酒店早餐豐富，有一天早餐還有中式餃子
可惜達曼沒找到真正的中餐館
酒店到一次性用品都有，房間也是多功能插座

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

Very nice hotel. I recommend it. Location is very good , very clean. The standard room very big. Amazing hotel. It was a wonderful experience. They have lounge or club key that you can use by extra charge. Overall it was amazing

酒店整體還是不錯的，但是感覺海外的酒店，攜程還是沒有主動權。我預訂了三晚，行程改變了、想入住一晚提前退一下，我去酒店前台，酒店告訴我可以退並且會退回剩下兩晚價格。但是攜程就説不可以退，硬生生沒有退成。所以海外酒店可能還是自己在官網預訂更方便

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt, bietet einfachen Zugang zu den wichtigsten Attraktionen und Verkehr. Die Sauberkeit war unvermeidlich und der Service des Personals war hervorragend, immer aufmerksam und hilfreich. Die Einrichtungen waren im Allgemeinen gut, obwohl einige Einrichtungen einige Updates nutzen könnten. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt und würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Das Essen war glücklich, zusätzlich zu der überwiegend ausgezeichneten Erfahrung.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

AAnd0ngHad issue on entry with dollars (need to take a cab fee km away from the hotel , and only after full fee collection the hotel let us in. We had dollars, both visa and master card didn’t work.
