Stayed at this hotel 3 times in less than 2 months, not planning to return ever again. Our 1st visit was so impressive that we had booked 2 more stays short after for our family. Yet the last visit turned into a disaster. Nobody answering phone calls at night. Before checking in on our last visit. We realized our flight got delayed. tried calling the hotel at around 9.15 pm, called 5 times over 20 minutes, no one would pick up the phone in the main reception !! Furious, and so we arrived at 1am without being able to inform them that we were gonna be late. Upon arrival, as I had booked 2 rooms, I asked the only person who was on shift that night to make sure putting my parents into the booked standard double room and my family with a child into the other bigger room (Junior King Suite) . He affirmed me that the room distribution was correct so we just left our parents to go to their room and take rest since it was late. When we arrived at our room, it was definitely a small room that would only fit a couple without being able to add an extra bed. Called the reception, no ones answered again!! So had to went back down to speak to that staff at 1.30am. He insisted, the room I was put into, was the Junior King Suite !!!! I was so angry because that room didnt looked like it was over 500sq ft as it was described when I booked. But the staff said to us that the info in trip.com was incorrect and more over, the information he received didnt mentioned that we had a child with us. Angry and exhausted, and I was even gonna compromised to stay in that room and sleep. we just went back to take a shower, then the guy came , talked to my husband and would offer us a bigger room after all the drama. it was close to 2am!!! We got offered to stay in a family room so my daughter got to sleep on a sofa bed but the guy who made the bed didnt even give her a blanket. Next day, texted my parents and asked them to show us a picture of their room, we realized the guy mistakenly putting my parents into the bigger room and so we were the one who got allocated into the standard double room!! Unprofessional service from the top to the bottom!! we eventually felt bad to that staff because in the middle of the night, he was the only person who moved luggages, opening beds etc...

Der Service des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet 👍 Als ich das Hotel betrat, begrüßte mich der Kellner an der Tür mit einem Lächeln und fragte mich, ob ich mir beim Tragen meines Gepäcks helfen möchte. Ich sagte nein, danke😊! Als ich am Schalter eincheckte, stellte mir der Kellner mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht ein Getränk und ein heißes Handtuch zur Verfügung, mit dem ich mir die Hände abwischen konnte. Eine andere Person, die es zu schätzen wusste, war das Reinigungspersonal. Ich dachte ursprünglich, ich hätte die Batterieabdeckung meines iPhone-Stifts verloren und es aufgegeben, danach zu suchen war hell und sauber und ich hatte etwas auf der Arbeitsplatte verloren. Ich bin ihr wirklich dankbar, dass sie mir geholfen hat, die Batterieabdeckung für meinen iPhone-Stift zurückzubekommen. Tatsächlich sind alle Kellner im Hotel sehr nett👍 und die Servicequalität ist erstklassig Die Hotelumgebung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und komfortabel

Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer auf einem oberen Stock mit schöner Aussicht. Das Badezimmer war auf der rechten Seite durch eine Schiebetür, als Sie ins Zimmer eintraten. Es war geräumig mit Dusche und Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück! Die gerösteten Tomaten waren großartig und es sollte jeden Morgen ein Gericht im Buffet zur Verfügung stehen.

Das Mindeste, was man von einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel erwartet, ist guter Service und Sauberkeit. Wir haben fünf Nächte dort verbracht, und obwohl auf der Verpackung stand, dass die Bettwäsche alle drei Tage gewechselt wird, wurde sie nicht gewechselt. Wasser, Taschentücher und Kaffee und Tee wurden nicht nachgefüllt – wir mussten sie extra anfordern. In der Badewanne befand sich eine kleine Kakerlake. An der Rezeption wurde man nicht einmal gegrüßt, wenn man vorbeiging. Ich erwarte keine Begrüßung, aber in anderen Hotels wird man immer freundlich empfangen. Die Rezeption ist oft schwer zu erreichen, manchmal dauert es fünf Minuten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Essen im Restaurant. Die Getränke an der Bar waren sehr gut, und auch das Personal dort war freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders loben möchte ich Fabrizio, der immer freundlich war und uns beim Ein- und Auschecken mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel, das wir empfehlen. Wir sind jetzt schon mehrmals gekommen. Wir nutzen immer das Hallenbad, das über ein Thalasso-System (Jet, Whirlpool usw.) verfügt. Das Frühstück ist reichlich 👍 Schönes Abendbuffet Familienhotel mit Spielen und Außenpool, das Meer liegt hinter dem Zaun, kein Auto erforderlich! Angenehmes Personal 👍

Ausgezeichnete Lage sehr zentrale und unglaublich bequem für das Umgehen. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, professionell und willkommen in unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich gestaltet, mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett und Kissen, die für eine tolle Nacht schlafen gemacht. Insgesamt, eine fantastische Erfahrung und ein Ort, wo ich glücklich wieder bleiben würde.

Ich war total begeistert!! Ein Ort, den ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen kann, der sich richtig entspannen möchte! Das Hotel ist super gelegen und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Sehr sauber und mit unglaublich schönen Details! Das Essen ist sehr gut, besonders das Frühstück mit seiner großen Auswahl! 😍

Unser Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv. Die Lage mitten in Ribeira war perfekt. Die Ausstattung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen – ein komfortables Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und einer hervorragenden Dusche. Das Frühstück war erstklassig mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Mitarbeiter vom Check-in bis hin zur Erfüllung unserer verschiedenen kleinen Wünsche während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit waren.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I would happily stay again, or in their other locations. The staff were friendly; the hotel was neat and clean. The rooms spacious enough, so you did not feel cramped in any way. The hotel has a pool, outdoor and indoor, and a small room with some gym equipment (but no room to spread of a gym mat out). There was some construction happening on the side street next to the hotel but it didn't bother us; the work stopped in the early evening. The hotel is well located as well; easy waking distance to the square with lots of places to eat, and a few nice rooftop bars. You are a close walk to the market - which I would recommend eating your way through one afternoon, and close to the subway line if you wish to get further afield.
