The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Das Hotel liegt direkt über dem Casino. Es ist nicht nötig zu sagen, dass es großartig ist. Essen, trinken und Spaß haben im Casino, aber der Verkehr, um woanders hinzugehen, ist ein Problem. Sie müssen selbst fahren.

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, in der Nähe der Französischen Debbie Street, das Frühstück des Hotels ist sehr allgemein, sehr einfach, das Licht ist dunkel, die Einstellung ist auch ziemlich alt, das Hotel-Restaurant ist immer noch empfehlenswert, die Zucht muss es versuchen, die mexikanische Küche ist auch gut, Amerikaner sagen, New Orleans ist der beste Ort für Amerikas Essen, und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass die ganze Lebenszeit einen Versuch wert ist.

Got a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasn’t even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better — quiet AC and a proper closet. FYI: floors 9–10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel.

Service was good. Room was nice size, clean and well appointed. The only problem I had was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was not very good and the shower curtain was not big enough to close up while showering. Other than that it was a lovely room and bathroom.

Es gibt keine Sicherheit, es gibt keine Schranken (anstatt ein Paar Hänge auf der Wand). Es gibt keinen Duck in der Toilette, der Duck ist im Zimmer mit dem Bett. Gleichzeitig gibt es viel Zimmer im Toilette, würde ruhig dort gestellt.

Fabelhaft wie immer! Wir genießen immer unseren Aufenthalt. Zoey Duplichain ist ein fantastisches Concierge und sehr auf die Details achten. Unser besonderer Bestell Schokoladekuchen war fantastisch. Das Wasser war perfekt und das Essen ist lecker. Wir lieben es absolut und wir gehen nächste Woche zurück! Ich kann nicht genug darüber sagen! Wir lieben Rechnungen am Strand und Austin ist ein toller Server. Der Strand ist großartig für Nacht zu Fuß und die Atmosphäre ist großartig. Viele Dinge zu tun und viele zu sehen für alle. Wir lieben Goldene Nugget. Die schwarze Jack ist wunderbar und sie halten die Getränke kommen. Wir werden meinen Zwillinge am Montag zum 21. Geburtstag feiern. Ich kann nicht warten, dass es absolut perfekt wird. Wir haben einen Käsekochen von Vic und Anthony’s bestellt. Ich bin sicher, es wird nichts weniger als erstaunlich sein.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

The Hotel is beautiful the restraints were a complex JOKE, the food was horrible, extremely overcharged for terrible tasting food. We couldn’t be more disappointed in a Hight Class Hotel having such low class restraints affiliated on there premises. We will never book a reservation with you again. Shame on you!!! BOOO,
