The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "Die Leute waren nett am Büro, aber das Hotel braucht einige sauber. Die Tür hatte einen großen Krack, als Sie in den Frontbüro. Das Zimmer war sauber nur an der Bettlampe funktionierte nicht und das Plugin funktionierte nicht. Parkplatz brauchte viel sauber. Außen arbeitete nicht mit Schlüssel und Zimmer Schlüssel zweimal während des Aufenthalts."
