilfe außer einer Rückerstattung. Ungefähr 2/30 Menschen sind betroffen. Aber wir sind nicht einfach so reingekommen, wir waren bereits morgens im Hotel angekommen und hatten auch IHG Platinum Cards. Ich beantragte einen Transfer zum nahegelegenen Crowne Plaza oder Holiday Inn Express, beide im Besitz von IHG, aber beide wurden abgelehnt. Glücklicherweise fiel mir ein, dass das Zimmer von Ctrip gebucht wurde. Als Gold Diamond-Mitglied konnte ich in weniger als 20 Minuten ans Telefon gehen und meine Situation verstehen Ich habe die Reservierung in weniger als 10 Minuten vorgenommen. Es dauerte zehn Minuten, bis ich spät in der Nacht mit einer fünfköpfigen Familie einen neuen Platz gefunden hatte. Das Newark Airport Marriott Hotel liegt näher am Passagierterminal und verfügt über regelmäßige Verbindungen zum und vom Flughafenbahnhof.

Es war keine Fernsehsuche, die ich Zimmerservice nennte. Ich habe eine Fernbedienung gefragt, die ich etwa eine halbe Stunde später erhalten habe. Und die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, ich rief sofort die von der Arbeitsfläche für einen Bout eine Stunde und es gab keine Antwort

Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.

I stayed in a suite, so the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, one downside was that the TV didn't connect via Bluetooth, so I couldn't watch what I wanted. Other hotels had TVs that were conveniently connected, so that was the biggest disappointment. I also found the pool and gym access hours to be a bit too short, which was a bit disappointing.

Well located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

Ich kam nachts an und war etwas besorgt, ob es einen Shuttlebus oder einen Abholservice geben würde, aber es war alles in Ordnung. Auf der Website ist das allerdings nicht eindeutig angegeben, und ich habe zur Bestätigung nachgefragt, aber keine Antwort erhalten, weshalb ich etwas beunruhigt war. Sie werden gebeten, den Flughafentransfer am Vortag zu reservieren. Reservierungen sind in 30-Minuten-Schritten möglich, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um einen Sitzplatz machen müssen. Die Rezeptionistin war etwas unfreundlich und fragte mich mit einem amerikanischen AirPod nach meinem Alter, aber ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Abläufe gut geregelt waren. Das Gebäude ist insgesamt etwas älter, aber die Sauberkeit war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Es gab keine Frühstücksgutscheine, man konnte einfach hingehen und essen, wann immer es Zeit war. Sie bieten ein amerikanisches Frühstück an, darunter Bagels, Müsli, Muffins, Obst, Eier, Joghurtgetränke und mehr.
