First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

Der Hotelmanager hat mich um ein Dreißig am Morgen stolz aufgewachen und mir gesagt, ich müsse gehen. Ich ging nach unten und es gab kein Problem.

Ich war kürzlich bei Park Inn von Radisson Dammam, und insgesamt war es eine sehr gute Erfahrung vor allem für den Preis und Lage. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Corniche mit leichten Zugang zu Meerblick und lokalen Attraktionen, wodurch es ideal für Geschäftsreisende und Freizeitreisende ist.

Warm und willkommen Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich angenehm und freundlich. Darüber hinaus, bei der Eincheckung erhielten wir zusätzliches Frühstück für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts vom Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich gut. Nur eine Frage war, dass ich ein Problem mit dem heißen Wasser in meinem Zimmer hatte, das nicht heiß wurde. Insgesamt, ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sie erlaubte mir freundlich, früher zu prüfen, was meinen Aufenthalt noch bequemer machte. Darüber hinaus war auch einer der Hausbetreuer sehr unterstützend und aufmerksam. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt wirklich erstaunlich, dank der hervorragenden Service und dem Einsatz des Personals.
